Hello, is it posibble to make 2 or more group of presets in one type of aircraft? i dont see any option that would do that or am i missing something? Dray

Good morning, With the new uipdate, I have managed to take my first flight back up but I notice that the views now move using the gimbal feature that you had in a previous version. I cannot disable it as I cannot find it again in the options, have you removed it ?

I have a problem with the chaseplane after I formatted my computer and installed everything again.The chaseplane started with p3d, but with a long delay, and do not close automatically after closing p3d. So I installed and installed a few times to see if I could fix this problem, but now I got a message that I did reach the maximum number of activations (chaseplane), I sent an email to OldProp last night, did they take a long time to respond? Hello, I’ve been using chaseplane for a while now, and I absolutely love it. However, recently, I’ve come across a problem where whenever I try to go back to the previous view, it zooms out and stays at the same position. I believe this is caused by having my speed up button set to L shift, and previous view L shift + A. I’ve never had this problem before, and I was wondering if there was a solution to this, or if anyone else has this problem.

Hi everybody, I have just recently purchased Chaseplane, for the sole purpose of being able to review my landings in my PMDG Boeing 737 in Prepard3 v4. To fly the aircraft I use a CH Yoke, and in the past I used the hat switch on the Yoke to move around the cockpit, bear in mind I always fly in the Captain's seat or the virtual cockpit mode. However, with Chaseplane, the hat switch doesn't work, and now I can't see all of the virtual cockpit, and nor I am able to pan around the cockpit. In my PMDG 737 (Prepard3d), I can still access the first officer mode, but I can't view the virtual cockpit, I have the same issue with my FSX, PMDG 777, plus I cannot zoom in or…

Hi everyone, When using P3D4 today I noticed that my mouse no longer disappears when holding the mouse wheel and moving around. Could anyone help me fix this issue? I also installed ASCA before this started happening, if that could have changed it. Also, I am unable to add my hat switch to ChasePlane. I have a T-Flight HOTAS 4. Thanks. Sam

The mouse wheel when pressed would always pan/tilt and zoom without problem in the flight deck in chaseplane for my PMDG 777-300... Then every now and again it would stop working, then work again for a few min then stop working again etc....(this is without changing any settings) and I would have to resort to using the hat on my joystick for looking and zoom control. Now, the mousewheel never works as intended. And I much prefer using the mousewheel over the hat for this. -In Preferences ->Camera the top button in Mouse controls is "on" (MB Pan & Tilt, MB Hide etc) Any quick fix, or workaround in settings? Hi there, I made a mistake of trying to install Chase Plane on my Laptop to run FSX, because my desktop was out of order. When I fixed the desktop, and tried to use it there, I got the message that I had to reset my license, because I cannot use it in two PCs. Fair enough. I want to buy a new license, but apparently I am not able to do it with the same account. Do I need to create a new e-mail account to buy a new license? (if so, that's very user unfriendly, I have to say) Another issue: what is the procedure to buy this new license and install in the laptop, considering that it is apparently connected to the PC's license? Running CP in FSX SE at then moment and it's indispensable. May run a version of P3D sometime in the future on the same PC. Due to me having a rule of only buying software once in the future the only aircraft and add-ons I will use in the P3D sim will be those I already own that will work in both. I will never retire FSX as I have many aircraft there from PMDG and A2A that I won't be buying again for P3D. The question is.. Will I have to deactivate my FSX CP license to install in P3D on the same computer or can I leave both installed at the same time as I can only fly one at a time obviously? Hello Just done a fresh re-install of Windows/P3D, the lot. Now when configuring Chaseplane (.32 Exp or Non-Exp - same), I can assign joystick buttons and axis to view OK, apart from just a couple of buttons on one of my controllers (buttons 1, 2 and 3 of my T16000M). It gets into an endless loop of "Something unexpected happened". I have screenshots and a log file, but no idea how I attach on Avsim! Rob

All had been working perfectly for many months until the last Windows Update crippled my PC and I had no choice but to do a complete factory reset and three days later I have installed 100% of all files and programs. P3D v4.4 is working well as is all other addons except for ChasePlane After installing, my settings are showing up in ChasePlane but do not work. It seems that I am going to have to re-configure everything all over again. Is there anything that can be done to avoid a complete re-configuration of all my aircraft? Regards, Dane

Hi Keven I've just done a fresh Windows, P3D and Chaseplane install (via VFX Central). When launching CP, I get a pop-up immediately saying 'It looks like something unexpected occured. A logfile will be sent to Old Prop automatically the next time you launch Chaseplane' Are you able to shed light on what the issue is? (I have also just upgraded my motherboard and processor.) I have installed a new three screen cockpit view. There is a 21/9 ratio 3440 X 1440 center screen and two 24 inch 1920 X 1220 side view screens. I have set them up using P3D v4.4 View Groups and they look great with a minor problem. When I start up the flight sim and it is ready to fly Track IR will sometimes work for a few moments and then stop working, or not work at all in the flight sim. When I open Track IR it functions appropriately. In the flight sim I will go to the menu, open views and see down at the bottom of the drop down list three check boxes listed: On_board (ChasePlane) -View 00; ...-View 01 and View 02. How to copy all of my camera settings to all of my PMDG 737 aircrafts?

I have purchased 2 licenses for a server/client Prepar3D platform. Unfortunately, during the installation the server received the "activations exceeded message." (The server's license was purchased several months ago and has NOT been ported to any other computer). The CP client was activated with a serial number last Friday, March 8 and appears to be OK. Hi I try to find on manual and check on this forum but no joy. I have a Joystick with Hat Switches if I use in external views I can pan but not in VC, where is the option to enable pan on VC. I set Hat Switches correctly in the assignment panel. Please let me know

This is especially noticeable in cinematic mode. Every time the camera seems to change angles, the engine sounds "revv up" again. I've noticed this with multiple aircraft.

Please could you make it so I am not forever restarting CP. It is doing my head in. If I run P3D, then close P3D (or it crashes) and restart CP from the first intance sits there doing nothing. Can you not poll Simconnect? Other applications do not have this problem, AS for example, what is even more infuriating is when I try to close CP it pops up with an annoying question, are you sure? Yes I am sure you #!%£ for the 1000th time! 😄 Please add a checkbox, never ask me this annoying question ever again. Thank you!

Hi Keven, I got this error today after CP updated. Unfortunately it doesn't permit CP to continue. Things that changed in my system, my XBOX controller is plugged into a different USB port. My audio hardware changed (it's now External USB 3.0 PreSonus 192 audio interface). Exception: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Hi! ChasePlane works very well until yesterday, when I installed my new adddon A2A Comanche 250. The A2A plane wont worked (CTD when switch to Comanche 250) and the solution was reinstalling the P3Dv4.4 (clean install, deleted everything) and all addons. (Windows 10 Pro x64) Installed P3Dv4.4... OK! Installed SimConnect (redist\Interface\FSX-SP2-XPACK\retail\lib\SimConnect.msi)... OK! Installed A2A Comanche 250... OK! (the CTD is gone and the plane worked!)
