Hello. I need help. After I uninstall chaseplane ,VFXCentral wouldn't allow me a reinstall, Here is the log files. Hey Guys, Sorry to bother you with a simple question. What will happen with my Presets and settings, if I remove ChasePlane completely from Add/Remove programs? Will I get them all back automatically after I reinstall the software, as they are stored somewhere in the cloud? And do I need to re-configure something after reinstalling? Thanks in advance. I had some issues with CP in P3D v3 that I was unable to resolve even with developer assistance. I came to believe it was not Chase Plane related but something else - undiscovered. Well THANKS - I bought a new PC and now use P3D v 4 and Chase Plane works great. Many thanks for a great product. Franklin Duncan

Good Day, I now use Ezdok, but want to start using chaseplane after purchase the Beta. I have just a simple question. I use more than one screen as probably a lot of you guys do, but i was wandering can I use one view to just use Chaseplace, for example in cinematic mode. And leave my main view in my virtual cockpit. So my Cinematic view will keep changing. I love to see a spot view but do not want to switch between cockpit and SpotView. Appreciate yr reply thx Edwin

Hello, Sorry if my question is silly or not-relating to ChasePlane, but maybe someone will be able to help me. In my P3D v3 I'm using ChasePlane to fly by Dash 8 Q400 by Majestic Software. As you surely know, sometimes it's necessary to open 2D window of PFD or MFD to see the indications / parameters better. Some time ago I was able to close such 2D window by only changing the view to the other one, which means it wasn't necessary to close it by mouse clicking. But after some changes (maybe in ChasePlane, maybe in P3D...) such 2D window is already visible even if I change the view. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to get back to the previous stat…

Yesterday, I had my last fit with EZDOK. Un gros merci Keven. Easy to install and use. Modern, intuitive interface. I just wanted a software that gets me going with cameras so I can spend my precious time learning about my aircraft, the PMDG 737. Unobtrusive and efficient. Up and running in less than an hour. The best utility software for simulation I have ever bought. I don't post often. When I do, it means something to me.

It's probably an age [73 years old] and eyesight issues thing :( I have purchased 2 copies of Chaseplane and would like to use it in preference to "the other one" Version 2, which I also have purchased, but being unable to read this text is a bummer, as I would like to use my logitech G13 unit to control all camera views on different aircraft. I have disabled controllers in P3D and use FSUIPC to allocate axes and a few buttons on my yoke. Hello my friends, I hope you can help me with this. I'd like to get a video shot of the aircraft in a left bank, with the camera initially tracking the aircraft and then as the aircraft banks the aircraft would get further and further away. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Chaseplane working this morning till about midday. On relaoding Chaseplane it tries to download experimental update & I get this message "another process is blocking the update process:MBAMService" Running P3Dv3, tied fsx with same result Checked auto_updater.exe in appdata/local/temp & it says "Missing update args" Any thoughts anyone??

I have just purchased Chaseplane to use in my P3D V4 sim. I have gone into Preferences and then General and the only Auto Launch button that comes alive is with FSX,the other 4 buttons including P3D V4 do not respond and remain greyed out and therefore I cannot connect to the Sim. Would appreciate any help please. I am using the 0.390 Beta Exp. version. Many thanks. Michael

Bought Chase Plane after P3D V4 release and have never got it working with TIR 5. I have gone through some of the most recent posts on this problem and no solution has worked for me yet. Delete the 2 files, Delete settings file in Natural Point[ from the TIR forum], Turn off global. I have noticed that on the TIR5 screen, that up in the top left corner, it gives the title, the profile etc. And my title says FSFX, which I would guess is Chase plane but when I scroll down the list of titled games that TIR supports, there is no Chase Plane, FSFX,or Old Prop listings for supported games. Could this be my problem as my camera does not track only 1 green led lit? T…

Good morning from Germany, i use CP in P3D, together with ASN, ORBX and GSX. The sim starts normally , together with CP, updates are run in CP. It works fine. A soon as i start the flight i planned, the mouse cursor starts to move by itself. It cannot be stopped by disconnecting the mouse USB or exiting P3D. Any ideas on this issue ? Rick

since the last update the middle mouse ui popup was changed, and since then I cant get it yo work consistently, am understanding that it was modifyed for streamers, but I dont stream that much and want it to work like it did before the update why cant there be a switch to adapt for streamers to work as changed or work as before the update, because I want it to work as before the update cause it wont work at all most of the time for me, since the update, I WANT IT BACK!!!!

Currently I have no camera utility program for P3D v3.4. I just used the views that come with the aircraft I fly - FSLabs Concorde-X. I've watched YouTube videos of both products and they both seem to do a good job of internal and external views. I'm not particularly bothered about "pilot breathing" effects. I just want a sold product that's easy to configure and use. It should have minimal effect on the simulator and should be usable with or without an internet connection once I have registered the product. It's the requirements in that last sentence that sets the two products apart. I don't want performance dragged down because of fancy visual effects. That's …

Whenever I install new custom avatars for P3D v4, and upon launching the sim, I get a pop up window from Chaseplane saying: The following aircraft have been modified to work with ChasePlane. and it lists the avatars that are installed, and then says Please restart your simulator if you have one of those aircrafts loaded. Why am I getting this popup, these are not aircrafts.

Hi folks, Yesterday chase plane was working fine. I've not really changed many settings from the default and was using the middle mouse button held down to look around. However now sometimes when I press it, it instantly looks down at the seat and I can't work out why! FSLabs A320 if that makes a difference in P3D V3

I've been running ChasePlane with P3Dv4, and enjoying it greatly. Earlier today, I did a flight and everything worked fine as always. Closed P3D and went on to other matters. Came back this evening (after installing some newly-installed Orbx scenery), and decided to use P3D again. This time, I got the following error dialog as ChasePlane was starting. (Obviously, there was no error code to send.) Repeated attempts to launch ChasePlane revealed that the error came just after the "Getting libraries..." message. Hello, proud owner of all the Packages from FSFX. But, TODAY, (after installing latest Microsoft Visual 2015 ++C) when opening my VFXCentral, a few seconds after the "doing the walkaround inspection" I get this error message "unknown error ConnectionClosed). As well, running as admin ChasePlane, it does not open since I get "It looks like something unexpected occurred. pls send the follow err.code at..(ConnectionClosed). Chase Plane stopped working today and I chose to reinstall but to no avail. Installation aborts with following message: Installation Error: System.Exception: cpDownloadError at A.B.A(Boolean ) at VFXCentral.MainWindow.A(Object , DoWorkEventArgs ) at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.OnDoWork(DoWorkEventArgs e) at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.WorkerThreadStart(Object argument) Any info how to fix this? Hello Chasplane friends, On YouTube I watch quite some video's in which I see walk around 's. I have been experimenting in ChasePlane on how to accomplish this but till now with NO luck. So I am turning to the experts hoping that someone will be so kind and point me in the right direction on how to set the settings/preferences accordingly. Thanks in advance and kind regards Dirk

In other parts of the Camera settings you are able to click on the numbers and direct edit or manually type the values in. But under Camera > Advanced that's not possible, and the only way to adjust the values is through adjusting the sliders. I like to make specific adjustments so could this somehow be added where you can click on the number and type in your exact value?

Keven, I am running FSX SP2 and the experimental version of CP. CP is set to automatically load with FSX. After an update is automatically downloaded I receive a 'Your FSX version is not supported' message then CP closes. If I wait until the Free Flight screen opens, then I can click on the CP icon and CP loads without issue. It's a minor annoyance and will likely be resolved by v1, but I wanted you to be aware of it. After downloading the experimental update of Chaseplane, i got the message: Another proces is blocking the update process: MBAM I stopped Malwarebytes but that didn't help Please advice Problem solved. A restart of the computer solves the problem. Don't know why

Kevin In another thread where someone was asking about uninstalling Chase Plane I said that I had the following issue "However I do have an issue with Chaseplane in P3Dv4 in that whenever I toggle the mouse look on, my view will jump to some random position before I can use it to look around the cockpit so I am also considering going back to Ezdok for the time being." I realised that I did not have the problem in P3Dv3.4 so it shouldn't be anything to do with the CP settings so I checked all my settings to make sure there were no conflicts with other view, key assignments and hat switches etc but no luck with all that.
