FS2CREW: PMDG 777

Hi Bryan, When I use GSX and FS2Crew I cant seem to synchronize the boarding timing. FS2Crew starts at +24 min and when I start GSX to board as well the boarding time from GSX usually last longer. My payload is 223.700 kg. I there a way to start FS2Crew boarding sooner? Regards Hendrik

OK, This is a new one for me. In the last week, my PMDG777 FS2Crew Button Control has begun making random altitude calls. I reset the altitude in anticipation of TOD and the copilot says "1 Thousand to go" We haven't even begun to descend. I get the same call at least once during an un restricted descent. Minimums are also called way too early. Any idea what happened? Scott

Hi Everyone.i didinstall the last version V3.0 and in the cfg is set that landing lights should be turned off at 10000 feet. But for a strange reason FS2CREW doesnt recognize at what altitude we are sometimes at 18000 feet says 10 thousand feet lights off sometimes it never switch them off. Same like when i am approaching minimum is set at 200 feet and at 4000 feet i hear the Fo telling approach not stable that usually it is called at 1000 feet. What can cause this problem? Thanks

Hi, after a long time, I installed FSPassengerX on my FSX. With the PMDG 737 and FS CREW it works well, but when I use the 777 (PMDG) and open FSP, do the settings and then push the button for load imm. or in real time, the panel of the 777 comes up and the FS crash. Can you help me? Roland

Hi, To the Developers: Would it be possible to make a 777 Freighter version - remove the cabin announcements and anything to do with carrying PAX instead of cargo. Having a cabin announcement directed to passengers while preparing to leave the Cargo Ramp in a Fedex delivery just doesn't sound right. steve

My main panel on the FS2Crew 777 version will not open. It works on the 737 but not the T7. Enablebroadcast is enabled in the 777 options config.

Hi, sometimes I lost FO voice. Speech recognition works, because I see text I say on the green bar and FO do what I ask, but I don't hear him (for example while checklists). I run voice test on the FS2Crew panel but it was unhearable. I have set 2nd HD audio as an output for FO's voice (I have headset) but when I run voice test in the HD Audio Manager test voice was hearable. I also observed that vPilot ATC voice wasn't hearable too but I don't know if it has relation with this problem. I changed FO volume...increase and decrease - no results. Finally I reset Speech recognition by pressing VOICE button - didn't help. Run voice test in FS2Crew panel again - no res…

Hi, Flying into Bogota (SKBO), set a decision height of 10200 feet. Approach brief was fine, but when I got to the descent checklist I get a repeatable CTD on the decision height challenge. Interestingly, it doesn't matter what I say--what matters is the height set in the briefing panel. If it's more than 10,000 feet, always a CTD on that part of the descent checklist (even if I say "200 feet"). I did a search to see if this had come up before and saw this had been an issue with the NGX FS2Crew that a patch resolved. Looks like it's the same problem here--must just be the first time I flew into an airport with a DH that high. Best, James

Hi I purchased v.30 expansion pack and installed twice (Button version) Upon selecting a different FO voice I still the get the default FO voice. What am I missing? I select FO voice 1, 2, 3 etc. No change . Same of PA. Thanks Bill

I have searched the Forum, and concluded that I must be the only one having this issue. When the F.O. starts the "Before Start procedure" the front cargo door starts to open. Then I have to wait for it to open, and then close it before I can call for the "Before Start Check-list ". If I did miss this in the Forum, I apologize . Dan

Hey guys, I seem to loose my voice recognition after I do the above checklist :( I have tried to restart the voice feat but to no avail. I do jump between 2 screens as I have my flows and checklists on pdf on the second monitor.. anyone else experience this ?

Hi, I just bought the last version of FS2crew, and I selected the french voice pack. The pilot's voice in french is a female voice. As I'm a man, i would prefer a male voice. Is this something possible to set in? Thanks. Laurent.

Hello!! I want to know how to manage the PREFLIGHT CHECKLIST issue. When I command the checklist, the FO requests me to set the parking brake. But even I set it and check it on the ECL (Set too to this case), the FO still give me the same response. Can you help me please? Cheers

Hi Bryan, I am using P3D and button version. When I landed it automatically goes to 'Okay to clean the aircraft and then After landing flow' without me clicking any button. After all that was done I got an option of 'okay to clean the aircraft' again. So I would ended up doing it twice. Is it a bug or does it happened only to me? Thanks

On a flight from PHNL to YSSY, my esteemed FO turned off my center fuel tanks in the middle of climb, with 42.1 K lbs remaining in the tanks.. Didn't notice and ran out of fuel in main tanks in flight, leaving a very stressful condition of trying to remember how to restart the engines & figuring out why they quit , luckily still at FL380. So, why did she do that?? Yes I reflew the flight, she did the same thing!!! I do have the latest Version and running FSX.

Hi, I've recently installed Captains Set for PMDG 777 and was going through the Manual and read about setting up voice but was puzzled by one thing when it says about online ATC. I have my Online ATC setup on another pc and this is linked via WideFS and my headphones are plugged into that pc so does that mean I'm unable to setup voice and use this for 777 when I'm flying as on the FSX pc this only has FSX and nothing else? I'm sorry if this sounds quite confusing but would appreciate any advice or help offered. Thanks Jason

Hi Guys, I have an odd problem. Fs2crew start nrmally and all i ok but when i give commanda i need to repeat it 100 times before it reacts. Till 2 days ago i spoke descent checklist and it start the descntflow now i say descent checklist and it wirte captain set i repea it and write speed set all the opposite and the first part before deprting all was ok but then when i arrived even to say are u ready from the approach brief it was so hard. What can be the problem. Thanks

I just installed the update to the 777 Fs2Crew extra voice / version 2. It seems to run just fine, except I cannot find where the updated FO packs are. I have the same voice versions, as I thought came with version 1 (US1, UK1, EU, AU, and FR). Where is Germany, Scandinavia, Asia, Spain/Latin and Italy? I use the CFG to change to the various voice sets, but there doesn't seem to be a CFG for the added voice sets. What am I doing wrong? Many thanks. Other than this, the version 2 seems to work fine. Of course, I installed with Admin rights from the unzipped file.

Good morning, I have the FS2 crew for PMDG777 in P3d. It has been working flawlessly for many months. I prepared for a flight this morning and it worked perfectly.I was taking off this morning and then didn't hear rotate. After that I lost my voice button and cant reactivate, it wont even light up. Any ideas as to why it suddenly would deactivate the voice and I cant re-activate the voice part?

Okay, so following the documentation I can take off and successfully do a single touch and go. Works flawlessly, right down to the FO cleaning flaps during the touchdown, etc. But ... even repeating the same procedures, she suddenly stops responding to gear and flaps. She will still do the checklists, and respond to any other commands I have to give. She'll start the APU if I ask her to, and make changes in the MCP for reference, but she will not respond to "Gear Down" or "Flaps 20". She does not say anything (like she would if i were making an error). The mode on the FS2Crew is indeed "Landing Checklist", which is where it should be after completing the approach…
