I have buy the gtn 750 by reality xp. Now i cant find the plugin in xplane: and The trainer is in demo mode?

I need some wisdom on how to get this thing working please. I have the GTN for P3DV4 installed, with the trainer. I bought the same for XP11. Downloaded and installed easily. Loaded up a flight, turned on the app via the menu's, nothing, nadda, black. I have avionics working, build in GPS is on. I changed planes, I rebooted my computer nothing. I did not reinstall the trainer as I have it installed already with my P3D and FSX. Do I have to reinstall the trainer? Is there some code somewhere that needs to be modified? Bryan

I export flightplans made in Pilot2ATC to the folder stated in the manual in both .fpl and .gfp formats. When I go to flightplans on the gtn 750 the catalogue shows the route but when I press import I only get the departure and destination waypoints, as in direct to, there are mo planned SID STAR and approach waypoints. what am I doing wrong?

Hello all. As an owner of both the GTN 750 and GTN 650 I am trying desperately to get those to work. So either dual 650 or dual 750 or 650 & 750 together (like in the Bell 429). The problem is that only one instance can run OK. The other, after clicking thru the welcome screens stops working after short. The same is indicated in sim (11.05) by the screen though showing output does not react to inputs anymore. When looking at the tasks in task manager that one of the GTN Trainer 32 processes even so using memory shows 0% cpu usage. Hi, Good afternoon. How can I place the GTN on my aircraft? I want to edit the panel in Planemaker and put the GTN on top of the other XP default GPS. How can I do it? I was looking for a manual to see how it's done but I can't find it. Thanks, Teo

I've been trying to manually download the PC Trainer for the past couple days. Clicking "Download" on Garmin's website results in an eventual timeout. Anyone know if there is anywhere else I can get it?

I downloaded the GNS750 today and installed it. The GNS is a gray screen; in the lower left corner is GTN_750_1. The screen responds from a cursor to a hand--it is however entirely blank. I have updated the graphics driver. I do have installed the F1 GTN for P3D. Perhaps it's a conflict with the trainer. As stated in the documentation, the GTN Trainer prevents the installation of another Trainer. I've defined the environmental variables to point to the Trainer--same result. How can I install the RXP Trainer without uninstalling the F1 Trainer? How can I keep both Trainers?--Thanks, Robert P.S. Any other suggestions would be appreciate…

I seem to recall that on the real-world GTN 750 it is possible to modify a flight plan by dragging and dropping the magenta line (dropping onto a waypoint/VOR etc). My RXP GTN doesn't seem to allow this.

Has anyone tried this with Flyinside VR?

1. If I buy the GTN 750, can I use it with any aircraft in my hangar as a pop-up? Thinking Saab 340, Carenado GA etc. 2. Will the GTN 750 allow me to fly SIDS/ STARs even on smaller GA aircraft (i.e. Carenado King Air B200).

For some reason, in XP-10 my GTN 750 seems to freeze up. Usually, this would happen about halfway into a long flight and using 3rd party aircraft like the PMDG DC-6. Now, for the first time, it stopped working right after takeoff. Haven't noticed this in XP-11 but most of the aircraft I fly that use the 750, I use in XP-10. Thanks.....

If you are using a AMD Graphics card, subject to the the list of compatibility on the AMD site, the latest update - whql-win10-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-relive-17.7.2-july27.exe - seems to have solved the problems with earlier versions and the GTN 750. It seems to be working perfectly for me after the update using Windows 10 and XP 11.02. dissy

Is it possible to sync the FPL created in the GTN750 to the planes GNS430/530?

I have the trainer version 6.01.1 installed which I believe is not the current version. When I try to update, I get the following error message from the installer: "Setup could not install the extra files. The system cannot find the file specified. the installation will continue normally but the product will fail to run properly." Any solution? John.

My GTN750 seems to be missing some waypoints/airports/etc. For example, it couldn't recognize S40 or KS40 (Prosser) which is in most other databases including Skyvector and X-Plane 11. How do I make sure that I have the current database installed. Thanks, John.

As I have understood, the Garmin trainer only comes with US NavData. So is it possible to download EU NavData for the GTN? br Lars

Hi, D/L the e-commerce installer for the GTN 750, purchased same and got my Reality XP files, ran the set-up and the set up hung trying I assume to install the Garmin trainer. I cancelled, re-ran the setup and it appeared to unpack the trainer files but then told me it could not install the "extra files". Repeated the whole process again with the same result but additionally, the set up told me that it could not find a file, something to do with the plugin .win.xpl. Hi, I'm a XP11 User and I'm considering the purchase of a GTN750. I noticed in one of the videos posted here that the GTN750 had been integrated into the default XP C-172SP panel. I'm confused as I thought I read that the GTN750/650 was not able to be integrated and had to be used as a "pop-up" in XP. Can you help me understand if and how the 750/650 can be integrated into the aircraft panel? Thanks
