Hello everyone, I am having a problem, everytime that I open the kneeboard and go to the check list ,references, radio, breifing, or navigation log, and I just click on any of those windows FS9 crashes. It tells me that will include 3 files in the error report: fs9.CFG.txt dxdiag.xml scenery.cfg I did alredy install Mark Beaumont's latest kneeboard. I have no problems with the key command (A).I hope that you can help me fix this problem. Thank you

I just installed this scenery. After installation I went to the active runway to see what it looked like and there was absolutely nothing there except the runway!! Since I usually fly with autogen off and scenery density set to "extremely dense", I tried setting autogen to "sparse" and then it appeared! Since when does autogen need to be set to at least "sparse" for the addon scenery to appear? By the way the airport looks great!Airbus

For anybody considering buying this thing watch out unless you are very good at fixing and programming.I recieved my CH Throttle Quadrant yesterday and it is still not working. It does not come with any software and you have to download a Control Manager from the CH-website... and the Manager is so complex (I'm the type that cant build my own PC from scratch but hate programming) that you need a software-degree to use it.Want I want to say is that the throttle is absolutly perfect and well done but it is not just a thing that you plug-and-play... it comes with no manuals or anything except for a note with their web-page adress and where you can find the Control Manager.I …

I just downloaded and installed Erick Cantu's B727. Flew her immediately and this is BY FAR the BEST freeware or payware aircraft. AWESOME PLANE!!! But, I do not have strobe lights or flexing wings. Can someone help out?Thanks Flyboy737

I checked out FS Reliability Factor, sems pretty cool. While using it last night, It seemed to work pretty well, except for a few issues.I Noticed when I had an Autothrottle failure, that the Autothrottle still worked, also, the VS Indicator died, but I still have Vertical speed with Reality XP's JL4. My Speed Indicator died, and I Still had speed on the JL4 as well.Other than those couple issues (That I know of, at this time) The program seems good.Is this the BEST program for failures out there for FS2004?? Hello all, I have been looking at all the previews and the model looks fantastic!But, I also noticed how in all of the previews that the 727s don't have any windshield wipers. Did the 727s not have them? If they did, are the wipers on the models that are released (just want to know before I go download)?Thx!:)

Recently, I have experience the following problem:On approach to any airport (within 1-5 nm) with the plane is locked on the localizer and following the glide slope (ILS landing) the frame rates drop from 30 fps (2D cockpit) to 1-1.5 fps for the 2D cockpit view and 50 fps to 1-2 fps for spot view - no matter which plane (FS9 default type or Add-on)is used in the landing scenario. The same thing happens even if a manual VFR landing is also carried out. One the plane has landed then normal frame rates resume.I have tried the following:(1) removed the FS9.1 upgrade - no improvement(2) removed some recently installed add-on programs (pre-problem) - no improvement(3) rebuilt…

Though I don't post much, I read these forms daily. When Chris Willis released FS Sky World I couldn't wait to try it out. Much to my dismay, being a leftover Win98 SE user I was rather dissappointed with the error screen we 98 users got (I see Chris has already released a patch for it, thanks for the quick work Chris!). Well, someone posted a help thread about the error message and although the thread got off topic, it did lead me to finally bite the bullet and upgrade my OS to XP. When navigating around airports in slew mode why, when returning to normal mode is the aircrafts engines started and under full power when originally the engines were shut down? Is there anyway to stop this happening?TIA

Please help,This morning I downloaded new dynamics for my "startup plane"...an Airbus A320-231 House Colors, and now I can't start FS9 because I'm getting an "aircraft initialization failure". It just crashes to desktop. I've tried a RESTORE but it doesn't work. I overwrote the files that were in the Airbus. Is there a way to change my startup from outside the program in order to get back into FS9? Thanks, Stan
