RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

I bought a few weeks ago RXP 750 license to be able to operate Bell 429 with RXP. I have installed the Timber61 file that adds two locations for 750 FMS in the craft. Everything ok I am now trying to install two GTN 750 in the XP-11 default Cessna equipped with Rep 3.4.5 update. Unfortunately, when I start the plane, I still see the original Garmin GPS 530/430 stack eventough I can reach the Reality XP GTN in the plug-in menu. I am missing something probably basic! Please excuse my lack of knowledge on this matter. Your help would be appreciated. PS: RealityXP v2.5.3 used Rep v3.4.5 used

Hi all I have the GTN750 for P3D and love it. I am now drifting towards X Plane and I was wondering if it works in the same way as it does in P3D, ie. can you open the GTN with a hotkey and it pops open in X Plane 11? Thanks John

Hi, I am new to GTN 750 for Xplane-11 so bear with me. I purchased the RXP GTN 750 for Xplane 11, I have 11.25. I am not getting anything but blank screen in VC for supported planes and when modifying the ini file for non-ready planes I still get the old 530 displays. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Many of the XPL GTN 750 "black screen" topics include requests for .log file information. I find two log files in the documents folder but they don't seem to contain any information. Am I finding the correct log files that can help diagnose what's going on with the GTN 750? I'm new to RXP products and am trying to get this product up and running. Hi all, I want to build a GNS 650 panel in real life, I just have a few questions regarding interfacing: Is it possible to use the knobs on my panel with your software, because I want to interface my dual rotary knobs and push buttons. Is it possible to just export the screen of the GNS to my 5" touchscreen? And if so will it stay there every time I restart the sim? I also have a question about the GNS's functionality in addon planes, I see on the website of Carenado that the GTN 750 is fully supported in the 3d cockpit (for the Cessna 210). I have pretty much a homemade airplane based on the generic RV series that comes with X-plane. It's a RV-8. It has a very simple 3D cockpit. I have made a panel that I like with planemaker over the years and I now want to use the Reality GTN750. It works fine as a window, the only problem is when I change views the window stays put. A little annoying now that I have a couple other planes with the GTN as an option in the 3D panel thats works great. There is a perfect empty spot in the panel now that I removed the old radios via planemaker. Hi Jean-Luc, When i start up the 172 with REP and the GTN750 it comes with a blank screen 750 and says it is GTN750 1. If I close the GTN750 1 and restart the 750 Plug in, it starts up correctly with the GTN750. On all other aircraft it starts up correctly the first time. I have just bought the GTN 750 for xplane 11 two days ago 15th Aug 2018. Like others I get no Import button on the menu. This problem was around in march, surely there must be a solution found by now? The default folders are correct with permissions are there any solutions in sight

I just recently purchased the GTN 750 like literally a few mins ago. I'm now trying to install it for my Xplane 11 but the installer information tells me to install for Prepar3d or FSX. I don't know where else to go for customer support. I hope someone see's this and can help me please.

I've tried many, too many, times over the past months to sucessfully install the GTN 750 to use in XP11. The 750 trainer (6.41.1) is installed and working and the 750 plug in does come up when selected in the plug in menu but clicking on the screen results in the screen going "dead black". From what I've seen in the forum it seems to be a frustrating hit and miss proposition to be able to use the product. RealityXP hasn't delivered a product that works and their tech support appears to be nothing but vapor. It seems that other simmers have been able to use 750 in XP, how is it done? Thanks

Before buying the 750 for x-plane 11, I just want to ask if it works, as a popup window, with any freeware from X-Plane. Don't want to shed the money just to find out that it only works with 3 or 4 planes.

Hi! Just bought and installed the gtn750. I ran into some problems with the cockpit panel beeing blacked out. The stand alone window works fine. I tried to do what the others have done/been told to do, but with no luck. (reinstalling, reinstalling aircraft, reboot everything,) The trainers are installed on the disk where I run x-plane 11. Purchased X-Plane 10 then installed rxpGTN-650 successfully. Now, I purchased a new computer & X-Plane 11, how do I install rxpGTN-650 in my new computer? I am not a techie & the instructions I've read are confusing. Help!

Hi - I have a few questions regarding the gtn 750. Is there a reason for why there isn´t a "direct to" function in the flight plan menu? I see that in the gtn 750 from Aerobask Pipistrel Panthera. What can I use instead if for instance 3 waypoints are cancelled? Can I update the gps somehow using my Navigraph cycle, or does it get updated via the latest trainer?

I was wondering if it was possible to remove the title bar somehow. I'm placing it on a second display. I guess the question is how would you move the window without it. Maybe there is a trick?

I downloaded the current update for my GTN 750 today and went through the validation process to begin the update. It said everything was confirmed but deleted all files from my RealtyXP folder except for the Proof_of_Purchase.htm file then stopped. When checking my backups I realized that I only have a backup of the key file for my other copy of the program. Please let me know the correct procedures to rectify this. James

Hi If I were to build a panel to mount the GTN 750 in a home cockpit, where would I find the key mapping for the Home and Direct-To buttons? the rest I can manage with the connected touch-enabled screen. Would these map to existing GNS or FMS keys? Regards - Ran

In mid-May 2018, I purchased RealityXP GTN750 for X-Plane 11 (Windows10). It never installed properly after multiple attempts. The GTN750 did appear in 3D cockpits but with blank screens (battery/avionics on), across multiple vendors (Just Flight, Carenado, etc.) I became so frustrated, I just removed the rxpGTN folder from the X-Plane 11 plugin folder. I am interested in purchasing the new Reality XP Garmin GTN 650 for X-Plane 11, but I am a little concerned about the installation process. Could somebody briefly describe how the GTN 650 installation process works? Is the documentation that comes with the software adequate even for people that do not have much experience in this type of issues? Reality XP tech support, The RXP GTN650 was running fine on XPlane 11, on an Aerobask Panthera. I then tried to update the Garmin GTN650 Trainer software and the 650 screen is now blank. I then also tried to update the RXP GTN650 software. I'm not sure what effect either of those efforts had on my PC.
