Am a relatively new user to X-Plane 11.2 and was wondering which aircraft out of the box will work with the touchscreen RXP GTN750? I have the default C172 working well and am considering purchase of other add-on aircraft that use the great GTN750. Any advice would be wonderful. Thanks.

Hi, Garmin is releasing a new GTN trainer, usually every 6 months. However, our software installer will most likely fail downloading the latest trainer automatically reporting a "404" error (file not found), because Garmin is usually removing the previous GTN trainer all-in-one installer from their servers. We're doing our best to update our GTN products and make them compatible in a timely manner and we're sorry for this unavoidable inconvenience. Hello, One thing that I never understood is why the GTN750/G60 has a limited number of approaches compared to what's available in the real world. As far as I know the Nav data isn't that old so I don't know why some approaches are missing. For example at KRNO I have the charts for the ILS X, Y and Z Rwy 16R, but in the GTN I only see the ILS X and Y. Is there any particular reason for this? Is there a way to fix this? Kayden

Hi guys After two hours googling, not getting anywhere. Just bought the GTN750 today for the S340 and it won't show (as in, no bezel, not integrated), no matter what I try. XP 11.41, Garmin 2.5.23.0. Tried removing all other plugins, tried using a fresh install of the carenado. Hi, There has been recent reports of a compatibility issue when using both TG and RXP GPS. The typical symptom is the X-Plane simulator freezing at load time and the X-Plane log file indicating the last plugin loaded is the GNS V2 or the GTN. It seems we now have a solution to this issue. Hi! I purchased the superb GTN 750 addon a few days ago and since then I've been trying to get it in the default Cessna 172 from Laminar Research for XP 11.10b5. I also have the Reality Expansion Pack for the C172, but it's not compatible with the latest v11.10 yet. As you may know, there was a compatibility mod for the C172 including two GTN 750 in the cockpit. I managed to adapt it to XP 11.10b5 and decided it should be interesting to update the GTN 3D model and textures. Hi, quick question: I'm flying on a heading towards a target. At a certain point, I set the target as a user waypoint in the GTN750. Before activating it, I'm perfectly lined up with the course. But the moment I activate it, the helicopter turn slightly to the right and starts flying parallel to the line, staying offset to the right - which is not what I want. Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix it?

It is really a shame that the developers of GTN 750/650 after years (!) are not able to offer a compatible version to iMac/Mac community. This on the background of the fact that X-Plane was and is developed on Mac machines, so they can easily offer help....

I have been running the Reality XP Garmin 750 for XPlane 12 for many years without a hitch. Several weeks ago, I started up the program and there were no databases in the GTN 750. A black screen. I spent some time troubleshooting this with no luck so uninstalled the Garmin product data thinking I would simply reinstall everything. When I run the Installer program for my GTN 750. I've created a support ticket with Airfoilabs and posted on XPlane.org, but thought I'd try here also. Issue: Drag and drop of GNS or GTN from right panel to left panel does nothing (left panel is clear of all instruments so there is space). 1. Hi Been using P2ATC for some time and works with the Reality GTN750 installed in the AFL King Air 350 aircraft. Updated to Pilot2ATC version 3 this week and working through the implementation... However, when using the RealityGTN750 in the sim to import a flight plan it ..."Fails to import!". The set up is per manual with the correct folder C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\Databases\FPLN that show the list of .gfp flight plans saved from Pilot2ATC and Simbrief, validated correctly and also a copy of the sample .GFP file from the \GtnTrainer\flightplan.zip. Hi, I've read all the pages I could possibly find on the forums describing the same issues I'm having and none of the solutions have worked. When I load into the Simulator, the GTN650 is Dark Grey and it says 'Rebooting'. It does nothing with power, or without it. Sorry if this question has been asked(I searched and could not find an answer), but does anybody know if the RealityXp GTN750 2d panel can be dragged from xplane 12 cockpit and placed on a touch screen monitor so that it can be interacted with via touch, as the actual GTN unit does?
