RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

Hello, in the last days I had massive problems with X Plane 11 and Windows 10, so I had to reinstall X Plane 11 several times which was no improvement and I had to reinstall the operating system completely in the end. Now I have the problem that when I start GTN 750 the message appears: Invalid License: Contact Vendor In the forum, hints are given on how to solve the problem. But no improvement. Could someone point me in the right direction on how to access the Home button and the direct to button on the GTN725 option. It shows on the GTN750, but not the 725. Could not find any reference to it in the manual. Many thanks John

Hi, new here. I've heard very good things of the gtn750 for Xplane. I'm looking to integrate this into my home cockpit setup. However, because I run a separate computer for the avionics in a master slave Xplane configuration, I was wondering if it would be possible to run this plugin I the slave avionics computer and have it talk to the master. Would this plugin work in a setup like this? It's not possible to run this on the main PC, Wich runs on Linux Thanks again

Hello. I am loving the 650 more and more as I use it. Does anyone have or can give me an idea on how to add the configuration mod to the Eclipse 550? I have the 750 mod and it works perfect. I saw the pinned post above about mods but it appears that is only for finished mods ready to be shared. (Not request 😀) Feel free to move or delete this post as needed. Thanks!

I have the Carenado S550 installed in X-Plane 11. Using the X-Plane FMS the Flight Director and Autopilot will capture both and ILS and LPV glidepath. I believe you have to set the cruise altitude in the FMS for the LPV glidepath capture to work. When I use the GTN 750 it will capture the ILS glidepath but not the LPV glidepath. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hello I love this plugin, a big congratulations to the developers for this quality work. I have a question on the integration, is it possible that when two GTN750 are integrated, that the second GTN750 be the slave of the first while using the flight plan of the first. This avoids having to enter the flight plan twice. Thank you in advance for your answers

I have the GTN 750 and several planes supporting the instruments in the 3D panel, but in the Do228 I have to configure the GTN at startup via the plugin menu every time. Anyone have this problem?

Hey guys, I know this is a super long shot but I was wondering if someone had/knew of a configuration file for integrating the RXP GTN 750 into the cockpit for the Carenado B58 floating around. Apparently there's a mod for the default B58 and the 750 but not the Carenado. I've looked all over the internet without much luck. I only ask because I really don't think I'm skilled enough to add it on my own. If I have to, I'll give it a try but is there any reason why no one has? Does it not fit or is there another reason? Hello, Please I need help, I updated my gtn 750 in xp 11 which was working properly. But now its just a black screen it does not turn on and the trainer is not being launched. I turn on battery and all of that. Thanks in advance for your collaboration.

I purchased the RealityXP Garmin GTN 750 (XPlane). My x-plane folder is on the desktop. It didn't give me the option to install it there when I tried to browse for the folder. I have requested and received a refund for the software. I would like to repurchase it if I can find a way to install it. Anyone out there that can Help? Thanks, Gary

Hi, I have a minor issue. When I start the X-plane in cold and dark situation, the GTN650 screen emits some light. After powering battery on and off again, the screen will be total dark, as it should be. I tried with different screen brightness sources (rheostat or 100%). X-Plane is 11.30b7 but I think it is not XP version related issue. BR Adrian PS.: here is screenshot after starting the XPlane:

I have been using the RXP GTN 750 V2.5.09 in my basement simulator (I built one using the plans from the Basement Fly Guy on Ontheglidescope.net) with X-Plane 11.25 on an ipad running Duet Display, and it's been working great. I use a large TV as the front screen, and two 32" TVs as the side windows. What I like the most is that moving the popped-out GTN 750 to the ipad means I can use it as a touch-screen, and not be tied to a mouse. Even though it has worked perfectly, I clicked on "check for updates" in the plugin, and downloaded and installed V2.5.10. I guess I figured it's best to always have the latest. I am not entirely sure what options I should be setting in the configuration panel. Is it based on what works with which aircraft? I am using the GTN 750 in the A2A C172 and currently the settings are those from the Official Panel Config Mod thread for the C172. Should I not be messing with these then? Or can someone point me in the direction of some documentation on exactly what these options do (Connect HSI/CRS, HSI/OBS, AFMS)?

I'd like to ask if it would be possible to provide different navigation messages (modes) by some new datarefs to other plugins/instruments (like VNAV, VLOC, GPS, LNAV+V, etc.)? In real life GTN650/750 are often used together with a digital PFD/HSI device, for example a possible and liked factory solution is the Garmin G5. Hi, I am trying to emulate some of the panel configs which replace the 530 screen with the 750 in the 3D panel. How are you guys working out the correct position to use in the RXP ini file? I've opened up some of the defaults to play around in plane maker and found the position reported in there for the 530 screen does not correlate at all to the ini file. I.E. the default B58 530_Screen in the 3D Panel in plane maker is X:405 Y:315 The RXP .ini file from the panel mod config thread has it at X:275 Y:666 - where can I find those numbers for various aircraft without blindly changing them to see where it turns up? I fly the x-plane citation s550 with the GTN 750. While flying I noticed a green dotted line around the airplane with corresponding numbers. Can anyone tell me what this is? I believe it's the VNAV but don't know how to read it or how to use it. I checked the manual and have not been able to locate any reference to it. Reality XP states in their manual that Garmin has their own reference material in their own Garmin Group and to read it. I've found separate Garmin directory but I can't find any extra reference material. If anyone knows where I can locate these reference materials and how to use the green dotted line, please inform me. Thanks.

Hi, I'm considering to buy the Milviz C310 for X-Plane. I dont like tweaking, editing files, etc. I'm wondering if there is a Milviz configurator to install automatically two RXP GTN 650 in the 3D cockpit.

I just installed the GTN750 in X-Plane 11.25 last night and got it to work perfectly on a few aircraft that were setup for it. But a strange thing occurred. After the instillation when I went to start up the sim, every aircraft needed me to input the authorization codes again! What a pain. Not sure that should be happening but though I'd let you know. Now the next challenge is to install the device in aircraft not already coded for it.

Hello, I have installed both the 750 and 650 GTNs and I like them. Still trying to get RNAV to work but that is pilot error. 🙂 My question is I have to load the flight plan into the 750 and 650 separately. Is there a way to have the two sync up where if I change one, it changes the other? Also, if I am using both, the plane will follow the GTN that is designated “Master” correct? Thanks!

Some advice required please, I've read a few threads on here and found I can use the pop-out window in x-plane using VR:) My issue is, when I open the pop-out window, it's huge and right in my face!!! I can reduce the size of the panel by clicking on the edges, but it's still looking like it's a few inches from my face. Any idea how I move it further away from my face and nearer the instrument panel? Thank you
