Hi! I'm considering buy the GNS 750 or 650 to use it with carenado Seneca V in XP10. I would like to know if this is possible and supported. Which are the list of know supported aircrafts that I can use the GNS in XP10 ? Thanks

Hi, Can we run the GTN 750 on a second computer or second screen outside of x-plane window ? Same question for the upcoming gns530. This would be great and really allow us to integrate it into our cockpit. Also we would have to be able to run it with no bezel. thanks

Temporary fix to RXP floating window, if using at least two pcs for XP, [Server/Flight Model].. use a touchscreen for primary server display {optimal}. _*One pc would have to add another full screen flight simulator selection in graphics menu on respective touchscreen monitor, most likely will affect FPS a little to a lot depending on hardware.

Hello. I am a former RW floatplane flyer and am getting into landing on water in P3D. What a treat. I have the new Milviz Beaver and am trying it out with the GTN750 installed. I never flew a floatplane with a GTN750! But the GTN750 is a great way to get around crosscountry. However, when landing on water in the amphib beaver, there is a constant Terrain warning alert that is a little annoying. Would anyone in the know be able to suggest how to disable or override this aural warning? Thanks in advance, Mike Hamilton

Why is it that every time I install this thing, I have to go around my butt to get to my elbow to get it to work. How about you fix the installer. Setup could not install the extra files. The Garmin Trainer installer returned: The system cannot find the file specified. Setup will now continue installing normally but the product will fail running properly.

I used these gtn's for quite awhile now, and they are wonderful. But I had a crash in x-plane 10 with gtn-1 on and after reboot the display comes back transparent with the word gtn-650-1 (or something like that), so I figured I delete the ini file of the aircraft and thats that. But it refused to load properly, the other gtn's the 650-2 and both 750 are loading normally. I then tried another aircraft, with the same result, then another x-plane installation the same result. So the problem is somewhere outside of x-plane. Can someone point me to a direction to reset things. Thanks Piet.

HI Jean-Luc. Instead of again trying to reinstall the 750 from my previous download, I did a new download from your web site, installed that and now the 750 does seam to start okay. However, I am now noticing a Big loss in performance when the 750 is on. When it is off my FPS are around 35 FPS, but as soon as I turn on the 750 the FPS drop by 10 to about 25 FPS. I have tried this several times with the same result and I have never experienced this before, either in XPlane or P3D. Hi Jean-Luc. Out of nowhere I started getting the light gray box and the 750 will not start up. While installing the 750 I got an error message and the install could not be completed. As you suggested in the past I deleted the RXP folder from the program files but that didn't help. Hello Everyone, Just got the GTN 750 and absolutely love it but I've had a lot of issues that I have had to sort out before I am where I am at now but I still have minor quirks that I would like help with. I had issues with the CDI where I could not get the GPS to work properly, the HSI needle would jump around everywhere and the autopilot wasn't able to follow the flight plan because it would disengage within a second. I was then made aware of a secret button at the bottom of the GTN 750 that when pressed while in GPS mode corrected the issue, what does this secret button do that fixed the problem? Hi, somehow the Airfoil labs instruments are fighting with the GTN 750. For example, I can't change the squawk code as the plane always change it back to whatever was set. When starting Xplane11 sometimes the 750 will start up and sometimes I just get a black screen and it won't start up.

The dreaded AMD Driver Incompatibility has struck again. I have always had the philosophy with software that if it is the only program that will not run on the latest drivers I will not use it. To many other programs depend on the latest versions. Unfortunately the GTN 750 and trainer now fall into this category. They have been uninstalled until RXP can sort the issue with AMD drivers out This is unfortunate as the GTN 750 add on for X-Plane is a lovely bit of software. Regards Ian Diss

New problem arose last night, X-plane crashed for the first time, when I restarted, the GTN 750 would not start up. Just black screen. Opened GTN 2, and had transparent screen. Exited out of x-plane and tried opening just the trainer, appeared to freeze, and not turn on, just blank screen, and bezel disappears. Running 6011 trainer, RXP GTN version 2.4.6.

Hi a few days ago I purchased the garmin 750 Using a plugin on 10/15 I had a loss of fps xp11 solutions?

Lately I'm using the GTN750/650 with the Bell 407 helicopter in X-Plane 11 and after setting the general flight plan I like to pin-point my route through valleys with the "graphically edit flight plan" option. Works perfectly but what is a little annoying: after each editing of a leg the map zooms back to the helicopter which of course is still at the airport. Maybe I missed a setting but I couldn't find a option to disable it as long as I edit the flight route.

good day is there any possibility to have the gtn 750 fixed to be able to dragged into a new window in xp 11 ? it is possible to dragg default xp11 map into a new window; i suppose that a change into your gtn can fix the problem as at the moment can not be moved from main screen. tx

Hello Again, I just purchased the BAE Jetstream 32. It has the GTN integrated into the panel. Sometimes when I load the aircraft I receive the license invalid error. It has happened four out of five load attempts. It worked on the second attempt, and has not worked since. I will attempt to add the screen shot of the message, and the instructions that came with the aircraft. I do have a valid license, and the GTN works fine in all other aircraft. i am having an issue with the GTN 750 in X-Plane 10 on windows 8/64 bit. It will work when it boots into X-Plane - but only changing radio frequencies, etc. As soon as I click on the MAPS button, it freezes and does nothing. At that point the only thing you can do is reboot it. It acts as though it is not loading the maps database or can see that. I am not sure what I am doing wrong - it does function to a point, but I get no map functionality. Any help would be appreciated.

I today purchased the GTN 750 for use with X-Plane 11 and so far it's working great. The only thing I didn't find out was how to fly an LPV approach. When I load and activate the approach there is no vertical guidance, even if I set the autopilot to APP mode (and GPS source). The trainer announces "LPV" so I guess it's in the right mode. Everything else, like ILS approaches, holdings, go arounds etc. all work fine. Did I miss a setting or step? P.S.: tried with Carenado C90 and TBM850

I purchased the new version of the GTN 750 and after struggling for hours getting it installed I finally got it working somewhat. It will show up in the pop up window and the panel in the modified C172 but it is messed up looking with only parts of the display showing and when I zoom in and out it moves very slowly with what looks like sparkles on the screen. I've read most of the threads but have found nothing that addresses a problem of this type. I uploaded a screenshot to the X-Plane general forum under the GTN 750 Integration thread but am not clear on how to upload a one to this forum. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

The 750 was working fine and then I tried Lua and now I only see a light grey transparent box with small red letters in the lower left corner. I did try reinstalling the 750 but it did not help. I really love this plug in I have windows 7,8,10( 2 desktops and one laptop) and each time I try to install the gtn750 when it downloads gamin trainer software it never complete it come back with an error message stating it could not find a file I tried on all 3 computers still the same thing!!! I have tried to load this 10 times thru flight one.. I had to download the garmin trainer directly from the garmin website it will work for awhile then it stops working...can someone let me know if they have had this problem... and also how do I fix this problem not that great with computers folks thanks
