Yesterday PMDG 737 make upgrade in MSFS2020 . Still now never have problem , with last upgrad i m get dark screen in my ipad CDU .If touch buttons work all , only the dark screen. I try make with other ipad or computer do the same. What make wrong , because i don´t change nothink from my pc .

Hi Mark, I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to be but after I close MSFS Avia server is still left running in the system tray. It doesn't appear to be causing any problems other than the "FlyByWire Installer" thinks MSFS is still running and won't let me update the aircraft until I close it. I didn't understand the problem at first as there were no MSFS processes running, but as soon as I closed Aviaserver the option to update appeared. Is there a setting I can change that will force Aviaserver to close with MSFS? I run both Aviaserver and MSFS in admin mode on Win10x64

I purchased my license key on simmarket, when I select Activate Purchased License I get a pop box with the following error message "The underlying connection was closed:Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. I tried a Google search and sounds like an issue with Aviaworx's site certificate, Any advice on how to solve this. I also tried the Get Help option from the menu and get the same pop up box error message. Thank you John Swanson

Hi i have been trying all day to download the AviaServer, bu win 10, keeps saying its 'unconfirmed and not trusted' so being a threat, i have added the web site to my trusted sites, but still have the problem, i even have turned off all security setting Firewall etc,but have no joy thanks

Mark, I encountered a situation last night where some of the functions in the ground services for the MSFS PMDG 737 were not synced with avia CDU. Example: I was going to deboard passengers and using avia CDU entered 0 for passenger count at which point the "Start" function remained gray on avia CDU, but switched to green on the sim CDU. I was not able to initiate deboarding with avia CDU but I could initiate with the sim CDU. Same happened with cargo unload - "Start" was green on sim CDU but remained gray on avia CDU. The remote CDU is a great add on. Have used the CDU with the QW787 and PMDG planes in prepar3d for years and I’m enjoying the upgrade using the PMDG 737 in FS2020. Is there any possibility of getting the remote CDU product working with the built in 747/787 in flight simulator?

Hi All, Just wanted to say publicly how very responsive Mark was to my issue of not being able to use the CDU/Overhead apps on my iPad due to licencing issues. I guess the international times aligned well between his and my timezone back in Australia however within half an hour of sending a submission from the Aviaworx website Support page I had the cdu's and overhead working for the PMDG 737 in MSFS2020. Thank you.

Hopefully I have not wasted my money, but here goes. I just bought licenses for the Aviaworx CDU software to use with PMDG 737 for MSFS and the Maddog for MSFS. I am using a Kindle fire. I activated the license on my desktop PC with the Avia Server. I generated a QR code which my Kindle Fire does read, but when I try to connect to the IP address provided, nothing happens. According to Simmarket there are no refunds, so unless I can get this working, I guess I am out of luck, and the money. Pete

I bought a CDU license and an overhead license from simmarket. CDU says it has received the license file normally, but the overhead license has already been used. Not immediately after purchase. Why is this?

Hi When I start in Cold and Dark state , Lcdu display does not turn on , when I switch the battery on, but the keys work. It works fine when I load a state with battery on. Ipad 5 mini, safari browser Henrik V

Hi, maybe I overlooked something, but is there a possibility to change the colour of the MCDU to Boeing gray? - aktually it's more bronze style.

Mark; Something appears to be broken in the in-app license request process. I've tried to request a license for the TFDi 717 three times between yesterday and today. The app opens a window that says the license request was sent successfully (but it takes 30-60 seconds to come up), and then I never get an e-mail. I've checked my spam folder--it's empty. I'm using version 16.1.0.0 Regards

Hi. I am running a home cockpit, and loving the EFB and CDU from you. Currently i have an ipad Pro running the CDU, and am switching between the RH and LH to do the data entry between them. Would it be possible to have a single view of both LH and RH at the same time?

Hi, I seem to be having issues with the OVHD panel. Some switches I have tried only seem to toggle on and not off. ie The APU switch will toggle on and start but wont toggle off. Also Grd Pwr will toggle on but not off. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Haven't tried many more as yet Thanks

Hi Mark. Thanks for a great app! I am running both P3d and MSFS and have purchased licenses for both. However, when I installed the MSFS app it created an identical desktop short-cut as my P3D. I tried to rename the new one to MSFS and when I did, it resulted in one working desktop shortcut for MSFS only and none of my P3D products are licensed with it. The old shortcut stopped working so I can't figure out how to launch the server for P3D. I clearly messed something up. Any thoughts on how I can fix this? Thank you in advance for your help! Hello, I have no display on the CDU. The buttons work and aviaserver shows the licence is activated, connected to the PMDG in sim and the ipad is seen as connected client. - I am running latest aviaserver 18.0 - The aircraft is powered up and the FMC is working in sim - IPAD Air 2 IOS 15.1 Browser Safari - When opening the cdu link directly on my PC (Firefox), the display is also blank. - Tried this with CDU L and R. With the pmdg 737 not far away now, do you think you will bring your products for p3d to their MSFS one as well? If so is it already in the works and will it be long after the aircraft release that it’s available?
