RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

Hello, Long time RXP flyer from the early MSFT days back again! Happy to have just purchased the Garmin GTN 750 for the Carnado PC-12 in XP11. I have the latest versions of both plane and RXP installed but I'm still not able to see the display in the airplane. So far I've: 1. Turned off Anti-virus then installed using default suggested paths 2. Added AV exclusions to avoid issues with the files 3. Setup trainer to run as admin 4. Run the PC-12 and I can see the instrument installed in the panel. If I bring up the pop-up, it works in the airplane. Just not in the panel 5. I've checked the log files, even turned on logging for trainer and vide…

How do I contact Reality-XP Tech Support? Don’t see a “Support” tab in their website. Perhaps my problem can be addressed by them. After reinstalling my GTN750 instrument after a hard dist failure, the GTN750 now shows blank on the aircraft instrument panel. I would like to show an image, but cannot find any way to attach image to this thread. Can anyone please identify a fix for this problem? Thank you for the help—much appreciated.

Hi ... dipping a toe in the x-plane water as long-term fsx/p3d user, struggling with recent install of the RXP gtn gauges .... .... in the p3d version of F1 GTN I like to use the 750 GPS to take me to an airport where i pick up an ILS of my choice and do an approach linked to it .... am unable to replicate this with the RXP version ....as example if i take off from 7R @ KLAX, do a circuit taking me about 10 miles out, try to intercept the ils @ 90 degrees at about 2000ft, all that happens - on reaching the ils as indicated in the gauge by the sort of gray dotted line .... the plane actually turns 'away' from the ILS and just keeps on going(or occasionally dithers, turni…

Hello, I recently updated my XE from 1.06 to 1.09. I also just purchased the RealityXP GTN 750 for my Carnado PC-12. With this configuration, I was getting issues with the gauge powering up in the airplane, in addition to some very strange pre-set zoomed in views in the 3D cockpit. I was not even thinking XE but someone suggested I remove all my plugins, then run XP again to see if the issue is resolved. After removing all my plugins except the RealityXP one, the gauge worked in the panel as expected. I went back to investigate the rest of my plugins. I copied the files in the Embraer 110 GTN download to a clean EMB 110 install but it crashes at the same point every attempt to load the aircraft. Unable to attach log file. Any suggestions.

Hello Jean-Luc, I have not been having much luck in importing flight plans from my favorite planners. The most important of these is Pilot2ATC. If I create an IFR flight with P2A, the ATC will function correctly throughout the flight. But when I try to export the plan to the GTN750, the intermediate (enroute) waypoints are locked which means that I can't use the plan. I made a plan from KOAK BSR RZS KSNA and P2A wrote the following flight plan for the GTN: FPN/RI:F:KOAK:F:BSR:F:RZS:F:KSNA which gave me the result shown if you click on this photo https://imgur.com/a/Ds1gowE so I end up with just the departure and the destination. Unfortunately, I always get this error message when I try to update my RXP GTN 750 to the new version: The error comes even if I turn off my firewall. The same error will also be reported later during the validation of my Flight1 account immediately before the actual reinstallation. But I can login to Flight1 without problems. When I first installed the RXP GTN 750 a few days ago and also with the update to version 2.5.2 I had not this problem (both with the firewall turned on). Is this a temporary server problem or what can I do? All the best. Micha

To anyone on the fence about whether to add this to your aircraft, this is the most awesome garmin there is! This software makes your flying experience a joy. It has terrain , aircraft charts- the true whole deal!

Thank you for making such a wonderful addition. Our flying club has recently added the GTN 750 and 650 to one of our planes and I am hoping to use this to help become more familiar with it within the sim. My hope is to be able to use this fully in VR without needing to use the popout windows. In the little bit of searching I have done, I realize there is some limitation with how x-plane 11 currently uses the VR mouse cursor and that it is unable to interact with the the current GTN 750/650. What is the current status of this implementation and do you foresee being able to enable this in the future? Does anyone know of a workaround to be able to interact w…

Hi there, I will shortly be traveling for a while, and have confirmed that I am able to have X-Plane 11 installed on a laptop, in addition to my desktop. The laptop installation is to be used only when traveling, and will not be running when the desktop is. Am I also able to utilise my Reality-XP GTN750 in the same manner (i.e. a second copy installed on a laptop, but not used at the same time) without violating the terms of the license? Been trying to get this new Reality GTN750 to work in my Xplane 11-20. It fits nicely into the 3d panel of the Carenado PC12 for xp11, but the screen renains black/blank. The 750 powers up, touch to continue and the next screen with my email address comes up, touch the small area that turns blue and then the whole screen just goes blank. If turn off Avionics bus off & then on, the 750 powers up again and repeats the same process. The Garmin trainer seems to work just fine, although I don't understand the connection between the two, just that you need the trainer installed. Does it also have to running at the same time, I've tried this but it makes no differe…

Hi .. I was wondering around and couldn't figure out the answer, hope to get some help. Im running multiple monitors X-Plane11, I need to drag the GTN750 to a secondary smaller touchscreen monitor, I tried different methods and settings to make GTN run on it's own window, just like the default GNS that comes with XP11, but couldn't figure it out. it looks like we cant drag the GTN outside the XP11 view! If the above is not possible, can I run the GTN trainer as a stand alone product and integrate it with XP through the same RealityXP plugin? any help? Thanks

I bought yesterday the RXP GTN 750/650 TOUCH, and so far I'm not at all able to install, I did the complete installation, but I can not use the GPS, I registered, I did the installation, I did everything ... ... I can not attach the Garmin GPS to the panel of my aircraft, even if I can not install it in my aircraft, it is like a floating screen, but it is OFF ... my name appears on the GPS screen, I click on continue, but nothing happens... ! I'm using the Cessna 172 with the Bourrinopathe mod for the GTN 650/750. Everything works well with 2.5.0. I updated tonight at 2.5.1 and now I can't see the window in VR. Nothing happens when I click on the hotspot.

Hello I bought RealityXP GTN750; today I tried to update last version of the program, and after that, the product is not working. I reactivated the license, however the GTN is blank (off) in the planes. The product works fine until the update, but I had to make several attemps to reinstall and I think that is the cause of the problem.

Hi, when I attempt to resize or work the 750 since the latest update the sim crashes to desktop. The 750 works when I use it as pop out but not when it's integrated to the dash, then it crashes. Anybody else having this problem ?
