FS2CREW: PMDG 777

Hi, PMDG 777 FS2CREW runs perfectly when I use it. But after landing, while taxiing, or sometimes I make it to the gate, I get a CTD. Sometimes I even make it to eng shut down. It has been that way for a while. At least I get to do the whole flight. If I don't use it, I will not get a CTD. Any ideas what this may be? regards Doug Morlan

I don't know what happened...but my green text bar has disappeared from the 777 version. I scoured the manual and can't find where to restore it. Any ideas? John Bradley AAL132

Afternoon, Just want to find out if FS2Crew 777 is due for an update similar to the recent 737 Reboot (which I have purchased and really enjoy!). I am not saying the 777 needs it, i just want to know before going ahead and purchasing FS2Crew for the 777, only to find out in 2 weeks, there is a new version. Regards Leonard

Two questions : I can`t get the initial departure brief phrase (vous etes pret ...) and “ cockpit pour le sol“ recognized. Are there any trigger words ? I get the corresponding approach brief phrase recognized, I see it in the green window. But nothing happens. If I repeat it in english right after that, it works. Of course French Copilot is selected. I use Windows 7 with english speech recognition. Any ideas ?

Hello, My jetway is not moving, at any airport! Ex; i'm at Heathrow Gate 553 with one Jetway, in CFG i have "FS2Crew controls Jetway: YES" mas the jetway never moves! i'm using Prepar3d V2.5 and FS2Crew PMDG 777 V1.5 Help?

Hi Bryan, Cannot download new update. I have tried on 2 different browsers on 2 different computers, one that has no anti virus installed, one that has mse installed, one with download manager one with out. This seems to happen a lot with the fs2crew server. Sometimes I am lucky, most times I am not. Firefox states 155.2 MB IE states 122MB ?? The download zip shows 155 MB, but will not open due to archive error. I have 4 remaining downloads left. Any suggestions ? Regards Julian

alright I hope I am not alone on this one but I have been using FS2crew 777 for a while now (since release) and I have a very difficult time listening to the US FA. It sounds like she is talking to a plane full of kindergartners. "followed by a snaaack" as well as her condescending tone for the movie and meal service. I have not flown on an American domestic carrier for years. please tell me this isn't how they talk to their passengers. im trying to start engines after a full shutdown for a 2nd leg of flight , and the engines wont start spooling, i have ecis alert saying hyd pres dem c1 and c2, what am i doing wrong, im using fs2crew also, please help this is getting very aggraivating, i would like to go on to my next airport with out have to renter the game with the fs2crew i ask the FO to start engine 2 and she says oil pressure but nothing happens on the lower cdu...all checklists up till then have been complated so i dont understand what she or myself are missing

Hello, Just trying to configure B777 version, The manual says the Open panel and second button are both assigned to "propeller sync" So I can't use secondary button because it just close /open the panel. Hello, I don't know if I missed something or it is my problem alone or maybe a setting? At gates with two jetway's only one is conecting to the plane door L2 and L1 stay's disconnected. If I do it without FS2Crew two jetway's are connecting. How can I get connecting two jetway's (L1 and L2) working with FS2Crew? Kind regards Robert

I cannot get FS2Crew 777 v1.5 to produce sounds under Win7 Professional SP1. The Win7 Sound panel shows main speakers set to Stereo and producing P3Dv2.5 PMDG 777 sound correctly. Also shows that headset set to Stereo and tests correctly with left and right chimes. Speech Properties shows Run Speech Recognition at startup is unchecked. I have no ability to execute Windows Start Speech Recognition, even as administrator. In FS2Crew, Voice set ON; DSP set ON; HM set OFF; HS set ON; CFG set to 'HS: Speakers (Sennheiser U320 Gaming) headset. When i say "SET nnn.nn IN COM1" the frequency displayed in the 777 radio panel does not change (displayed frequency does not change in either the VC or the 2D popup radio). However, the frequency is actually changed. It is only the display that is not refreshed. If I then say "SWAP COM1" "SWAP COM1" then I see the display updated properly. Thanks, Jason

Hi I am trying install v1.5 onto my P3D v2.5. I have uninstalled the older version and as the install comes the end I get a pop up saying " The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". It is asking me to enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "vc_red.msi" and use source f:\112~ad\. If I click cancel the install appears to finish normally. Hi Brian. First of all, I am using the button version, as I don't want to waste a lot of time, to get the voice to work on my French Windows Vista. Have been using the EU voice pack so far, but have had a go on French Voice Pack for a couple of flights by now. Everything works fine on the French Voice Pack, except: When I press the FA button on the main panel, I never get any answer from the FA, no "Hello" or "Allô" is heard, but the FA Panel pops up. Pressing, lets say, the TOD button, I can hear the FA is informed about the TOD by the PF, but again never hear the FA's answer. It is the same with all the buttons on the FA Panel. I'm not entirely sure why this is happening now but ever since I installed the new update, P3D crashes to the desktop everytime I hit my TOGA button. At first I thought it was FS2crew and so I uninstalled it but even sitting at the gate, engines off, I hit the button one or two times and the sim crashes. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Hi, When performing RNAV Approach (with RNAV selected in the approach briefing window), the FO is calling out "LAND3, Rollout and Flare armed" when passing 1500FT RA. Can anyone replicate and confirm this issue ? Thanks Renogu (I'm using v1.5)

Hi Brian, Installed the 1.5 update and made a couple of flights and I have noticed the following: After landing, after clean up is completed, just prior to last turn before arriving at the gate, the voice command "Lights and doors" causes the opening of the doors rather than the slide disarming. I ran the v1.5 installer on top of my existing v1.4. When I ran the Config Manager it opens and is identified as v1.0, which may be as intended but is this correct in light of the problems I will describe below. In the lower left hand corner of the window "Enable FS2Crew" has a large white dot alongside it. No other entries have white dots. I believe this control is for enabling and disabling FS2Crew. Since it appeared to indicate that I needed to click on "Enable FS2Crew" to setup my panel.cfg, I clicked and got a message box that said "FS2Crew Disabled." I clicked OK and the main screen hadn't changed at all and still had the "Enable FS2Crew" entry with the white do…
