I was using the stock Denver International scenery and one day, my runway, taxiway and apron scenery just disappeared, all that remained were these funky yellow tracks in the ground where the runway, taxiway and apron scenery had been. I downloaded Harold Krause's cool new KDEN scenery tonight hoping that it would fix the problem but it didn't. All the other airports aorund there such as Centennial and Jeffco have intact runway, taxiway and apron scenery. Anyone know how to get KDEN runways back?Appreciate the help! I just found some nice, new FSTG Iran Air flight plans.I have been able to find the A310-300 repainted in Iran Air colors, but not the A310-200. Anyone know where I can find one or if there is an easy way to convert A310-300 repaints to A310-200 for personal use?I don't care if it's PAI, AIA, or FSP. As long as it is framerate friendly and designed for AI use.I do have experience with programs like PhotoShop and Paint Shop Pro. Yesterday, I downloaded the new cumulus01.bmp cloud texture, and today my sim was crashing while loading a flight.I tried disabling all modules etc. until I found the cause. I was just curious if there are any real world pilots out there that fly on long routes for the airlines or cargo carriers. If you have a long flight, lets say over 10 hours, do you have to remain alert during the whole flight? Do pilots and co-pilots take turns keeping track of the systems and air traffic control while the other takes a break? Do you bring a book to read or something to break up the monotony. It seems like once everything is in the FMC then all you would need to do is monitor air traffic control in case they gave you instructions and monitor weather in case it changes for the worst. I just recnently installed version 3.12(registered version) not the latest one currently available today in the library.I am noticing severe stutters in my system after the installation.Anyone else having this problem. Can't really get a good picture from their website; and support seems non-existent. All I see is a great vc without gauges and a nice ac.Yes, I know about the flight1 model, but this particular one seems more lifelike imho.

I "activate them" and deactivate them, but there is no result..what are they? There is no documentation on them in the install folders. It is a white P, and two green dots that turn yellow when you activate them. They are on the windshield centerpost.For all those who fly the Dash 8, the trim issue is fixed finally. I reinstalled the base package, and you MUST install both "a" and "b" upgrades! And now when I disable fix control acceleration in FSUIPC, the trim works splendidly! Is anybody using the 9800 XT with FS9? I read that a few people had the flashing screen problem with this card and the Catalyst 3.9 drivers.I can't imagine why the 3.9 drivers wouldn't help the XT users.

Got hit with this (and resolved this) for the first time last night. The cause? One of my case cooling fans went on the blink.... It started to cause an excessive draw on the power supply, and the system would freeze solid under load.... Removed it, and life went back to normal...Thought I'd share this with those who struggle over these issues. I diagnosed the problem using my monitor included with my MB, which was getting alarms on the -12V indicator... Anything can be the cause of lockups--so if you have case fans getting on in years, that's another thing to look at....-John

I love this plane! I have been flying it since it came out for 2k2. But, I have been extremely frustrated by the FS9 version, and the fact that the trim does not seem to work. I have to control pitch with power. Pitch works fine on all other aircraft, so it is not a joystick problem....am I missing a switch or something?More importantly, where are the hotspots for the panel, so that you don't have to go into the overhead menu everytime to open a panel..THIS IS REALLY INCONVENENIENT. I feel that somewhere, there are hotspots....are a fix to add them...What am I missing. Otherwise, using the proper checklists is almost impossible, because panel switching takes forever, part…

I have noticed in just a few of my downloaded a/c , that they seem to have an overly sensitive elevator trim. I have the trim control mapped to 2 buttons on my joystick -- and elavator trim works just great for most a/c -- but with these few , just 1 click of elevator trim either up or down seems to send the aircraft either zooming skywards or earthwards. It makes it almost impossible to maintain straight and level flight in these a/c when flying by hand. Using the autopilot fixes the problem though.Does anybody have any recommendations re what settings to alter to correct this problem on these a/c?Thanks Barry
