RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

hello, good night, I have bought the gtn 750 for x plane, would like to help me because I have the aerosoft atr 72-500 which I think is great and I would like to integrate the gtn 750 to this plane, I think it would be very good, if someone do it or know how to do it, please share it here.

I have purchased the RXP GTN 750 and have used the Garmin software to develop a checklist for the Carenado B1900. After reading the instructions to the unit, when on the Utility page there is no checklist menu nor do I see a checklist.gtn folder with the acrft. Does the checklist.gtn folder come with an acrft folder or does one have to be made with some special program? I tried simply to make a folder and insert the file into this folder, this did not work. Am I missing something, I have flown many flights using the unit and all works as planned, I am confused.

I use xplane in window mode but i have/use 3 screens . Is there any way to undock the xplane 750 to move it to another screen and out of the cockpit view. Please let me know Thank you BTW im pretty new to xplane 11 Peter

Hello, I am thinking about buying the GNS530 Reality XP plugin. I only just started flying ga aircrafts and flying the Tecnam P2002 by DMAX a lot recently. I was wondering if the Reality XP GNS530 will just replace the default x-plane GNS530 (in 3d cockpit)?

On my GTN750 there are just bigger airports in UK. Is there a way to display small GA Airfields?

I purchased the GTN 750 for x-plane today, and I can't get the program to install...I had issues downloading it at first and the anti-virus kicked it away, but I was able to turn off the program and complete the purchase. After doing that, I tried to install the program and it gives me either error code 0 or error code 52 when I try to install the program after the purchase. Any thoughts? This is driving me nuts.

Hi, is ist possible to load a setting of GTN1 to GTN2 so that you don't have to set all the things two times? And is there a standard setting that can be used for new A/C that have all the custom settings in? It is a kind of boring to change settings everytime you use a new A/C and then two times. Thx!

I'm having some trouble with the GTN650, and it seems to have started at or around the time of the latest update. On the GTN650 if I select the flight plan page (but only by clicking the current flight plan from the default NAV page. Going directly to flight plan from the home page does not cause this issue) or display the map, immediately I get a message saying "Pilot stored data was lost. Recheck settings." From what I can tell, no data is actually lost, and previous user settings seem to be intact. This seems to happen every time I follow those procedures. Ok, let me take another approach here. While waiting for the G600/GTN and whatever nav/autopilot integration is available, is there a way to use the GTN with all the sim navigation and autopilot interactions turned off? In the Laminar G1000 C172 at least, GPS nav is "broken" when the GTN is active. Testing in GPS mode, not vor/loc. I've tried turning everything off in both GTN settings. Even if only the GTN radio tuning worked, it would be very valuable. Can we leave the G1000/GFC700 functions alone until the G600 and still get the other good features of the GTN? Regards, TS

Hello, I purchased my Reality XP GTN 750 through your store when the coupons were available. At that time, I used your setup.exe program and it installed just fine. Now, I want to update, so I go to the C:\RealityXP folder and rerun the rxpGTN-FSIM-Setup.exe program When I run this, it tells me there is an update, so I download it through the interface. However, the download uses the F1 Wrapper, not the setup.exe version. When I try to install the update, it tries to connect to the Flight1 store...I did not buy it from there. Hi! I'm thinking about to buy the GARMIN GTN 750 to use with the Carenado Citation II over Xplane 11. But I have heard that the database is from march 2018 and it not possible to update. I already have a Navigraph subscription for AIRACs cycles. How can I put the new AIRACs in the GTN 750? Thanks in advance.

Hi I don't really know about the behavior of an HSI linked to a 750 in the real world, but it looks odd to me. In the video you can see that I have a route programmed in the gps and a vor tuned. If I choose VLOC mode, everything seems normal. If I move the course selector, the course indication changes and the CDI also. Up to here everything normal. But if I change to GPS, the course and CDI remains frozen at the last value. As I said I have no idea if this is true in real life. Hi, is there a possibility to use a key or button in XP settings to popup the window instead of using the plugin menue all the time? I know there is a shift + left mouse klick but I prefer to use a key or button, especially in an A/C that does not show the screen in the cockpit. Second, maybe I oversaw it, is there a weather radar possible? Maybe together with Active Sky XP? Thank you!

Hello, As the title says Xplane crashes every time I select HSI/CRS. I am trying to get the NAV1 CDI to follow an RNAV approach. The NAV1 CDI never follows the GPS path when I select GPS in the default NAV page on the GTN650. The CDI follows VLOC just fine but when I swap to GPS the flag turns off and the CDI does not track. When I go to the settings to turn it on/off the game crashes as soon as I select the option. I have RealityXP 2.5.13. Thank you for any help.

I found the thread on the 750, but not the 650? Also, the sales pages seem totally unclear about any of this. I'm specifically looking for integration in the panel in the C172 without having to modify config files etc.

I have owned Carenado’s Piper PA-31 for a while and use the Reality GTN 750 add-on with it. I think something happened during my 2.5.13 GTN update over the weekend as the autopilot dash readout shows the autopilot in FD mode, but when I select NAV on the popup the AP switches to ARM mode and, no matter what I try, cannot engage the system to follow the GTN flightpath. Note that the AP does engage, and the plane will level off if I press ALT, and VS works. I found if I go into the Reality drop-down settings while in the plane, and if I change the GPS source from auto to GPS1 then back again the ARM disappears and the flightpath is maintained. Hi, I purchased and installed the 750 & 650 for XP11. 1. I use the Milviz Cessna T310R and can choose the 530 or 750/650. After I choose the 750/650 I always get a "Invalid Licence" warning in the 750 and minites after that it is blocked. I rectivated the key 2 times but I have still the message. What can I do? 2. I open the plugin menu and choose the 650 as GTN2 but I can not see the Display. Not in the cockpit and not somwehere else on the screen. The other functions are grey like popout window or so. Hello! After looking at all the guides and working with the RealityXP.GTN.ini I can not get the GTN 650 to replace the Avidyne. The Avidyne is basically useless in the panel and I would like to put the 650 or the 750 for that matter in its place. Would some on be so kind to give me some assistance in this? Thank you! Hi, Trying to work my way through a few aircraft mods. Can anyone provide some input on replacing the default XP11 CDU? I'm not sure where it is hiding, can't find it in the panel.png so I'm at a bit of a loss as to where the gauge is actually being drawn from. Is it possible to bake a gauge into the cockpit.obj and map the texture to something other than the panel.png? The tutorials I have found are for outdated versions of both blender and the xp scripts so im slowly catching up with the modern versions ways. Ideally I would like to get to the point where I can remap the texture in that position to create a 750 rather than replace the screen. Baby steps 😉 …

Hi, did someone succesfully integrate both GTN into the Carenado CT210? I tried but it seems I failed. When I activate the GTN 750 in the plugins menu as GTN1, everything is fine. The bezel changes to the GTN750 and seems to work correctly at the first sight. Then I activate the GTN 650 (integrated into the GNS430 display) as GTN2 the GTN 750 dissapears and the default GNS 530 is back in the VC. The GTN 750 is still activated in the plugins menu. I thought first I found a workaround by first activating the GTN 650 and afterwards the GTN 750, but when realoding the plane, I get the same effect. Any solutions, ideas on this? GTN750 appears in all views, including external, on my X-plane 11. How do I configure it so it does not appear in external views?

I've installed the latest version (6.50) of the GTN 750 trainer followed by an install of the latest ( GTN 750 Trainer 6.50 compatible) version of GTN 750 and the result is a black screen. The trainer operates correctly and I believe that the GTN 750 was installed correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why the black screen? Thanks

Hi! I had a hard disk failure a few days ago (it was Windows 7/X-Plane 11). I've reinstalled the GTN 750/650 with no problems. I can run the Garmin trainer in Windows 10 but unfortunately, in X-Plane 11 I'm getting only black screen with Garmin bezels. Any hints how to make it work properly?

Hi all I just upgraded to 2.5.12 and V.R mouse still requires to be turned off while hovering over click point. i thought this version fixed V.R mouse problem am i missing a step. Cheers
