RXP GTN 750/650 Touch

Hi, With the latest version v2.5.4 and the latest trainer GTN Trainer v6.50 the flightplan import button does not show up in the flightplan catalog. With all the previous updates and garmin trainers it worked perfectly. This is what I did so far: 1. Checked access to folder and all folders within C:\ProgramData\Garmin and specifically C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\GTN\FPLN 2. As this did not work, I created a shortcut instead to C:\FPLN as described in the manual but that also did not work. 3. There are multiple flightplans in the FPLN folder that worked with previous versions and previous garmin trainers. So, is the flighplan …

Hi i have df 407 heli from dreamfoil (beautiful heli) and also RXP GTN mod fpr DF B407 where the gtn is beautifully integrated in the heli I have one big problem in the RealityXP.GTN.ini of the heli state; selects the default database: 0: 'Garmin (North America)', 1: 'Jeppesen (Worldwide)' NavDbType = 1 however, I all have the database of US and not the airports of Europe as the standard heli without the add on of the rxp gtn 750 charge I have the same problem apparently something has been locked up there how can I remedy this?strange phenomenon jefken

Is there any way to control the GTN750 when it is built into the panel, like on the Just Flight PA28 Turbo Arrow. The opening screen shows up on the panel, but I cannot get past that screen to the map or the settings. Again, I am not using it is a pop up in this aircraft. Thanks, Howard

Where is the link for I could update my GTN 750 to the latest version. I just bought the GTN 750 today and I am having a hard time putting it in the VC for the Cessna 172. The pop-out version works.

I installed the new software. I am a new customer and I was also caught between updates. One problem I am having is that when the 750 shows up on Xplane, It has no side bezel. so no direct to button or home button. Any fix for that?

I recently upgraded my Reality XP GTN 750 on an up to date X-Plane 11 install to: SW: 6.5060 TRNG Reality XP GTN: 2.5.4 While it appears to have new features (such as altitude setting for waypoints, etc),now I've lost all my stored flight plans and I seem to have lost the ability to import .gfp flight plans. Can I recover my lost flight plans? Is there a "new" way to import new flight plans?

Hi, I cant get GNT750 to work some backgraund: Trainer is installed and work. in X-Plane 11 GNT750 is in blugin menus. Planes is Cerrenado Cesna Centurion II T210M and Pilatus PC12. GNT750 open in 3D and 2D monitors but its do nothing just black. Kespersky AV is turned off and windows defender all security is off. Running Admin rights. Power on PC not broblem Ryzen7 2700X / 16G ram / GTX1080 gpu. 2 monitor config and Saitek yoke and panels. Hi Jean-Luc, I just did my first flight in VR and I Loved it. I used the default 172 with REP and the 750. When I had the 750 as a pop up, it filled up the whole screen in VR. Any suggestion on how to fix this? Thanks a lot, Howard

Try as I might I cannot get the GTN 750 to import files from Pilot2ATC, I just get an error message along the lines of " flight plan import failed", anyone else seeing this?

Everytime I restart X-P, the GTC popup window (when activated) appears on the outside right border of my screen eventough I had centered the popup window in the previous session. It does not seem to save the location when XP is closed.

Hi, I have a short question: i use the gtn 750 in my carenado bonanza v33 and this is a formidable plane with the already formidable gnt 750. I would like to have a pop-up key in xplane with which I can popup the gtn 750 gps instead of widening or displaying the gps via the gnt plugin. The gtn in the 3d panel is a bit small Is there such a key as possible?

Purchased RXP 750 a couple weeks ago, waited patiently for the fix to come out and then installed into default location. RXP will open in x plane but won't power on, I tried opening the trainer and am greeted with a C++ Runtime message saying "Assertion failed" and then the app closes. Any ideas on how to get this up and running?

Okay I have done so many up date that I now have files every where. The latest 6.50 trainer and I can only get USA airport and nav info even when I have WORLD DATABASE set. It must be something I have not set or put in the right folder but what. All I did was up date to V2.5.4 and the new trainer before that all worked great and I could use EGNO and EGCC. Please help. USA data base is working okay.

Hi, I bought the 750 not too long ago, and I've been loving it in the PC-12, but I can't seem to make it work in the Jetstream 32. I have the gtn selected as nav option in the menu, the gtn is loaded but all I get is a black screen on the 3d model and a 2d window popping up. I have also tried putting the ini in read only, but the gtn seems to write through that without problem. How can I make things work right ? Can anyone share a working ini file ? Thanks in advance.

Came upon this thread due to my (new) 750 going blank on the VC panel. When I first noticed it, the stock 530 was back there vs the 750 I'd been running with over the past 10-15 flights in my Carenado Turbo Commander 690B. I (re)enabled it in the plugins, however while being enabled, it didn't replace the stock one on the VC panel. I could however RMC (right mouse click) on the panel 750 and the window would appear and be sitting on the "hit continue" button screen. Works fine from that window pop out. Just refuses to come back to the VC panel. I've pretty much done what the others have done with the same null outcome. Just throwing my hat in the ring.

Hello, after the last update, my Carenado PC12 doesnt show nothing. But if I start the window from Plugin > RXP > GTN 1 > Show Window, the Garmin works well. In other words, I only can manage my Garmin from outside window, I cant integrate with the aircraft. Can you help me with this stuff??

Hi, A new GTN Trainer v6.50 was just released a couple days ago and we are working on it. Please do not update your trainer until we release a new update, otherwise, the GTN won't power up. Should you have unfortunately updated already, you might want to restore your GTN 6.41.1 installation from a backup. Hi, tried to search for an answer to this but have had no luck. I am considering buying the GTN750, but I have all my instruments on a second computer which is not running X-Plane. Is it possible to use the second computer to run Reality XP?

I get a constant "flight plan import failed" regardless of which program to send plan I use. I have tried Pilot2Atc and Littlenavmap but get the same message. Any ideas?

Hello, First of all, thank you for this wonderfull addon! I love the 750, it works perfectly. The only thing is that it seems that no failures are implemented in it. I have tried all those sim/operation/failures/rel_(something), and none of them have any effect. The radios in my 750 are still on. I have tried writing those offsets to "6" using datarefeditor, or xplane instructor station, both of them having no effect on the unit. The unit also stays on, regardless of all electrical systems of the airplane being turned off. Can you please check this? I purchased the reality xp GTN750 plugin for XPlane 11 and cannot get past a blank screen. When I activate the plugin it appears with all switches enabled however the screen stays blank. When I check if it is working it notes that it is. I have also downloaded a Reality XP C172 with GTN750/650 and the GTN750 also stays blank. I have spent hours looking for advice or even a step by step example of installing and activating the GTN750 in xplane 11 and there is nothing. Hello A quick question please. Is there a way to protect the memory of the GTN750 so that a flight plan is not lost when power is lost? I ask because I have recently bought the LES Saab 340A, and unfortunately power is lost when you start each engine (a bit weird to me), even though I am on ground power. This reboots the built in GTN530 GPS as well as the added GTN750, however the 530 doesn't lose the flight plan whereas the GTN750 does. So I am asking whether there is some sort of .ini file tweak that will protect the flight plan memory, if only for a short period? I know that I can save the plan, but I try not to do that when it includes SIDs, Stars,…
