Hi, I just Bought the SF260. I seem to have some Stutter Problems that seems to be sinchronized with the sound every time I TO. The Stutter keeps on going all the time.It is not dependent of FPS, but I do notice some slight jump here and there in the numbers.I have tried to fly it with all sliders to min... Same problemI have done a search everywhere and there is no description available.Can somebody help me finding the solution?FS93.2 Ghrtz1024 RAMWinXPGforce 5950 256 RAM

Just curious if anyone experiences Modem (or router) beeping? I have cable modem, connected through a hardware router firewall. Could this be someone trying to ping others in the area to multiplay? This is annoying;Anyone know how to disable all multi-play features if that is the cause? This PC is used almost exclusively for MS Flight Sim, and pings only happen when flying. I keep all cookies cleaned out, and "services" to a minimum. Any helpful ideas appreciated! Thanks, Bill

Any UK VFR scenery users contemplating whether or not to purchase the new VFR terrain...just do it! :)The difference it makes is astonishing. I re-installed FS2K2 to get the most of the 19m LOD (FS2K4 only goes down to 38m...so I'm told)Flying around Wales, the first thing you notice is the boulders, spinnys etc, they all stand proud of their surroundings. The mesh is REALLY accurate with respects to the VFR textures.The other more subtle thing I noticed was that the patchwork quilt of fields has a lot more definition i.e fields tend to be bordered on natural contours of the land, and this really stands out with the new mesh. Simple question.Both my FS2002 and FS2004 aircrafts are much too sensitive in land maneuvering. How can I change the setting so that I'm not constantly snaking all over the runways.Thanks!

Hello all - I hope someone can help!Three of my add-on airports have recently been afflicted by flickering ground textures/disappearing runways taxiways. I don't think anything has changed, but I wonder if playing around with Afcad files may have affected them? No, I am not useing the word "Blinking" as a cuss word. I am seeing some panels blink at random irregular times. I have not really determined which do, which don't, or whether all do yet.For example, I just made a flight in an IFDG/PSS Airbus A319 from KMCO to KATL. To start with, the blinking was very random, usually blinking two or three times in succession. It eventually evolved to the point that it was blinking about every two seconds. I went from the VFR Panel to the IFR panel, and back to the VFR Panel and the blinking stopped. The Military AI Project (MAIP) has the goal of developing frame rate friendly AI packages to populate the MSFS skies with military aircraft, including tankers, cargo, training, VIP and combat types. The project will attempt to use existing models (and new ones as they are released) with many repaints to represent various units of the military. Hi all, I am looking for a utility or "fix" that will remove all the bridges in FS2004. I am using USA Roads and the bridges are not lining up with the road data.Thank You!Jason

All things being equal, how do you figure out what an aircraft's altitude should be when it's making a short hop - for example, Allentown (Lehigh Valley INTL) to Atlantic City with, say, a Learjet?Also, how do you figure out what your minimum glide-to-safety (when possible) altitude should be - for example, crossing between islands?Thanks,Andrew

...so I was flying a Kittyhawk 737-700 to Greensboro, NC, about 20 miles from the airport near final approach. I had the autopilot on with the ALT, HDG, and IAS activated. I was flying level at 2800 ft, and I wanted to slow from 250 to 180 knots. When I changed the speed using the autopilot IAS, the plane started to slightly oscillate up and down, and eventually descended toward the ground. Shouldn't it stay level? I still had the ALT hold turned on.I read other posts on AVSIM about similar problems with the glideslope, but I hadn't reached the localizer yet. In fact, I didn't have the autopilot "approach" (APP) switched on yet. So I'm not sure why it descended erraticall…

None of us saw USA Roads coming down the pike and one has to marvel at the negotiations and out-of-the-box thinking that must have gone on between Flight1 and the people who owned the database. That same creativity could see actual air traffic via several online tracking services ported into flight sim. Plane type, flight plan, actual performance - all the data is there! Wouldn't that be cool! Disclaimer - I have no idea if anyone is working on this. Just wishful thinking (before someone asks when the release date is!)David
