Hi all, Just got this aircraft and read in the manual that the FMC doesn't necessarily have to be used, as per the introduction flight. However, I was reading in the manual and a feature that I'd like to use was stated in the introduction flight to use the default climb profile. Can the CPL panel be pressed with MCE on the FGC, or is that an FMC panel that does not have a voice command programmed to it, so thus I'd have to make MCE press it in a flow sequence? Same goes for the descent profile. I know SimBrief supports Feelthere flightplans, however I can't figure out how to load one into the FMC in case I don't want to program it and m…

Is there a way to silence the copilot during flows? I don’t need him to read back every single thing he performs.

i still have the issue, that the PF3 ATC seems not "hearing" my FO talking. Everything else is working. If i ask the FO to request any information from ATC he start talking in the correct way, but PF3 don´t recognize the request from MCE. When i push the right hotkey manually via keyboard ATC answers with the appropriate instructions. Once ATC finished with the instructions the MCE FO read back the given instructions in the correct way, but again PF3 can´t "hear" him though i don´t get an "readback correct" from ATC. I´ve set the PF3_MCE.ini to active and "close caption mode" and "Display voice set ID" are unchecked in PF3. Any idea what could be wrong wou…

Hi, I took advantage of the generous offer of the RC4 authors. I wish I had tried it earlier. I have already made some flights to familiarize myself with the program, I now plan to join MCE to be able to use voice. I have read the MCE PDF about interfacing with RC4. I saw nothing about the possibility for the MCE FO to manage communications as with PF3. Is it possible? Please, I would have liked to have some clarification on this subject. No matter what I do I cannot get through the voice training, it either pauses or gets stuck. Then in the program the copilot does not respond or hear my voice at all. The problem is not my microphone. It may be some issue with Windows 10 since Voxatc doesn’t work either...with Voxatc I get the error message “speech training error” “speech training is not configured properly.... anybody know now how to fix this?

Hi MCE, i just reinstalled mce after a full clean up with clean W10, p3d etc. and I've usel MCE before without these problems. My FO voices are quiet, although it follows My command, like executing flows, checklist reading etc. Other voices work like the mech. Even in the MCE Window when I try voices all are silent Clive, Bill etc and same here mech and purser working fine when I 'test voices' I've reinstalled many times to try to cure the voice, installing with admin rights, UAC on/off, different folders but in the end same result. I'm also having problems changing options in mce, clicking one of the boxes, the boxes aren't deslected. I can change options …

Hi all, Is the FMC/CDU commands file a list of commands that can be said while also being used in flows like any otherMCE command? The reason I ask is because I was experimenting with how I might create some flows for loading a flightplan in both the Feelthere ERJ 145 and the Feelthere Emb170, if its one of those aircraft supported but not listed on the MCE downloads page in the case of the 170. Hi all, I have no idea what is going on, however it is puzzling, to say the least. I have never had a problem with MCE and speech before this. I loaded up P3D to test my feelthere aircraft and noticed that not even basic commands were working, such as flaps 5 or parking brake off. So I uninstalled the version I had and downloaded the latest version since it was out of date anyway, and ran the app wizard. I got to step nine of the wizard where it is supposed to repeat your commands, but MCE was not repeating anything. It selected my default sound device correctly, and I went to the Skype call test service to see if it was my …

Hi, I´m new MCE user. I use MCE with P3D V4.3 and Aerosoft Airbus Pro. I´m having problems with my FO not doing flows. I ask him to perform flow and there is no reaction. Sometimes he confuses it to checklist and he starts performing checklist. But most of time if I ask for flow - he does not answer nor doing anything. I checked MCE folder for scripts - there are scripts for aerosoft airbuses. But at this point I think I´m doing something wrong or I haven´t set up something properly. Second - I found out that if we go through checklist he wants me to double check items that are set corectly. For now turned off his check of checklist when in aerosoft airbus …

MCE works quite well with the 767. But I can not find a command to control the cabin compartment temperature controls and the flight deck compartment temperature control. Likewise, I can not control the engine limiter controls neither the VOR/DME switches.

Team, Is there a setting that prevents MCE from communicating with GSX/Ground crews? When I start MCE, it states "high my name is x, let me know...", while simultaneously opening the GSX screen. I'd like to avoid this paradigm...

Somewhere in 2010 I purchased MCE. For years al went well untill my pc crashed. Bought a new pc, changed from FSX to p3dv4 and now I try to install MCE again but the license key won't work anymore. Of course I forgot to backup my invoice with serial number. Is there any way to recover my serial number? Thank you Regards Kurt

Dear FS++, MCE (2.7.80) together with GSX (+ Level2 Expansion) have been operating perfectly and automatically all doors of PMDG 737NGX for boarding, catering and refuelling in P3D. I am using the GSX/Level2 “Autopilot” mode for the whole sequence of operations. Recently, a problem arose with the operation of the doors: it does not work any more. The rest of the MCE+GSX operations is OK. I wrote to FSDT, but they replied that GSX does not operate the doors, it is performed by MCE (forgive my ignorance about it). According to FSDT, this is not a GSX issue. It is possible that the problem was caused by the recent P3D update to v4.4. I am attaching the e…

Hi All, I'm trying to configure some operationally realistic flows for the 747-400f V3 from PMDG. I've done some small customisation but there are a few switch settings that I can't find the command for and was wondering if anyone might help? First, for the hydraulic on demand system, prior to start for the 400f 1 & for should be in aux, and 2 & 3 in auto. The flow has them all go to auto, is there a command for the aux position? I tried "hydraulic on demand pump one arm" but that actually puts it in the on position. Also for the power up flows, for both APU and Ground start, in the freighter you should connect gen 1 and leave gen 2 (or connection 2…

I can´t run the speech trainer wizard. It appears at the taskbar when I run it. A small window is shown when I go with my mouse over the wizard at the taskbar. But I can´t expand it.

Hi all, I have a problem with my home cockpit. I have changed from FSX tp P3Dv4. In FSX the Jeehell Airbus works, but MCE will not recognize the aircraft which is the a320FMGS Project AirbusA320-214, supplied with Jeehell software from the MyCockpit site. I see the message "Couldt not retrieve information for this specific aircraft! The application is going to to terminate I'm using windows 7 64 plus P3D v4 and the last version of MCE and Jeehell b49.2 Is there any solution for this problem? Regards Dieter

Just flying online with Vatsim and had MCE running too, was climbing to FL 190 when all of a sudden FO announces, uncommanded, Pre-Flight Checklist, which of course includes Engine Start Levers cutoff! I tried to tell FO to "cancel checklist" but he just carried on and shutdown both engines. I managed to restart 1 engine but the other failed completely, and so reluctantly I had to abandon my Vatsim flight. I realise engine failure does happen in real life, but I wasn't confident enough to continue online with one engine!
