PMDG 737 msfs display not turning on

Featured Replies

Hi

When I start in Cold and Dark state , Lcdu display does not turn on , when I switch the battery on, but the keys work.

It works fine when I load a state with battery on.

Ipad 5 mini, safari browser

If you load a state with the aircraft powered up (default state) and you power down the aircraft (all generators off, stby power off, battery off) - the CDU should go dead. Can you confirm this?

Now, if you continue here by powering the aircraft back up (battery on, stby power on) - the left CDU should wake up (perhaps after a small delay). After you power the transfer buses (generators back on), the right CDU should wake up as well. Can you confirm?

yes, I can confirm that Lcdu display is dead when I power down , but Rcdu display stays alive on the ipad   (both cdu display is dead in the sim)

When I power back up,  they both come alive with display and seems to be working.
