OK, second time to see if anyone knows what is going on. I have the FSLABS A320 sitting at KATL on ground power as I read and try to figure out MCE. As I am sitting there, with the microphone OFF, the co-pilot starts rambling away. Several minutes of silence then she says "Slats Retracted" about 7 times in a row, then she says "Slats Extended". Wait a bit and she says some flaps command, can't understand what she is saying other than the word "Flaps". She repeats that about 7 times over a short period of time. Shortly after that she says. Hello folks, first time in yhis forum. I have been using XP for about a year now and its great. I come from FSX world for about twenty years and I have used radar contact as far as I can remember. But now im using XP. 1. I have loaded RC4toXP and I see it in my plugins' folder but when I load XP its not there in plugins. 2. I have radar contact registered. can I have radar contact running on a second monitor or does it have to be on the server with XP. 3. Also when loading XP11 I get an error saying I must set up XP exe and XP exe32 bit to administrator rights. I always start Xp in ADMIN rights. 4. The directions seem a little vague. …

I'm confused on getting a "license" file (?) for my RC4toXplane purchase from SimMarket yesterday. The instructions that came with the download were not clear on how to make everything work (sorry, but I'm a new X-Plane 11 user too, so am still learning that also). After much searching on the 'net, I discovered I needed to download an updated version of XPUIPC (2.0.5.9) to replace the 2.0.0.0 installed by the RC4toXplane installer. After doing that, I did get RC4.3 (which I have used with FSX and P3D for well over 10 years now) to provide accurate ATC for ONE flight. It seemed to be working great. when creating own checklists know that adding "//1" means both pilots have to reply. Now found also //2 or //3 in some preinstalled CL. What do they mean? bst rgds Manfred

Hi, I tried to use the FJS 727v3 with MCE X today in Xplane 11 for the first time. It should be supported by default, however, I could not get the scripts working correctly. Most commands of the flows were not recognised and no flight engineer provided. I guess MCE did not connect to the aircraft. I tried David Herky’s files from the library for a second run, but also no joy - maybe as they are for 727v2?! MCE is fantastic and really helpful to fly the old iron without too much work in the cockpit for a single person - in XP10 this worked flawlessly. Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Hello MCE support, I am almost done with writing my own scripts, thanks to your exceptional support (and patience). The MCE control of GSX works perfectly, but for one action. Referring to passenger operations, several boarding commands work just fine. However, I am unable to get any command for deboarding. Dear community, I'm facing an issue which I haven't found a solution for neither in this forum nor somewhere else. The thing I'm trying to realise is, that having e.g GSX or ASN or ProATC all this addOns working with an inflight Menue which pops up if needed or requested. On those menus you have several sub menus resp. sub menu lines, always beginning with a Number. At the Active sky for P3d Menu the sub menu for destination weather looks like "5 - Destination station weather" another one "4 - Departure station weather". I have updated to the latest version. When I start MCE I get the window, screen flashes, I hear the voices, the wording shows in the upper right and left corners of the screen. Then it says wait while the co-pilot boards. the slug never shows. I've let it run for over 10 minutes. I've killed the program and tried it again. This has gone on for several days. I put the FSInsider dll on manual load to make sure it is loading. FSX.exe is set correctly. I've reset the configuration several times and gone through the setup for MCE with no issues. Does anyone know the phone number to the co-pilot union boss? Help Doug

Hi, I cannot get the FO to set the flight level on the MCP. I have tried the commands 'set Flight level' and 'Set altitude' with various numbers but he doesn't seem to be able to change. Also tried headings but he is unable to change these either. Can you take a look? Thanks John

In the script "begin apu procedure"...there is a script item for "connect apu generator". This script does nothing...switches do not move nor does the apu generator show any load. Any idea what to do to make this work and turn on the apu generator load.

Hi, First issue I have is that MCE doesn't seem to recognize my Aerosoft Airbus Professional installation. With P3D 4.4 loaded up, sitting in the a320, when I activate MCE it begins loading, but then gives me a message about the aircraft not being recognized and then closes. I have checked in the cfgPaths.dat file and there's no entry for the airbus. I tried to manually enter it, but it must get overwritten when starting MCE. I am assuming it would be detected if it were installed in the default P3D simobjects folder, which it is not. Aerosoft (and Lockheed Martin) recommends to not install it into the sim folder. Second thing is about the NavData. Is there…

With reference to my last message (Dec. 9, 2018), plus additional tests with MCE: 1- The command “what is the transition level” is not working (the request for transition altitude is OK). The level value could be read in the FMC from the Descent page/Forecast page (where it is entered, correctly, as a level). The current reply is “we have not computed yet”. Probably an issue when reading the string ”FLxxx” from the FMC. 2-Verbal reminders (“Transition”or “Altimeters”) by the FO when airplane crosses the transition altitude (climbing) and transition level (descending) should be restored, as they were working in a previous version (most useful for those flying w…

Hello, when flying MD-11 pmdg FO is eager to do all by himself, more so than in other planes. I particularly find it very annoying when ATC issues speed reductions, HDG or new FL that the FO immediately starts dialing them in. Is there a way to stop him dial in any autopilot related data, maybe similar to the dll option in fsl a3x with the fcusupport=0?

Hi there Just wanted to ask if there is anything I can do about my copilot not changing the altitude in the AP. "Set altitude 5000 feet" doesn't work. Copilot says he is going to do it but nothing happens. Is it simply that the Flight1 Kingair B200 is not supported? Reason I ask is that in VR the click spots in that aircraft are more difficult to manage especially changing altitude in the autopilot when in a hurry. Thanks in advance. Glider1

At times when I start MCE all is fine the Co pilot just listen and respond. At other times the Co Pilot just starts rambling on, performing actions or just talking. Anyone know why this is?

When you do speech recognition presumably windows saves something that it uses to help recognize your speech. Does anyone know where these files are located, and moreover under what circumstance could these files be deleted, e.g. 'Resetting your pc?

when I load MCE, I keep getting message "waiting for copilot to board" he never does, I am running both MCE and flight simulator X as admin, also does recognition always run in dialog mode, just wonders

Hello I reinstalled MCE for x plane recently after a long hiatus and installing a new gpu. Now I can't get it to work. I'm sure the sound device is set correctly, and the program and listens properly when i do speech training. But when I start x plane and start MCE i can't get my copilot to respond to anything or do anything. Can I get some help?

We are pleased to announce that the latest version of MCE now supports the recently released Quality Wings 787. Change log. Added support for QW 787 (both FSX & P3D) Fixed minor issues with PMDG 737 NGX interfaced switches. IMPORTANT: When you’re done installing new package, run the app wizard briefly, so that the aircraft specific flows are copied to the relevant folders. So I downloaded the demo for x-plane and decided to buy. Went to FS Pilot shop purchased the download. Received a Software License Key/Serial Number in an email from them. Followed the crazy poorly documented instructions that I totally fail to understand and started the next piece of software (some key thing and entered a name and email and pasted the Key into the correct field pressed the button tried to decipher the next poorly written dialog box about some text file that was created then searched a located it then clicked the text box that indicated in pig English about web mail or some kind of email and attaching the located file to it. For me 90 % of the time MCE works perfectly fine in every respect. But sometimes during a session MCE starts to "hang" somehow: Working a script takes awfully long. Sometimes there are 30 seconds between the execution of each line where it is 1.5 seconds normally. Also the voice recognition rate drops significantly, from maybe 95 % where it is normally for me to less than 30 %. Strangely the FO still responds to PF3 ATC without any lag during these events. Also the checklist speed itself (next checklist item after reply to the previous item) is not decreasing, but checklist working suffers from the reduced voice recognition (where normally …
