FS2CREW: PMDG 777

at a new airport (EGLL) i installed, it only opens door 2L when I run the PF Button. it works ok with all other airports.

After installing version 1.1 for the PMDG 777, I cant get anything to work. Before the update, everything was fine. I have reinstalled twice, restarting the computer each time. nothing on the main panel works. I do not use voice control. when I select PA or BR, the panel will show but when I click on a button, the panel disappears, no voice from captain or first officer. thanks for any ideas Doug

Hi ppl I think I've found a small bug. Try: Approach Checklist, Altimeters -----> reply Set And Checked, the FO will answer "Autobrakes" (returning to the Descent Checklist). If you call for "lets restart the checklist" on the FS2Crew bar you will see "Descend Checklist".

Hi Bryan, From the 1.1 release notes you indicated both the Lock and Headset buttons would now be remember between FS sessions. For me, the state of the Lock button is being remembered (always off), but not the Headset button; I still have to turn it on for each flight.

After the Before Start Procedure, when the FO gets to the end he/she now says "I am ready for the checklist". At this point are we say "Cancel EICAS". Is the FO then supposed to also say Cancel EICAS or is it cancelled silently? I think it works but I thought in the first version there was a readback. This is then followed with "Before Start Checklist", correct.

Hi, I have reinstalled 1.1 and running the PF events. The time and procedures looks normal but i cannot command "preflight checklist" allthough she is ready as she now says in 1.1 In the menu it says "Activate FS2crew" but the time and events is running. Cold and dark official state Thanks Michael

Hi everyone, I should have read more about the possible mess before purchasing. I just bought FS2Crew for the T7, and as I run Win7-64 French, with absolutely no will to down/upgrade my OS (for one software, come on ...), I installed Vistalizator as suggested. I installed english pack, the thing is that - after reboot multiple times - it does not appear in the MS speech recon (only default french is available) in the scroll menu. Hi Don't think this is a FS2Crew problem more a PMDG problem. I am unable to change the frequency display for Comm1 (I know comm2 not modelled). I have checked the PMDG forums and found they have an issue with 136.975, if you enter the PMDG set up, Options aircraft on page 7 you can change The FSX Comms Disabled to NEVER. This works in that it now changes the frequency but not the display. Two issues that I have is that my VA ACARS requires me to change frequency as a check to make sure I am not sleeping. If I make the call, the first officer complies and my ACARS is satisfied but the display does not change. This is similar with IVAP it changes in …

Hello, i followed the procedure in the manual, but when i say for example, "before start checklist" the line appeart correctly in green on the screen so the speech rec works, but the F.O. doesnt reply. This goes for any checklist. this goes for all checklists, in paper or electronic mode and for ground too, i get no replies when i say "ground flightdeck" Simple commands like turning on lights work via speech.

Bryan, Nine hours into my CYVR-EGLL flight, and south of Ireland, I decided innocently to save my flight so that I could restart it without some of the memory overheads gathered during a long flight. This so that I wouldn't get an OOM on approach to EGLL. Now I find that even these save files are unacceptable to FS2Crew and result in an SDK Error from which it appears impossible to escape. Is there any possibility that this restriction can be lifted in the future, or do we just have to run the very real risk of crashing flights with OOMs? Cheers, Richard

Hi Bryan, I am using vPilot, PMDG 777 and FS2Crew V1.0 and find that I am unable to contact voice ATC via VATSIM without the HM button ON. This is not made clear in the manual. Cheers, Richard

Just wondering if anyone has created a 1 page flow for the 777. I have one for the NGX and Q400 that are really useful. The only one I found in the library seemed to be multiple pages.

Has someone created this livery for the B777-300ER yet? If not, I might just have to get into repainting aircraft ^_^ Cheers

Can the FO actually set the step climbs if i say "you have control"?

Hey Bryan, Iam all of a sudden unable to use the program. The application does not show in the view section anymore. When I open the configuration manager and try to click the radio button it only comes up as disabled. Does not enable. In terms of changes, I recently updated the proatc x application and also downloaded the beta version for voxatc. Installed Skype recently as well. Iam not sure if this would have contributed to the issue. I do hope u can solve this soon. Thanks.
