Goodmorning, Is there a way to move multiple Addons at the same time on the Package tab like it is possible on the Scenery tab ? I have copied 50+ photo real scenery xml files from Docs\P3Dv4 Addons to Docs\P3Dv5 Addons. On the Scenery tab I have ordered them within 10 minutes by using Multiple Addons at the same time. On the Packafe tab I can only move one Addon at the time which will take quiet a while ... thanks , Gerard

Oliver, The changes made in "Live Traffic 2.00 b01" to the way the randomly injected AI helicopters work, are great! AI helicopters flying over the airfield at lower altitudes on their way to landing looks very realistic as opposed to the high "drop in" approaches seen in the previous version. And AI helicopters landing and then staying on the helipad, instead of landing and almost instantly vanishing in to thin air as they were for me in the previous version, is also a welcome change. Very much enjoying the AI helicopters in this version! Nice work!

Hi I am new to P4AO, but am familiar with the basic principle of scenery layering with scenery.cfg and add-on.xml files. Within my P3Dv4 installation, if I use P4AO to reorder any scenery within the scenery.cfg (light green) then the new order is immediately reflected in the scenery.cfg file, but the order of files in the add-ons.cfgs (dark green) do not change or match that shown in P4AO. Is there something that I might be misunderstanding with the way that add-ons work or are displayed in P4AO? Any help would be appreciated. Luke

Greetings Oliver, The Addon Organizer is complaining about errors in my dll.xml at 14,5 If I open Notepad ++ I see the numbers of the lines but how to I figure out the column? I don't get it. Hi I have installed P3DV5 and the newest version of PAO 1.52 b01. I also have P3DV4.5 installed. In V4.5 I have installed the freeware svenery Airports of Norway. I have installed the scenery and the effect, as other addons, and as last part a elevation correction (base layer). In PrDV4.5 everything went well and the base layer is placed at layer 2.In P3DV5 for some reason that dosen´t work. When I try to place the base layer at layer 2 it goes to to top of the scenery on top of Airports of Norway scenery. What am I doing wrong? /Thomas

Hello @ll, sorry about this, but the P4AO requires another fix. When switching between P3D V3, V4 and V5 without restarting the app, not all simulator paths and assets were reloaded correctly. When adding scenery, the title should be filled in correctly now when you change your mind and choose a different scenery without leaving the dialog. Best regards

Hello, im testing lorby live traffic, but something is not working. I have all my ai planes (custom) on "prepar3d v4 addons", with its add-on xml. I can see it becuase i have used another live traffic program (psx) and all is working but, with the new version of LLTX nothing happens. what do you recommend to me? i have added the models to the database making the scan. 🙂 should i have to activate the "traffic" settings on p3d to 100%? or to put them "off"? should i had to add a line on "simobjects.cfg" (programdata) of the new ai traffic?.... i have real traffic and it works very well. when i click in "connect" on LLTX, realtraffic sh…

Hello @ll, the Prepar3D Addon Organizer app has been updated to version 1.5 Compatibility with P3D Version 5 The app changes its name and installation location (since it now supports three P3D versions 3.3 through 5) Please uninstall the previous version at some point, otherwise you have both on your computer Check application settings and reapply if necessary Best regards

I use the P3D Addon Organizer all the time. I'm not saying anything that we all don't already know....this program is GREAT! Anyway, I now have P3DV4 and P3DV5 on my computer. I have (1) one Orbx library setup that I use in both P3DV4 & P3DV5. I simply rename folder to either p3dv4 or p3dv5 depending on which version I want to run. That way, I don't have to double my hard drive memory by having a separate p3dv4 & p3dv5 folders, both with the same exact files...works great. The problem comes with opening P3DAddonorganizer. If the Addon Organizer was previously set to P3DV4 and I just changed the Orbx folder name to p3dv5, I get an error list with many Orb…

Hello @ll, LorbyLiveTraffic 2.0 has been released today. AI traffic will now taxi in and out in Live mode too P3D users can select pushback tugs and marshallers servicing the AI aircraft In P3D you can also add engine exhaust effects to all AI aircraft. This happens at runtime in LLTX, the aircraft.cfg files of your AI library will NOT be changed in any way. There is a version for P3D V5 too. LLTX is available as a free download on the Lorby-SI website. Best regards

Hi Oliver,...thanks for all your help... I am running P3D4.12 on a Windows 10 gaming computer...I am using P4AO for P3D5....all are working well.. I am thinking of migrating my addon scnery to an XML package or group...I now keep my add on scenery on my "C" drive, but in a folder separate from the folder that contains my P3D installation... Given the above configuration, what advantages are there to putting my add-on scenery in one of more new folders with XML properties?...as I see it now, the P3D Library serves that function, but without the XML files....in addition, I can go into the Library and quickly disable any scener…

Hi, As you recommended before to install the new version over the top of the existing one without uninstalling. Can I confirm this retains all the scenery config and backup files previously set up with an older version? Regards Mark

Hello @ll, those of you who are in the Alpha are welcome to try the Lorby AxisAndOhs controller management tool. Apart from handling your joystick interface and MIDI controllers, it can also be used to connect Saitek Multi-. Radio and Switchpanels to MSFS (no driver or other software required). Naturally, all features are available in the FSX to P3D versions too. Lorby AxisAndOhs is freeware, available on the Lorby-SI website. Please be mindful that at this stage the MSFS version is still very much an experiment 🙂 Best regards

Hi , i desided to move (migrate ) ORBX scenery and regions to a SSD drive. it seemed ok, but ORBX did not add the new library to scan so i did that via P4AO. Worked like a charm. After that i went to FTX Central 4 to adjust insertions point for both region and airports, I have "ticked" the old layer in FTX Central 4 Problem is that not all regions is moved to correct insertion which is odd ? When i try to manually move them i cannot . P4AO will not let me . Am i doing something wrong ? Thanks Michael Moe

Hi guys, I need some help with LorbyLiveTraffic. I've just installed it after FLAi but all the live aircraft are Mooney Acclaim....... Only the airlines at the parking are FLAi aircraft... Any clues?

Hello Oliver- Due to current conditions, I along with a bunch of other people have a lot of time to sim :>) Anyway, I have a few questions the first being what is occuring in the 'Packages' and 'Scenery' windows. Example; If I enable KSFO in Packages, I then have to go over to Scenery and activate it. Is this the way it's supposed to work? If I enable all of my Packages and leave them in that state, I could activate/deactivate my selections in Scenery without having to do the same thing in Packages. The question is, by enabling everything in Packages, do they all load on P3D startup? Also, when enabling in Packages, the tree opens below. Is there a …

having some difficulties fully initializing your program. 1.75 b04 When I click the globe to create database it starts doing it but it stops after barely a few hundred airports , never goes beyond that. I can tell there is a problem because the RealTraffic is only in the air never on the ground and I am not getting any AI GAs. When I was running 1.6 the database creation took quite a long time and the size of the file was drastically bigger I could see several thousand airports been created in the process. I tried uninstalling, running as administrator and every trick that I can think of but nothing helps with creation of a database. It seems like it…
