Hi,I have noticed that in several screenshot posts, the sky in FS9 has a very clear blue color. But I can in no way get that color in my FS9. Have not seen any mention of this so here goes:The AVC for those that fly on VATSIM is now in open beta, meaning anyone can use it now. However, you must be a member of VATSIM to use it. Go to the main VATSIM web page and there is a download link for it there along with a link for the manual. For some reason the AVC site itself does not have the link. For what it's worth, the guys that designed this did one heck of an outstanding job on it! Tried it tonight and it works ten times better than roger wilco. I would like to configure the Realair 172 to be just like the real 172S that I fly..in terms of performace etc..e.g. I am unable to fly the real air 172 at 110 IAS even with full throttle.How much can I do this and how do I go about doing it?anyhelp?:)

Hi I have a problem with these huge squares that show up on large bodies of water and i'm pretty sure their not supposed to be there. I tried everything to get rid of them but no luck. I have a problem with fs 9 ,I plan a flight , I take off go thru the plan and when I get to the arrival airport i cant the runway is not there, only the buidings and terminal apeears.Is that a bug ? or my set up is wrong?Dan

Hi folks, Has anyone else had this with the Narrow-body airbuses designed by FSPainter.What I'm getting is after takeoff the plane continues to pitch up even with full nose-down pitch AND trim, right over a full loop (without stalling BTW) I tried disabling the joystick and varying the 'realism settings/autorudder/etc' but it makes no difference.

I have not been able to get to www.trackir.com, www.headtracker.com, www.naturalpoint.com websites to obtain the latest version of the TrackIR2 software. I am having trouble with the version that came with it which is 3.01. I understand 3.02 fixes the problem I am having.Would someone be kind enough, that is able to get to the website, to download the latest software and maybe upload it to the file server here or some other place so I can obtain it?Thanks in advance!

I have just reinstalled FS2004 after removing it to clear some bad add-in panels.Now when I select real-world weather the hour glass appears and stays. The sim program is locked from then on, but not the PC.I used RW weather most of the time with the previous install. So I don't think there is any other problem causing this. Would anyone know why this might be?I have reinstalled once again to see if it can be cleared that way, but it is still the same.ThanksNigel

Ok, everybody knows how to click the heading bug to set heading on the autopilot. Some panels, such as PSS, has made it convenient that if you right click the heading bug the heading bug will increase in increments of 1. If you right click, increments of 10. I like that feature. Question is, for all those panels out there that don't have the increments of 10 feature, such as 767PIC or SSW 310, is it easy to make this possible in some .cfg file or something?

My CH Products Flight Sim Yoke (gameport interface, not USB) is not working in WinXP. It works correctly with Win98 on one computer, and I have a Microsoft Sidwinder ForceFeedback operating correctly in WinXP on a different computer. The Flight Sim Yoke (bought 4 or 5 years ago) will not work on the XP computer, even after downloading the drivers from the CH web site. The gamecontrols control panel indicates that the yoke is connected okay, but there is no movement during calibration. I have a combined sound and game controller (SB Live! Series made by Creative).Thus, I don't think the problem is just bad electrical connections, because the yoke works on the other comput…

Hi everybody!Recently, when I was flying at night in fs9, I realized that when I look around the plane it looks like this: on the one side, it's completely dark (this apperars to happen for some reason when it's night ;) ) BUT on the other side of the plane, there are two different horizons! The first one begins way too close to the aircraft's position, and the strange thing bout it is that IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S DAYTIME. The errorous horizon is like a thik layer and the second horizon, probably the actual one (cuz it's dark) starts where the other one ends.I bet y'all can imagine how much this bothers me.Does anyone know how to fix it?Thanks in advance for your help(I'm usin…

How do I get AA to work on the aircraft textures in FS2004 with my ATI Radeon 9800 Pro card? I only get the AA on the scenery textures and aircraft model!?!? Which drivers do support AA on the aircraft textures in FS2004 ?I have tried close to everything inorder to get smooth textures on the aircraft.
