Hi all, I would love to have VC integration of the RXP GTN750 in the cockpit of the Carenado C210 for X-Plane. There seems ample space to remove the 2x default GNS530's and replace with 1x GTn750. Has anyone already done this and can share? Is anyone willing to do this? Or, is anyone willing to show me how to at least do it myself? Thanks Gav

Hi there, I just finished editing an updated GTN 650 3D model including an optional PBR glass effect. The GTN is fully functional but a few adjustments are still required in that C337 cockpit (Carenado) (instruments size is non-standard). The GTN normal map is also still missing. When this mod will be ready, I'll be able to share it with the community, thanks to Carenado/Thranda's permission. Also, I'd like to thank Jean-Luc from Reality XP for his invaluable help and availability. The opportunity to learn and use these realistic instruments would not exist without his work and skills.

So I'm in way over my head with this - I love the PC12 integration, but my PC12 in XP11 is pretty broken with regards to some of the engine modeling. I was hoping to use the EV-55 Outback for a 9,500 nm cross country Christmas Flight, and I would LOVE to have the GTN 750 in the panel..but I'm lost in PlaneMaker. I can access the 2D panel just fine, but I'd love to see the EV-55's Garmin replaced by the GTN. I actually got to use the GTN 725 in our real airplane today on the way to GYH for some maintenance. Really cool that I can have something similar in X-Plane..! Thanks! BeachAV8R

I bought the GTN 750 yesterday and I'm having some trouble when clicking on "settings" on the plugins > Reality XP GTN > GTN 1. X-Plane 11 freezes and I need to close the process and restart. Yesterday was ok, but today I can't. Already reinstalled, rebooted my pc and nothing. (Sorry for my english, btw).

Searching for the latest trainer, but only found one from dec. 2016 for download. However there were several links to Garmin selling the Trainer for $25. So is it not free anymore?

Not only that I had to realize that integration of the RXP-GTN is still in its infancy (no, even if I'm a programmer, I don't have any glue of 3d-modelling ...), not even I was able to switch the 750 on. There's (XP11) only that black bezel, which I can move around, with some knobs doing nothing. Then I had some hard hours in the internet with respect to integration and use. Just purchased the 650 Touch, it shows in my plugins menu but will not show on screen? Help.

Not sure where to start here. When opening either the GNS or the GTN in the VC cockpit/Popup, I loose the ability click switches in the cockpit. Would that be a Carenado or RXP issue? Only occurs with the RXP GPS's. Win 7, XP11 10r1 Thanks

This seems to be a problem. I have copied 4 flight plans of the type *.gfp into the appropriate folder. When I press the GTN-750 Import button, the system 'sees' only one of these 4 files. This is the folder C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\GTN\FPLN These are flight plans that I have exported from Little Navmap. The GTN-750 sees only one of them. The other files look ok - I have checked the contents and they all look to be in the correct format. I just purchased the GTN 650 sim, and attempted to install to my XPlane 11 on Steam. The installer asks for a folder for XPlane 9. Does the sim not work with XPlane 11?

This isn't my work, a user at x plane dot org has created a nice mod for the GTN 750 in Aerobask Panthera. I'm trying to contact him to make sure it's ok to post his work. But screenshots! I think there may be a way to get the GTN 650 working and I have been playing with some values but no luck so far. Hello Im getting a black screen after a clean installation. I just installed A GTX 1080 Video card replacing 2 GTX 660Ti. After video card install and loading up Xp 11, The RXP GTN 750 isn't working. RXP 750 was working great before the video card upgrade. any ideas? thanks in advance Paul

I've been trying to make use of the small displays in the default Cirrus jet. The GTN 750 wouldn't fit and the dimensions aren't good either for the GTN 650, but with a few compromises it's possible to improve the flight experience (even if the cockpit is not fully realistic). I also added a glass effect on the windshield and side windows while I was at it ;) (XP 11.10 beta 8) Of course, there are a few limitations (the G1000 and the GTNs are not synchronized (FPL, DTO, etc.)), the pop-up windows is required for a few operations. Hi. I am having the problem that the screen is not turning on for the GTN 750. When I turn the battery/avionics off the screen goes a bit darker so it seems to react. But when I turn the battery/avionics back on the screen stays blank. I sometimes have luck that after constantly turning it off on on again that it works but that is very frustrating. This might be a Garmin issue - if so, just say so and I will move on.... :) But a lot of airports I fly to seem to have no Approachs, but do have an ILS Arrival. The problem is that I cannot add the Arrival to the flight plan as if I do, the flight plan does not show up on Preview. No white/magenta line anywhere. I am guessing that since there is no Approach, the system cannot join up the enroute segment to the Arrival. Currently I don't select either Approach or Arrival and fly the arrival visually. So it is not a problem. But I think that there must be a better way around this issue. Any tips?

Just a couple of basic questions. I bought the GTN750 to work inside the Carenado DO-228 and it works fine. I notice that there are 2 GTN devices. One seems to be tied to the display unit in the 3D cockpit. The other I can bring up with a hot-key. Looks good. Is there some way to get the unit in the 3D panel to popup? Where it is is pretty hard to read. This leads to my second question. The 2nd unit I have popping up into a 2D panel. Does the work I do in this 2nd panel reflect into the first panel? ie can I do changes to the flight plan (or anything) in Unit 2 and have it show up in Unit 1 (on the 3D panel) ? Hi, I have had to reinstall win 10 from scratch today due to an hdd failure. I have tried to reinstall the GTN 750 but when starting xplane 11 the gtn screen comes up but says invalid license, how do I point the plugin in to my valid key / license files>

Hi I have just bought the DO228 100 HD SERIES XPLANE 11 from Carenado and on firing up the GTN through the Reality XP plugin the system integrates nicely in the cockpit. However I can find no way to have it pop out as a screen, I have to move my field of vision around in the cockpit to be able to program it. Am I doing something wrong or is it not supposed to enlarge?

Hi, I removed a flight plan gfp file from the C:\ProgramData\Garmin\GTN Trainer Data\GTN\FPLN folder and placed another one in it's place but when i go to import on the GTN it still shows the plan i deleted and the new one doesn't show. Why is that? Thanks.
