I recently fly into some new airport like ZUTF and new runway like 01R/19L for ZUGY, while it's in the new Navigraph database, seems it's not yet in Flight Monitor's database. Anyway to update it?

I recently noticed that Flight Monitor is not creating an approach report when I land at LWSK (Skopje Airport, ORBX). Is there a reason for this or is there something wrong on my end? Thanks!

I’ve had to reinstall windows on my PC which meant a fresh install of P3D and all addons. Now my aviaworx CDU won’t work as it’s unlicensed and in demo mode only. I’ve tried to reactivate but get the message license has already been used. When I try to request a licence it charges a fee. I’ve emailed support but had no response. Do I need to pay again for another license?

Hello, I purchased the PMDG ultimate bundle from Simmarket. I already owned two of the PMDG products, but the bundle was still cheaper. The license will now not activate on my computer. It says "please select exactly 7 products". I think this is because I've already activated two of the PMDG products and there are only 5 left. How can I activate my license? Thank you.

I have two platforms P3DV4 and P3DV5. And it runs on two computers, do I need to buy another set of serial numbers? 2. Is my License_A320_MCDU_2019-04-03_0736.05 compatible with Flight Sim Labs A32X?

It's kinda annoying combine with it's self and non-announced update and I have some quite different parameter to use as default one. could anything to be done with it?

Hello, Just installed the QW 787 1.4 update and it appears to have broken the EFB and CDU functionality with the EFB and CDU... I just get connected with a blank screen since the update

When Aviaserver updates itself, it's overwriting the FSL A320 port setting I have configured with the default value and causing it to stop working. Is there a way to disable the automatic updates so I don't keep having to deal with this?

Hello, Im using Remote Overhead client on a network PC, it is working fine for the PMDG's P3Dv4 W10. Since I have no tablet at the moment my question - can I connect a Remote CDU for PMDG's at P3Dv4 like the overhead client at a network PC (not via WLAN to a tablet or mobile) too and if, how I have to realize this, could not find a solution in forum posts or FAQ's. I just downloaded the Aerosoft aviaCDU for the CRJ 550/700. It works like a charm except for one thing. Any time I press any button on the CDU at all, it tries to add a new waypoint “G” to my flight plan. This happens with any button except the LSKs. This isn’t a big deal but it means that anytime I press a button I have to hit “CANCEL MOD” or the waypoint will be inserted. Any ideas? I'm using it on an iPad running 14.4.1.

Hello. I was ecstatic to learn that AviaWorx already supports the Aerosoft CRJ in FS2020. However, it doesn't seem to work for me. I installed the updated server version, 13.0. In the compatibility section: Aerosoft CRJ Professional: Product doesn't exist And yes, I have it installed. I have finished a flight with it. Any idea how to make sure AviaWorx finds and connects with the Aerosoft CRJ? Thanks!

Has anyone had a problem with the aviaserver connection to P3D? I completed a flight this morning, restarted the computer and went to start another flight and now the status is Waiting for FSX or Prepar3D - see below I have sent an email to support with a copy of the logfile but thought I'd see if anyone else had experienced the same problem Scott

Hello, I'm a happy user of your product. In the most of airplanes or helicopters my Virtual Cockpit view works amazing using aviaworx via aviaServer, however, when I use it with FsLabs A320 during initial cockpit preparation no problem at all, but immediately, the engines start the whole view begins to shake without control. What could be the solution to this problem? Thanks and congrats for your great product.

Good evening, I purchased a triple of licenses at Simmarket today. First, the requests didn't get through, but now I receive an alert box that they have been sent and I should check my email. I did so, and of course I also checked the spam folder, but despite several requests, I haven't received any confirmation so far. What am I doing wrong? I even deactivated the firewall and the anti malware, but this doesn't help either.

Good day Mark. I've changed the whole stuff, from computer to simulator. Now my rig is under W10 and P3Dv5.1, and, of course, my AviaServer licenses expired. The steps I took were the following: FEB-10-2021: Request license via "Send Request Directly". In less than 5 minutes, the 747 CDU license arrived in my e-mail. Installed the new license in the AivlaServer folder. Again, I received a message saying "...one my licenses is no longer valid". Well, that's strange, so... Good Afternoon I have existing licenses for P3Dv4 for PMDG and quality wings planes. I recently upgraded to P3Dv5. Do I need to buy new licenses for P3Dv5 version? Just wanted to confirm since the new version of the server does not seem to recognize licenses copy pasted into the install directory and lists them as view only. And if I do need to buy new licenses is there a special secret coupon code for existing license holders? :). Thank you for an excellent addon.

Has anyone been able to get the A320 CDU to work with FS Labs A320? I have no issue with PMDG or Aerosoft A320 but when I try with FS Labs, it looks like it makes a connection but displays a black webpage (this is on same PC or iPad). Can't see anything in the manual saying it needs to be configured? The FSLabs default web-based MCDU works fine. Thanks Steve

Hi, I use the remoteCDU for the Q400 (Pro version, P3Dv5). At some flights I have a strange problem. If I power up the plane and the FMC, I see the startup screen appearing ("UNS" at the top) but then the display is not further updating, although in the simulator it's running normally continuing. And this is the same for both CDUs (left and right). All the keys on the FMC are working and produce the correct reactions on the FMC - but the display is not further updating.
