Hi Oliver, We can only be greatful for the amazing work you have done over the years with P4AO and I could not manage my sim properly without it now. After slowly converting and installing all of my new addons using the add-on.xml method, I've realized that disabling only the scenery components were slowing down the simulator startup as it creates content errors in P3D (as correctly explained in your user manual). This is even more visible now that orbx migrated to orbx central. Unfortunately only the scenery components can be part of the groups of P4AO, meaning that disabling a group only disables the associated scenery components, instead of the full package…

No sure what happened but after a power outage when I was running the AddOnOrgabnizer at home now the AddonOrganizer cannot start anymore. Reinstalled&rebooted multiple times and removed any file I was aware of (its temp/backup for instance), is there anythig I can do? There is no log or else to analyze, simply when I launch it (as admin) nothing actually happens (probably the process is immediately aborted and cannot be seen in the running processes within the task manager), no errors is displayed.

Hello @ll, P4AO has been updated to 1.43 b08. This version fixes the issues with the scenery scanner / Google Earth export getting stuck on certain BGL files. Best regards

Hello @ll, the Prepar3D V4 Addon Organizer has been updated to version 1.43. With this version: P4AO can now export the locations of your addon airports to Google Earth. A couple of bugs have been fixed: the message with "non sequential layer numbers" should be much less frequent/ dll.xml/exe.xml entries can be properly disabled now You can select the type of file security "inheritance" for the files that P4AO creates (this fixes issues where the permission for the "Authorized User" may be lost in the process) The app is available as freeware on the Lorby-SI website, section DOWNLOADS Best regards

I installed new update and when restarting Addon organizer I get the following error, : " error detected in config files(s) dll.xml. There is an error in XML document ( 17,4). Contents wiil not be visible. How do I find XML document (17,4) ? Thanks for your help

I tried using LLTX with the RealTraffic demo subscription but I can't get it to connect. I did the starting sequence as outlined in the manual. When I click Connect, however, the window saying it's waiting for RealTraffic to connect will pop up but just stay there. It never goes past that. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Hi, not sure if this is a bug or due to my personal config - or I didn't read the manual carefully enough: After I have started P4AO once, I cannot activate or deactivate a scenery (listed in scenery.cfg) in P3D Scenery Libray anymore This is because P3AO makes a backup of the scenery.cfg (amongst other files) in %programdata%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\ After the backup, the windows security settings of that file have been changed. The group "authenticated users" having full access has been removed. Surprisingly, this particular permission is not inherited but given to each file in the folder individually, probably by the initial P3D setup. I fixed…

I will install a scenery with the XML method using Addon Organizer. I understand how I do with the usual bgl and texture files but do not know how to handle the files that are going to the main scenery folder into P3D and also how do I do with Airport elevation adjustment files that will be to scenery / world. I cannot find any instructions on how to do this. From beginner with xml in Sweden /Thomas

I am experimenting with Lorby Live Traffic and RealTraffic on the ground at Frankfurt, using the Simulator AI mode. I am seeing a lot of ground-based aircraft either static or taking off, but no aircraft landing. Please advise whether or not it is possible to see AI aircraft landing in the Simulator AI mode and, if so, how this is achieved.

Please note that when using the AIG AIM OCI database in Lorby Live Traffic, the A380 ICAO code appears as A358, not A388 as it should be. It would be appear that the A380 may not be displayed currently using the AIG AIM OCI database.

Hey, Every time I open Addon Organizer, it decides to break SODE. These red crosses show up at each jetway; Then I need to re-install SODE for it to work again. What's happening and how do I stop Addon Organizer from doing this / Set up SODE correctly, as I assume AO is trying to do something with the .xml files?

P4AO v1.41 b01 P3dv4.5 HF Hi all, I just installed P4AO the first time. On start I get the message: Error when reading config file <C:\Users\User Name\\AppData\RoamingLockheedMartin\Prepared3D V4\addons.cfg> Could not find file `C:\Users\User Name\\AppData\RoamingLockheedMartin\Prepared3D V4\addons.cfg´ It is strongly advised not to continue with P4AO. It is true in the above folder I have no file with name addons.cfg I have only in the folder "C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\ " a file with name add-ons.cfg What shall I do? Dear lorby developer, on one occasion you recommend me to unify all airports, for example Brazil, to include all Brazilian airports in the add-on.xml. Oliver, I did a "Conflict Check" and it appears I have duplicate entry. Report shows: XMLtools64.dll | dll.xml.cfg XMLtools64.dll | dll.xml.cfg dll.xml (ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3d) has an entry for XMLTools64.dll. DLL.XML (AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4) also has an entry for XMLTools64.dll I assume it should be in only one of the dll.xml's Any idea which I should delete? Kind Regards,

Hi I updated my FT Vegas to 1.1 and afterwards no scenery was added to P3dV4. I tried to manually place it in scenery.cfg as we are used to but was told to remove it and install it in the new way. Emilios has a p3 command file to hit. Afterwards still no entry to P3Dv4 and no failures loading p3dv4 but i do get this from your software https://ibb.co/FDc7j72 If i hit ignore i am back with all my previos scenerys in your software. Anyone else? Almost certain it's related to it, I'm unable to complete a flight, always CTD on take off when this thing is on. It's also the only thing I've installed along with 4.5.

Hi all, I just went through a hardware upgrade, switch to Windows 10, and re-installing everything, what a pain. Anyway I started with ORBX LC installs and not much else so far. I used the Addon Organizer before upgrade with no issues and after some ORBX LC setups, went ahead and installed Addon Organizer 1.40 for P3D v4.5 . Something went wrong and all my Scenery entries are Pink even the default P3D sceneries . The sim works OK, but I noticed a few anomalies . The pink entries indicate wrong path but how can I fix this. When I first installed P3D v4.5 It did not install to the folder I wanted, so I just moved everything into the folder of my c…

Hello Oliver, great product so far but I was wondering what is the reason behind keeping the window fixed size? Now some of the tabs are hidden by default (the important backup for example) and for users with bigger monitors it would help to be able to enlarge the window and remember it's size. You can always restrict the minimum size to the current one. I think it would help the usability. Thanks for the great tool! Some more: - Also, a quick help popup or hovertip on the meaning of the different colors would help for those who don't use it often
