Hi Mark, i've the problem that more or less every time i want to resume an saved flight the CDU on my tablet has a blank screen. Buttons work but not the display, is there a special trick i have to follow? BR Joe

Hi there Can I be the first to ask if there's a way to get this working in P3Dv4 with the 747v3? The client can see the server and the other way around but there is nothing appearing on the remote CDU screen. On starting Sim Server, there is an error that "Could not verify correct version of PMDG 747 v3, server may not run correctly!" That's presumably because it's still looking for the 747 in my P3Dv3 folders? Many thanks

Hello, I have purchased Remote CDU for PMDG 737, 747 and 777 for FSX. Now I have moved to P3D, I uninstalled everything in FSX and only use PMDG 777 in P3D. I can still use Remote CDU with it but whenever start the program it shows errors of the other aircrafts(PMDG 737 and 747) which I have already uninstalled from FSX. How can I remove those error? Having an issue with SimServer when using it with FSiPanel addon (http://www.fsipanel.com/). I don't know if you are familiar with FSiPanel but it will configure the NGX (amongst other aircraft) ready to fly an approach of your choice. It sets up everything for you e.g. MCP, flaps, speed, altitude etc and although it does not set up the FMS relevant to the approach you wish to fly it does have a route programmed in relating to LFMN - not sure why but it does. The problem is that SimServer is for some reason not able reflect the CDU pages shown in the sim on the iPad when FSiPanel is being used. Hi Mark, let me start congratulating with you on this very useful utility/application you wrote. I would like to suggest a feature that I think could be very nice to have: Vibration Feedback. Would be nice to have a small vibration feedback every time you press a button, just as an ack, and also a vibration every time a new message/warning is received by the FMC. What do you think about it? Technically it could be done using Apache Cordova and the Vibration plugin. Hello, I am using all of 3 PMDGs aircrafts licensed and so far so good. The only problem I am having is with the new PMDG 747. A lot of time when I press button on my iPAD, the FMC in aircraft respond and worked normally but the display on IPAD kind of hang up and takes quite a lot time to display correctly (hang up about 5-10 seconds, unstable), sometimes it works right away but then it hang up again. For now it happens to only the 747 because right after that I change to 777/737 and it is still normal. If it is my internet connection then it should happen to 737 or 777 but they still work normally. Will test more with 777 now. Cheers Hoang Le

I have just clicked on the request to start the license purchase process and it occurred to me that in the coming weeks I will be upgrading my system. With this in mind what is the process for transferring a license from one machine to another? Thanks

Most of the time the remote CDU works fine, but regularly I notice that the response back and forth between pc and tablet gets slowed down, that I'm waiting for the signal to send for like 30seconds or more. Also, when the slowing gets to its worst, I get complete hang-ups, that the remote CDU doesnt repsond at all, for extended periods of time, this can be 5 minutes, but also 15-20minutes. The CDU in the sim is still usable, but the remote CDU is not following along. What might be wrong and what can I do about it?

I'm trying to setup the app, but I keep seeing the browser window. I followed the link from the FAQ section and performed every step of the explanation, but when clicking on the icon this process created, it only opens the browser, with all open pages and I still can only use the CDU from the browser window. I also checked the manual, but there I only find a link to the FAQ and no explanation or fixes. How do I get the app to perform in fullscreen?

I'v been using cdu remote for several day days with success - till today. Keys are working but remote cdu screen on tablet is frozen and there's some different page on it. I have licence for both 737 and 777 - 737 cdu is unusable now, 777 works fine. Deleting and reinstalling app folder did not work and I haven't any idea what to do now. Any ideas? Thanks, Tom

Hi Mark, I added the 747 yesterday and installed the key ok. When I add the CDU I only get a view with a blank screen. I've tried with all three CDU views with no luck. I also have the 737 & 777 and they work ok. Thanks John

Hi, PMDG just released their new 747 and I really want to use your software with it, will the old one works with new PMDG 747 or you have to do a new one? I'm a happy customer with both 737NGX and 777 license and would like to support you with those 2 new airplanes. Cheers! Hoang Le

Hi I have made a fresh install of Windows on my Sim PC and also have now installed FSX steam. However copying the license keys that i already have for the 777 and 737 does not seem to work as it is always on "View Only" mode What is it that must be done? Kindly assist Thanks

Hi all you recently sent me two new keys and they've been working fine. Now today I'm getting view only when I run the app. the only thing that has changed that I'm aware of is the recent win10 update. any ideas?

Hi Mark, last week i got the keys from you (PMDG T7 and 737) - great pleasure to use with an ipad (and/or browser on second PC....) Since sunday they seem to be no longer accepted. SimServer shows "view only" for both aircraft. Version 2.1.1 Any hints? TIA Harry

P3D 737NGX is on. The CDU is on the computer and the ipad. Both reads is same info. The ipad does change any FMC lines on the desk computer. Using the mouse clicks on the computer FMC lines, the ipad changes the same lines. The problem is the CDU's are in reverse applications. The earlier version did work with this same computer and ipad.
