Hi all, I'm having an issue with the comm window pop out. I need to access this window to se the communications volume but when I click STBY to bring up the window I see it flash on the screen for a split second but then it disappears. I can see it in the windows task bar but clicking it does nothing. I'm using latest public beta 2.6.3.0 Public Beta 2l and the sim in use is X-Plane 11, however it does the same thing in MSFS2020 also. Any Ideas?

Hey Dave, Finding two issues, not necessarily both bugs, that I wanted to get your thoughts on: When WX is set to SIM for MSFS, it can never extract the data, the ATIS freq for any airport ends up being "weather not available". (It does however, get the correct active runway for the current conditions.) When using NOAA, i often get the wrong active runways compared to real life (and the wrong active runway compared to MSFS).

Hello there, Ever since I have installed and successfully used Pilot 2 Atc, I have been having the same problem on every start up. The activation windows comes up and it rejects my licence key on the grounds that it thinks it has been installed on another machine which is obviously wrong. However, if I click on "deactivate" first, than it will accept the key and everything is fine thereon. It is obviously a bug that I would kindly ask to be resolved as it is very annoying having to go though the sequence every single time. 1 - Description of Problem When P2A starts all looks good until the data is loaded. It then minimizes the app to windows task bar with no window showing. When I click to reopen the app window, nothing opens. When I tile or cascade windows nothing appears. Hello fellow simmers, was flying last night into phoenix with the CRJ using Pilot2ATC. (love this add-on) But I was given to descend from FL330 down to 3,100 ft. I didn't think that was right but did it anyway and did a 2,000FPM well I held up at 10,000Ft cause according to the charts the lowest I could go was 10,000Ft and then Pilot2ATC told me to expedite my decent. I didn't listen cause I would have flown into the side of a mountain. I am have the latest downloaded public beta that I am using. Side not would really awesome if we could get to be able to use COM2.

I’m getting the error message “Unable to connect to the remote server. Check your internet connection and try again.” when opening Pilot2ATC. The log has only one line: “Program StartedPilot 2 ATC (P2A) - version 2.6.2.3_x64_R2 03/20/2022 00:02:44” I uninstalled then reinstalled but still no luck. The computer has internet access. I also did a restore in case a windows update messed something up bit no luck either. Any ideas for what I should try to make it work?

Weird one: When running p2a, im finding that random keyboard keys stop working...possibly related to the keybinds in Config? Right now, typing out this post, I can not type the letter Z. (I had to copy paste "Z" from elsewhere for this). As soon as I stop the p2a application, the keypress works again. The complicating factor is, I'm not using Z as a bind. Before "Z" didn't work, "7" didn't work (though I also didn't use "7" in any binds for P2A. Scratching my head on this one...

I'm seeing a number of these type of errors in the log after an apparently error free flight. Hello, Using MSFS, Prosim737 with P2A on a network computer. Win11. Current beta is 2.6.3.0 Public Beta 1c. Flight plan is KCLE Cavvs4 APE ILS28R KCMH 16000ft. ATC stopped giving freq changes or descent instructions when I leveled off at 16000ft. ATC did respond to radio check. Send logs to you. Martin

Been using P2A for a couple of weeks no problems then last night this started. The program stops responding. Now this morning program starts but if I try and load or auto plan a flight plan the program locks up. As far as I can tell it is an AppHangb2 problem. I'd like to report two pronunciation errors that I have heard several times in Pilot2ATC when a textual dialog is translated to speech. The first is the word "resume." In the context where the word is used in P2A the word should be pronounced "RE ZOOM." Instead it is pronounced "RE SOU MAY." This is a common error in TTS, so some kind of translation is needed to correct the speech. The second is the word "winds." Instead of rhyming with "BENDS," it is pronounced with a long i rhyming with "BINDS." The word "winds" is usually pronounced correctly during tts, but for some reason the text that's sent to the speech engine by P2A is "WHIND" instead of "WIND."

I am doing an IFR flight today, and I am experiencing a new issue for me. The first TTS statement from ATC for each new radio frequency is silent. I see the text in the window, and hear my copilot's replies, and then I hear any further communications from ATC until the radio frequency changes again. This might have to do with setting up Amazon Polly the other day, but the other day this didn't happen. Gil

Hi Dave, I have just started using Pilot2ATC with MSFS, it works flawlessly with XP-11. I start Pilot2ATC after starting MSFS and FSUIPC7 then I connect to MSFS and load a flight plan. Each time I select a frequency for either ATIS or clearance delivery the frequency changes to whatever standby frequency is tuned to in the aircraft. So far this has happened with the Asobo Daher TBM 930, FlyByWire A320 NEO and the default MSFS A320 when starting from cold and dark. With engines running there is only an issue with not being able to change the squawk code. All I have done was added a bunch of language files, I will remove those and see if that resolves the …

Beta2k So, my sim crashed and I restarted my flight (TolLiss A340). Rec-connected with P2ATC, but the "connected" button not hi-lighting, and the users plane is not showing on the map, but is being tracked. Not a major issue obviously. Would it be possible to save P2ATC state if you need to re-connect? I usually re-connect, file the flight plan again and report my position for ATC to kick in and assign a new squawk. Demon

Good morning forum, Not sure if a bug or something I am doing incorrectly but I noticed that whenever I import a flightplan from Simbrief, the first waypoint is always dropped within P2ATC and needs to be added manually. Any thoughts?

Is there a way to receive temps in F instead of C in the p2ATC weather update? Even entering into the MCDU A32NX arrival info the temp information is in C. Just wondering.

THEN after I initiate pushback via the (awful) built in window, I get a notice saying "Taxiway incursion. Gain clearance from ATC to receive a departure runway" The issue is, I filed my flight plan, copied my IFR clearance, requested taxi and was given the taxiways to use, but then was told I didn't have clearance. When requesting pushback, I make it all the way to "<callsign> pushback approved" and I repeat back, only for nothing to happen. I've tried setting all of my assists to real-life and nothing happened.

I had the program installed and running for a long time, but it had been a long time since I used civil simulators and after having updated CPU, GPU, Windows, etc. Now the registration key is not accepted, can you help me?

Hi Dave, Using the latest beta, there's something funky going on with the two Copilot options. On my system, press the Config button, select Speech, then if I drag the P2A Configuration window around with the mouse I see the states of those two checkboxes toggle between on and off for each time I move the window. I think there's some sort of refresh bug in how those checkboxes are responding to Windows events, so it becomes difficult to be certain whether they really are set on or off by the user. Other checkboxes within that same config page seem to behave correctly, though I've not tested all of them. Cheers, Mike
