I have installed simserver tonight and have a full control license for Aerosoft a320 series. It shows that I have full control but I can only view. No clicks on either my ipad, Iphone both safari or web browser (chrome) on the actual P3d pc are taking control. Pls help Daz

The next version of Remote Server will support the QW 787 lower MFD/MFK (basically the "MCDU" keypad including the screen and touch-screen). Hi, I wonder why I shall start P3D as Administrator when I will use Simserver for QW 787 MFK/MFD, when I use PMDG 737-747-777 and Aerosoft Airbus I dont need to run P3D as Administrator.?

Hi, is it possible to open FMC etc on a second monitor and have it open when P3 starts? I do not want to have it open on a tablet, cell phone etc. Thanks Bernd

I assume that in order to upgrade to 5.1 from 5.0 that we simply extract the download and then copy and paste (overwriting existing files)? Cheers Hazza

I installed the free SimServer just to try it out and it displays the CDU but the little bar says "Connected, waiting for aircraft" despite FSX being open with the Aerosoft A320 loaded.

Hello! I bought CDU for CRJ and it works perfectly on my phone. I have an old tablet Acer Iconia A500 and it is 8 years old but it was one of the best tablets when it was released. It has an old Android 4 with default browser. I cannot install new browsers like Chrome because they are not available for this version od Android. I have very annoying lag on this tablet with default browser and screen flashes with blue overlay everytime I press a button on a CDU. It works perfectly with Virtual Avionics, because they use a dedicated app for CDU. My tablet is very old and I am planning to buy a new one and I want to know what specs are recommended…

Hi, I purchased the License for the PMDG 748 EFB. 1. It works great, but only if I am in a "on Board" inside view of chaseplane. If I switch to an outside or view, the EFB shows no reaction. If switch back to inside, all is ok. It is only EFB related, the FMCs (of all other AddOn planes too) wotrks also in outside views. Any suggestionss? 2. Is there a information about the usage of the navigraph charts via the Remote cdu app in EFB? I know it is a license topic between PMDG and Navigraph.

Hi, I have just purchased my first iPad (6th Gen), not particularly for using as a remote CDU, but will eventually use it as such. I am not quite sure about which browser to use. You seem to recommend Safari, of which I have no knowledge. I use Google Chrome on my desktop PC. Can I use Google Chrome as my browser on my IPad ? , or must I use Safari, in order to create your CDU. Sorry if this a somewhat basic question, but I would like to get a proper answer, before I setup my IPad. Cheers

Hello all, I must have been living under a rock as I just discovered this program, I was browsing the web in order to start researching the purchase of an fmc for the 737 and clicked on a link that directed me to this product. I figured what the heck, for 10 euro i might as well give it a try, I don't have an iPad but I do have an iPhone and figured for the small investment it wold be worth a try to see if it works as described, sure enough it works fantastic on my iphone, I dont intend on using my iPhone but rather will find a cheap iPad somewhere as an fmc module. Well I have ordered an ex lease dell pc which I am hoping will run the overhead 737 panel and am just about to order a 24 inch touch screen and mount it above my cockpit as the overhead panel can’t wait as I have been wanting to do this for a long time so thanks again for the software

Downloaded today and so much easier to use then other programs I have tried. Just wondering is there anyway to get rid of the grey screen each time you press a button on the CDU also does the overhead panel also do this? As I am going to buy a laptop to run the overhead panel but just wanted to check this first

hi have 3 pads for left center and right cdu, quite often i put 2 fingers on one pad ( bad havor mostly the center that i have on the pedestal ) and it change cdu as supposed. would it be possible to have a option to disable the cycle trough option, its quite disturbing when you have lots of pads.

have one tab for r cdu but it would be neat to have the checlist on the tab , the optimal would be all fuctions on the lower display ,

Thanks for a great product Mark. Nice detail you have put in to switch between the EFB L and R along with switch to CDU L R and center. I do have a couple things. Size of the EFB not full tablet size like the cdus? R EFB back to menu and video section is not working. Thanks Michael Moe

Everything works fine.... but I am not able to view the Terminal Charts on my tablet. It states: Navigraph Terminal Charts cannot be viewed on yhis device due to license restrictions. This is a big disappointment. Hopefully am I doing something wrong. It's probably my fault, I should have looked better on the 'view only' version. I think it is / was wise if this had been better communicated. Maybe that was done, but I missed it

Had remote CDU working on Airbus and then quit working again. Happened after windows 10 updte. My PMDG stuff still works though. Does the panel state have any relation to the remote cdu working or not. I have turnaround state as default. I ran the experimental update again but no luck.

I see this was asked about back in 2016 but times have changed (and hopefully so has the SDK). Are you able to hook into the Display Units (mostly thinking about PMDG 777, 747 here) and interacting with those. More specifically I am thinking of the Lower DU and DISP controls so that we can interact with the Electronic Checklists especially? Cheers Harry
