Aviasoft Remote CDU for Phone / Tablet Official Support Forum

MSFS PMDG 737. FMC TIMEOUT has been popping up a lot lately. And when it does, there is no guarantee that it will be resolved. If you're lucky, you recognize it, and if you're unlucky, it's an FMC TIMEOUT. Lately, it's been more of the latter. I would like to know how to fix it.

Have tried multiple times to activate my license key for the msfs pmdg 737 cdu, enter in the key, choose the 737 hit send, then the waiting for confirmation window appears, circles around for a bit then just dissapears and the license wont activate. please help.

Hi, Flying with MSFS PMDG737 avia overhead with a touch screen overhead panel (another screen connected to computer dell24") while in main simulator screen and fs2crew is doing procedures it is not shown... like the screen losses focus, when pressing the touch screen I can see the correct state.... It wasn't the case with P3D versions. Can you please advise ? PS: Using chome. Tested with edge and it was ok.... I'm wondering....

Hello Mark, Should it be possible to startup the Aviaserver automatically when I start my Windows10?. I did put it in de 'startup file' from Windows but it still does not start automatically. Any suggestions? Paul

Hi All I have been using the 737 FMC for ages and its brilliant I have been looking at getting the Overhead one as well I have read the forums and FAQ and cannot see a way to remove the black background and fill the screen with the overhead Is this possible? I have tried the app and the web url I am using a multi panel set up with a 28 inch Second monitor 16.9 ratio where I am trying to display he Overhead but without the black I sincerely hope this is possible as wil purchase immediately . I currently run Overhead Client (for the P3DV4.5 PMDG B737 and PMDG B777) on a networked second desktop PC. I would like to change this to displaying the overhead panel on my flightsim desktop PC's second monitor instead. I could run Overhead Client on my flightsim PC (which already runs AviaServer of course) and have already tried this successfully. Problem is that Overhead Client doesn't save the window size & position so I would need to resize the window each time as I'm currently having to do, which is a bit of a PITA. Hi, i'm trying the demo mode, I have turn my monitor in my monitor in vertical mode, open chrome and go to the address suggest by server, everything work but once i set F11 to go full screen, the image after a few second the image of the panel gives a graphic error that breaks down into pieces and colors. suggestion? Hi everyone, I recently tried the demo of the Flight Monitor and now I'm thinking about buying a license. But there's one thing that puzzles me a bit. In the raw data graph I can see that my landing rate at the touchdown point was around -250ft/m. The info box shows + (?) 39ft/m. I don't get behind these different values. Maybe someone can explane this to me? And is there some way to read out the g values at touchdown? Thanks a lot in advance! Kind regards Daniel

Final Approach Last 500ft Not Stable: ☛ Vertical Speed beyond Limit:  -339.01 fpm ( Limit: -400 fpm) This is what I get. However, -339 fpm is smaller then -400fpm, then how come the conclusion is "not stable"? Thank you

I’ve been using the PMDG 737 left CDU on my iPad Mini with no problems for over a year. However, for the last month it frequently stops responding, with a message that I’m not connected to the server. Sometimes it reconnects after a while, often it doesn’t. I’ve tried restarting the aviaServer, and making a fresh connection using the QR code, but neither has helped. When this happens, the iPad has no problem connecting to external sites via the same wifi network, so the network seems to be okay. Is there a target area that turns all of the lights on at the same time? There is a bar that you can pull down on the overhead but I haven't been able to just pull that bar down to turn on the lights..I have to hit each switch individually. thanks for any help

I´ve purchased a license key for 737 cdu, Money was sent via paypal, unfortunately I haven´t received any license key at all. Also nothing in spam folder. Not sure what to do now...

After purchasing a license for Flight Monitor, I followed the new user instructions in this forum. When I try to run aviaServer.exe, it does nothing. No screen pops up, no icons in the system tray or hidden icons, no log files generated in the folder I extracted the files to, nothing running in task manager. Tried it with MSFS running and not running. Tried running it by a standard double click. Tried running it with right click and "Run as administrator". It is like Windows won't even let it start. Nothing looks related in the Windows Event Viewer. It just does nothing. Any support, help or ideas would be appreciated!

Should we assume that this software is no longer supported? The last post I can find from the developer was over six months ago and most questions on this "official support forum" seem to be going unanswered.

The Flight Monitor is a great way to supplement my landing practice as it provide more information besides just the landing stats. But I realized that for some reason the above Stabilized Criteria for VMC always and despite the vertical speed to be below the -400 fpm limit. Is this normal?

I have a license for PMDG 737 CDU in MSFS and it works great. PMDG will roll out the EFB soon for the 737 in MSFS. Does the EFB license cover that?? Also the default 787-10 is awesome in MSFS. Are there any licenses that cover the CDU or new EFB for that plane.

So this is a highly unusual one but I hope you can help me troubleshoot. I've been an EFB/CDU customer in P3D for years without years so unsure what's transpiring with MSFS. Long story short but the .ini entries that are being created in the PMDG files is causing havoc with my machine. When enabled they are causing the displays on my OpenCockpits MCP to flicker on/off horribly. No big deal, I can cover them with electrical tape as without the Data Broadcast entries the displays don't work anyway LOL. I am building an FMC from 737diysim. Boeing 737 3D printed. I would like to have just the display output to show on a 5" HDMI display. The button would go direct to MSFS via Mobiflight. I would love to use this product.

Hello, I just purchased this to use with PMDG 737 in MSFS 2020. I can connect fine to it but when I try to activate full screen mode, it does it no problem, but then every few seconds it goes back into window mode. Then a few seconds later it goes back into full screen mode and then repeats the cycle. Has anyone experienced this and if so, is there a fix? I'm using MS Edge, but also tried Chrome. FYI, I can stay in full screen mode for web surfing. Thanks Bill

Hi, First of all, I love using AviaCDU on an old Android tablet for my PMDG 737. It's so useful, especially on Vatsim flights. Huge kudos and thanks for this great product! I've recently purchased the ATR 42-600 & 72-600. I would love to see the ATR's FMC on the tablet too. Just curious is this something you're planning to support in the future? Many thanks, Robert.
