RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

hello! i recently got the GTN750, and see on the website you can get the 650 for $24.95 with a bundle coupon. can someone explain how to use that? i downloaded the installer for xplane, then unzipped the bundle coupons. i tried to add the "rxp-add-650-to-750-xplane.cpn", however it says thats an invalid coupon. i've tried several different coupons but they all say invalid. i would like to get the 650 in addition to the 750 if i'm able to figure this out

i tried searching this topic before asking but could never find a solution. i want to load a flight plan i made in other software. i've tried to follow the user guide to the letter, but it's confusing. here's what i did: 1) create a shortcut called "FPLN" in C:/ProgramData/Garmin/Trainers/Databases/GTNNAVDATA that points to my x-plane flight plan folder, 2) put the starter pack .gfp flight plan and user.wpt files in the x plane flight plan folder 3) open Xplane and go to flight plans, click menu. however there is no import button thanks for any help

Since my last GTN 750 update the Canadian charts are missing (or at least for the airports I have tested). Having the charts automatically identify the D-ICAO, then update when flying near the various enroute airports, and finally when near the A-ICAO is a wonderful full-immersion feature. I realize that critical information like frequencies and preview still exist but there is nothing like having the real chart(s). Can these charts be reinstalled, even if it is an option that comes at an additional cost to the end user? Or, is there something I can do myself, perhaps tie my active Navigraph account to the GTN?

so i just bought the 750, however i'm at a total loss on how to use it. i though it would work in Cardnado's PC12, however I loaded it up and there's just the regular Garmin stack in the middle. how do i get the 750 there? can someone point me to the instructions? thanks!

Hello, I have spent half-a-day testing and have to report that I cannot get any plane with a builtin G1000 to follow the flight plan I enter into a "floating" GTN750. I am in VR as well. However, planes with the older GPS models 530 will follow the flight plan just fine. The G1000 error isn't noted until there is a change of direction. The plane starts the turn but in the middle stops turning and just goes straight. If I click on NAV on the G1000, it will return to the new magenta line and finish the turn. I must select NAV after every change of course. At first I thought that this was an error only with new planes with modified G1000s like the Epic or King Air 350, but w…

Hi, I want to change in RealityXP GTN750 folder with flight plans for the one that stands in xplane 11. FMS plans. The default is another folder with one flight plan KPDX-KPDX. The second question is why in the online ivao, RealityXP GTN750 does not show the traffic of the planes nearby .. Thank you.

Anyone have a mod for the NEW XP11 Carenado Baron 58? It already comes with GTN 750 support and the GTN 750 looks amazing, but it would sure be great to replace the remaining OLD GNS 430 with the GTN 650. I've been trying to add the GTN 650 under existing GTN 750 code in the Reality XP .ini file, but I just can't get there. Thanks

Hi Reality-xp, I have purchase GTN750 from RealSimGear 2 days ago and having problem with the black screen! I was in contact with RealSimGear support and they install all my software and plugin and all all is working but we still get a black screen on GTN 750 bezel. It seem that there is other people that have the same problem as me, so is there a solution for this problem! Thanks Pierre Bouwer

I am considering buying the GTN 750 for XPlane. Does it work well and is easy to install? I see there is a discount on the second product purchase. Would this apply to P3D. I.e. if I purchase a GTN 750 for X Plane can I get a discount on the P3D GTN? I have the F1 version of the GTN 750 now for P3D. Can is use both? Thank you for feedback.

I’m running the latest release of the RXP GTN750 (from two days ago or so), xplane 11.32v2, and the non-G1000 C172. All works well with the autopilot with the big exception of holds and procedure turns. The GTN display will show that the hold is coming up, show the correct entry path on the map, and announce a turn ahead to the proper heading. When the moment arrives, though, it almost always turns in the opposite direction and then gets ever more confused. Same with procedure turns. I’d guess the connection to the autopilot is somehow reversed, but it follows complex GPS routings without trouble. Any thoughts most welcome. This is making IFR practice with this…

I have been unsuccessful using the Reality XP GTN 750 in x-plane. The Reality XP GNS models work great. I believe that the issue may be with the Garmin Trainer software itself. It does not function properly. When I troubleshoot by opening the trainer, I can open the 750 by selecting the power up button but it does not power up, and there are no selectable regions. I get a blank screen when I try to start in x-plane using in panel or pop out. My computer is newer and on the higher end of performance and hardware so I am ruling that out for now. I have contacted Garmin and they have given up. I have verified that their uninstall does not completely uninstall the trainer but…

Hello! I just reinstalled the RXP GTN750 and have been having an issue when I load it up. When I activate the avionics, I get an error message saying Error: LoadLibrary failed to load XXXXX.dll. GetLastError: 126. The XXXXXs are the DLL files for the Garmin trainer program. When I start trying to clear them out, I get additional messages saying different DLLs failed to load to the tune of every single DLL file. Sometimes the trainer will load up after all of that and sometimes it just crashes. I've checked the crash report and it doesn't show anything. Hi, I'm using the GTN 750 (version 2.4.14.0) with X-Plane 11.20 VR6 and I have a problem : I cannot click on the buttons of the touch screen in VR (with Oculus Rift) with the mouse cursor (or with the Oculus Touch controllers). If I remove the VR headset and move it to see the GTN in the field of view (on the 2D monitor) and the use the 2D mouse cursor to click on one of the buttons, it works. Also, if I use the same instance of X-Plane without the VR gear, it works too. I have been using the GTN750 for navigation in the FlyJsim 727 and I am wondering how I can get the coordinates for placement in the cockpit (once I find a suitable place for it) Is the process the same for XP11? I recall editing the aircraft CFG in P3D/FSX, but obviously this is not possible with XP.

I am trying to re-download and reinstall the GTN 750. When I use the [edited] link to the e-commerce installer, I get an error saying the install is not clean? I don't understand what to do here. The installer just keeps throwing errors. Whether using PayPal (where it times out) or inputting a VISA right into the e-commerce installer, I just always get an error. Doing the native credit card way is showing me an error with HTML header file gobbly gook after trying for a bit. Is something down/not working on the F1 side right now?

Hi I bought GTN750 for XP11 2 months ago and am very impressed with it. I run 2 copies of XP11 on the same computer, though on different drives. One copy is a stable version and the other for the latest beta to test it out. I obviously installed the GTN750 in the stable version. My question, is it possible to also run the GTN750 in the second installation of XP11 without being in breach of the EULA and if so how would I install it? thanks Yorkshire

Apoligies for this topic, ive read the manual till i'm blue in the face, especially page 9 but i'm no further forward in getting flight plans to show up from Pilot2atc. Can someone please give me a definite location that I send the flight plans too. I've created FPLN folder and placed it in a GTNNAVDATA folder that I also created within the program data, garmin, trainers, as per the instructions on page 9 of the manual. Am I doing something wrong. To be honest the instructions are as clear as mud to me. For the life of me I cannot get the 750 to couple w/ the FlyJsim 727 v2. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to work.
