I'm not too sure how many of you got the word, but there was a problem with the first test file... It was AEU6 :-badteeth Anyway, if you use the original link, you can now get the actual AEU7 test files. I dont see any of my own APTS on EZ-GPS. The APTS are visible on MAP view and on the standard GPS view. My Apts are made with AFCAD . Only the Stock APTS are displayed on EZ-GPS.How do I get my APTS to display on EZ-GPSThanks

I have just installed a new video card and drivers.At low altitudes(approx 2000 feet),I now notice that all of the ground textures within about a mile radius of the plane look just great but then fade into the blurries after that.The strange thing is that as you get higher(approx 8000-10000, the textures become much more sharp and clear)I have played around with various tweaks that have been posted but nothing seems to work.I also have the following add-ons: Winter Package of FSSCENE and American Data Roads, Streams, etc.Does anyone know how to adjust the .cfg file to fix this problem and help me get rid of the blurries.I have included my .cfg file.Thanks for any assistan…

When flying longer flights IFR, sometimes I move forward to destination but it seems to cancel out the traffic control that was guiding me prior to the move, then requires hand flying to destination........anyone know the way to get the flight plan back to IFR traffic control??

All of a sudden my interior 2D views have disappeared. The front panel is OK but as soon as I look left, right,etc, No aircraft interior view is there. I am looking straight out at the scenery. This only applies to aircraft that use VC for side views, eg cessna, 737 etc. Any aircraft with separate bitmaps for the interior views work OK. What has happened? I wondered if it was anything to do with Active camera recently installed. Can anybody suggest anything. I am trying to avoid a re-install!! System is FS2004 with patch 9.1 applied.Yorkshire

I need some help on determining how much fuel I need to get to my destination. I usually just guess how much fuel I need and most of the time I am wrong. Is there a formula or something like that so I will know exactly how much fuel I need to get to my destination?

I've moved my FS9 and all related folders to a new drive and changed the registry to reflect the new location. The problem is, when starting FS it cannot find the addon scenery. I've also tried placeing the addon scenery back in C but same thing happens. Can I rename the scenery cfg so FS can rewrite it at startup?Dave F.EDIT..Sorry, I jumped the gun. The only files it can't find are a scenery file from FlyTampa San Diego and one from Lago FSE. The funny thing is, it wrote a new FS9.cfg file.

About a week ago I posted a rather rude message on Aeroworx's forum, taking Henning and his team to task for still not having released a patch for the (wonderful) King Air. The tone I used was completely uncalled for, and I sincerely apologize for letting my anger and frustration get the better off me. I've had numerous ctd's using Henning's plane -not sure what combination of hard/software produces those, but Henning was gracious enough (despite my rudeness) to send me a file that hopefully will fix the issue. Hello allI remember of seeing some shots were published in the Screenshot forum of an upcoming Ready for Pushback: Boeing 747-200 (FS9) panel modification with at least some kind of FMC with it. How is this project going on and when it will be released?

I have many addons aircraft but none of them fill like I'm setting 20' off the runway just wondering is this a limition of FS9 or me P.S captain sim rules

Does anyone know if there is a config setting to set this function to at least include the nearest Class A and Class B airports in the list presented. It is frustrating in early approach phase to sometimes not be able to tune the tower and ATIS using this function until about 18-20 miles out, while getting a number of small fields listed that are farther away!I know I can tune the radio manually, but doing so would just put me in a "listen mode". I just checked TAF Processing in Active Sky. I've been flying without it, and now I want to see if there is any difference with it on. What does it do, and does it affect framerates? I love this weather program, but I can't ever remember any discussion about the pros and cons of TAF Processing.

Haven't played flightsim in a month, but now it's giving me that error when I try to start, and I'm not sure what's going on.I have a commit charge of about 170megs, not bad at all and 512MB of RAM. Pretty much nothing else is running.I have 520GB of combined space, and the partition FS is running on has 24GB free.Hmmmm :-hmmm

Some time ago, I thought I had a panel gauge which showed when the water rudders were up or down for ambhibians. I may have it confused with the gauge for the gear with this old memory, but I don't think so. On the forums I was reading that the Lago MD-80 and Jet City MD-80 have different flight models and the textures are different between the products. I was wondering which one is the better plane to buy?
