RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

Hi, I use the GTN 650 on X-Plane 12 with the RealSeamGear GTN 650. I just installed the lastest GTN trainier, and the lastest Reality XP software. When loading the procedures for LOWI, it does not show the LOC 26 R procedure, and it says the RNAV 26 E GPS is unavailable. However, if I run the GTN trainer standalone (Garmin software), the LOC 26 R shows up, and the RNAV 26 E GPS can be used. Why are these approaches suddenly gone, when using the GTN 650 device with the Reality XP software? I checked the AIRAC cycles, and they are identical. Any way I can get these procedures to work?

Can You Add Waypoints by Tapping on the Map? If not, is there an easy way of adding them. Thanks.

I need of some assistance with the GTN plugin for X-Plane 12. The GTN 750 works totally fine, until I pop it out into a new window. Then it immediately fills up my system memory until X-Plane crashes entirely. I've tried a completely clean install of X-Plane 12 with the same result. I looked at the log files, but they are very sparse and contain no real diagnostic information. Would greatly appreciate assistance with this. 🙂

Hi all. I'm sorry if this has been answered and I couldn't figure out what to search for. I got the JustFlyte Arrow and have successfully gotten the 750 and 650 to show up in the plane. The 750 works fine and powers the autopilot and the G5 HSI, so that's all good. However, when I put a flight plan into the 750, it doesn't just show up on the 650 as it does in the real plane. Is there some kind of setting I can trigger to enable this? It's kinda a pain to have to update both GPSes all the time so I can have a map on one and the flight plan on the other. Thanks much! Hey there, I am looking for a working 3D object which I can add via planemaker to add to my aircraft. I already found some files online but when I add them, I can't see it in planemaker. Is there any way, I can add a panel and see it in planemaker and somehow configure it to work? I try to add a 3D GTN750 to the pedestal of my V Skylabs DC-3. I already managed to replace the default GNS 530, but I would prefer a GTN panel. Tanks in advance

Trying for days now and it is not working. After some troubles the RXP installer finally installed but the required Garmindownload for the Trainer does not work always returning a 404 - Not found error. Dowload of the Database and the Launcher including the update for the Launcehr worked with out troubles. Tried with some of the other training modules but all result in the sam 404 error - even with no active firewall Getting really nuts now for this misinvest and wasted money with no respones from RXP at all and Garmin with just a notification for 4 days now it's been forwarded but no updates.

Hi all Cockpit builder here. Is it possible to run the GTN under windows (i.e., standalone)? Instead of having to pop out the screen from the virtual cockpit of xplane, and move it to a second monitor, meaning that I ll have to switch to windowed mode, which actually kills my FPS by a factor 2. I tried to purchase the GTN 650 for X-Plane with the 50% discount, but I missed the deadline by just one day (expired on January 31, 2025). I already own the GTN 750, which I bought on January 29, and was hoping to pair it with the 650 at the discounted price. I’ve seen similar situations where admins were able to update the compose file or extend the discount for cases like this. Is there any way to update the file or reapply the discount? It would really help, as the full price is a bit much for me right now. Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

I've been trying on my end to replace the default FMC with this in the 3D cockpit but to no avail. Maybe someone here can make one?

I have an issue with X plane 12 crashing on launch when the Reality XP folder is in the plugins. It works fine on X plane 11 and I see no way to update it. I can not use it and it worked fine in the past. Using windows 11 and the GTN 750/ and 650. I am also using Air Manager software now, all worked good on X plane 11. I see no way to get any technical support for this, other than the forum. Any help, greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am using the RealityXP GTN750 in X-Plane 12. What I try to do is simply uploading a flightplan. Following the instructions, I created the necessary folders and placed flightplans in there. But the GTN750 won't let me import a flightplan. I do not even get the menue option for this. What am I doing wrong? I would have posted a picture of the screen here - but do not know how to do this.

Hello, I have recently reinstalled the RXP GTN 750 and it works good in the simulator I used which is X Plane 12. But in the Garmin Aviation Trainer, I am getting some errors when trying to install some garmin versions. For example, in Aircraft Trainers tab, I get an advisory that says: The TXi (v3.62) and GTN Xi (v20.42) Trainers must be downloaded. Hello, I've been searching this topic for awhile and I see a lot of posts related to this however I'm not having much luck trying solutions suggested in other posts so I wanted to share my setup. I've been running XPlane-12 with the Cessna 172 and Cessna Citation X (both that just come with the game). Hello, I bought this product months ago, I hadn't had any problem until today, after taking a break from the simulator, I came back but I get this message on the garmin "INVALID LICENSE CONTACT VENDOR." Using the reality XP GTN750/650 simulator on xplane 12, it will not load the latest Garmin nav DB. Although other panels like G1000 load it just fine. It continues to load GTN v6.62 even though I have v6.72 installed. Any way to fix this?

I have a pc setup with X Plane 12 running RealityXP on a RealSimGear GTN650. When I am in VR using a Meta Quest 3, the GTN650 popout window shows up in my vision following the track of the headset. VR is through Virtual Desktop. I know that the GTN can be moved/resized with the VR controllers, but I would prefer that it remain on the physical RealSimGear unit screen and not show up at all in VR. I was wondering if anyone might have insight into how that could be configured? Thanks.

Hi. The GTN 750 screen is showed without a problem in the 3D panel and in VR, but when I tried to click over the GTN screen on the panel in VR is not working, only show an arrow and not the hand. If I make the pop-up windows appears, I can click over that pop-up and work perfectly and the changes is showed on the panel too, but I cant click over the screen in the panel. I am having an issue lately with some flight plans. I create flight plans in Little NavMap and export them to different simulators and aircraft as well as Reality XP. Sometimes I when I import one of the flight plans into Reality XP I get a locked waypoint and have to manually correct it. But Lately I'm having an issue with an airport, KBNA. Little NavMap lists the airport in the flight plan as KBNA Nashville Intl. Yet when I import the following flight plan the departure airport is locked. Hello, I loaded up an ILS approach and suddenly my NAV 1 frequencies had a big red X over them and I could not switch to the correct ILS frequency. Can anyone explain why this happened? See screenshot for reference. https://postimg.cc/RWzCd0W0

TDS sim is soon releasing their GTN product for X-plane which integrates navigraph so the database can be updated by regular users. Could you please consider making this possible with RXP? Otherwise people will always choose TDS over RXP. As a current RXP user I would really like to see this integrated so I do not have to switch over to TDS.

I'm trying to get the GTN 650 into xplane. I can't even get the purchasing app to run. I've done the antivirus thing and Windows DEM. Support seems to be gone from Reality XP. Any ideas?

I’ve installed a RealityXP GTN750 and 650 in my vFlyte Air Twin Comanche (X-Plane 12, Windows). They seem to work well but for some reason the approach and nav functions of the autopilot are not functioning properly now. Heading mode works and responds correctly to heading bug inputs. However Nav and Approach modes don’t work properly. They seem to just hold the current track when selected on, ignoring any CDI guidance. I’ve tried in both VLOC and GPS. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Whilst programming up my MCP Pro panel using the Pollypot software for my Bell B412 I think I accidently sent a message of 'sim/transponder/transponder_standby' I'm using a Reality XP GPS, and now every time I try to activate the xpndr it briefly shows the screen below with 'ENT +ID' in the xpndr box - I've never seen that before. . The xpndr goes into mode Charlie for about a second or two, then goes back to standby. I've tried sending the sim/transponder/transponder_on message via the MCP Pro, but it has no effect.
