PMDG 777

I installed the program and direct X I started P3d V2.4 comes up to scenario window I pic 777 300 lxr the plane appears on the runway no activation pop ups to regist. ?? no control of aircraft no landing gear visible... HELP PLZ never had problems like this with FSX registrations

downloaded, un-zipped, installed and trying to activate - but after typing the activation code and pressing "Activate" - seems to be normal but I receive information that "context created" and later a massage pops-up: "Error unable to connect to Activation Server. Please check internet connection and try again. Please help

After flying for an hour or so, I get a warning stating "Pilot Response" in the ND? The only action that I can find to take is to click on the AP button. The light then goes out, but I can't determine that anything happened. Certianly puzzling. Any ideas? Thanks, Joe Parker

I am getting an error trying to start the PMDG 777. I have a saved flight that I have always used in the past. Default P3D plane and then load the PMDG. It doesn't quite get to the systems countdown before I get the crash to desktop. Only thing that I have changed is a recent video card swap. Old drivers were removed and new drivers updated. No problems with other default and payware planes. I get the same error when I am creating a new flight with the 777. Default BE58 loaded and then switching to the PMDG. I am using the United Airlines (Merger - Fictional) livery downloaded from your site. Thanks, John

This must have been said millions of times since the 777 was released, and specially after the latest patches have brought it's FBW very close to real ( there being no way to properly model all of it's features given the limitations imposed by the HW we use in our controllers... ), but I couldn't avoid to express my admiration for EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PMDG 777. Good Morning PMDG Support + Community: The 777 for Prepar3d v2.4 has been an ABSOLUTE pleasure to learn and fly! I hands down love this aircraft. I do however have a very quick question for the PMDG team. - When it comes to Prepar3d v2.4 settings, am I reading this correct, are we supposed to enable (check) under attachments - ignore weight and ignore forces? Just want to make sure I'm applying my settings correctly to fully utilize PMDG's technology. Thanks! Benjamin J. Berenson

my pmdg777's weather radar can not work properly . when i touch the test bottom only the sound arise but not any color on the NAV screen i try a lot of means but can not work i want help thanks

I did my first 777 flight in P3D today which was awesome. But I've noticed a tendency for the aircraft to jerk slightly in the direction of the turn when it sets a new course in LNAV mode. At soon as the new course is set which requires for example a left turn, instead of smoothly rolling onto the new course a slight jerk happens and the aircraft then rolls left onto its new heading. Hi, The 777 works perfect only if I get at a centain flight level, the plane start wobbling. The nos is going up and down. a little. After I reach the cruiselevel, the shaking up and down becomes a problem. The plane is shing up and down. Anyone else has this problem? Thanks for responding.

When using the nav instrument clickspot (view of route and waypoints) on the main panel the popup appears in the middle of the screen hiding the outside view which is now behind the popup. It would be much better (my opinion) if that popup appeared on the screen in an outside quadrant. Does anyone know what changes can be made to the panel.cfg to modify where this popup appears? Just getting used to the 777 in Prepar3d, it's a delight so far. I am experiencing a strange TrackIR issue, however. The TrackIR "center" view seems to be tilted up about ten degrees, i.e., with TrackIR on, the default VC view shows only the top part of the PFD and way too much of the eyebrow. Disabling TrackIR results in the correct view angle (straight out the windshield, with the full PFD and the top of the yoke showing). As soon as I launch the TrackIR program, though, the view snaps back up. As soon as I quit TrackIR, the view snaps back to the proper tilt. The TrackIR "Center View" button works, but resets to the tilted-up view, meaning I have to tilt my he…

I have read the last topic in regards to this and need to confirm whether this is a bug or not so I can submit a ticket. First time this warning has appeared - I normally set the CG in the FMC and set the trim level on each and every flight depending on load level, and the trim value also changes depending on the load. Only thing I did differently was change the Cost Index from 85 to 120. Set trim - taxiied out as usual then as I was about to takeoff "Stabilizer Config" warning. - I then stopped - checked the trim it was at 0 ??? I set it again to 5.25 for that flight, proceeded to takeoff and the alarm sounded again..

Hi everyone, can someone help me with this? I have ASN installed an running an the weather request works fine but the WXR doesn't show a single thing even with TS clouds around, also tried fiddling with the gain to no avail. is it possible the WXR doesn't work in the P3D version of the 777 yet? Hi guys, just have 2 topics about our Sim. One is, Eicas, Landing Altitude when you first start the sim. It should be inhibited until you set the fmc. But in the sim, it shows up. This is not normal. The other one is, when you press activate and then execute the fmc route, the activate line should be blank.

I have been flying the 777 in FSX and I was very comfortable with the Auto Throttle and its behavior. Now in P3D, the 777 Auto Throttle seems to behave differently 1) Sometimes It does NOT engage auto throttle when I click the A/T button..but when I click the Flch button, it engages the A/T. 2) When I am on approach I have manual control except the A/T, when the speed slows it goes below the IAS Setting (the pink mark), it doesn't throttle up. I almost stalled a couple of times.. The A/T light is on. and when I throttle up it powers up. Basically, its on manual not auto thrust but the A/T light indicates its on auto throttle and the indicator on the PFD says …

Was it ever found out what causes these odd freezes of FSX with the 777? Or better yet was there a fix? I have been away from FS for about 2 years and recently after a system upgrade and a fresh install of all things FSX and and operating system I got the itch. The first few hops around Europe were fine. I then decided to hop over the pond from London to Chicago. Half way over the Atlantic I get that freeze I forgot about. FSX completely freezes but the sound keeps playing. This lasted about 5-6 mins before it carried on like nothing had happened. I wonder if anyone else wishes that the lights on the wings and the anti collision light beacon where abit more beefy as are the lights on the Airbus X aircraft for example... Be interested if anyone has know how if its possible to make these bigger than they are...

I'm not sure who repaints for PMDG, but I'd like to put in a request. For the 777-300ER could we possibly get the whole BAW 77W fleet? G-STBA/B/C/D/E/F? Or is there any way you could give us the files to simply change the registration in Photoshop? Not sure how much time it would take! Thanks!

Hi every one, I Installed FSX on an SSD disk then on another SSD disk i Installed FSX-SE and on another DISK Windows 7 64. Now i have this problem i have installed the 777 on FSX using the new installer for FSX-Se as well then i installed couple of days ago FSX-Se and i tried to install the 777 but of course launching the installer i have only two options. Repair and remove. Ho should i do to make the ew installer to install the prodiuct in FSX-SE? Thanks a lot

I have just purchased the 777 for P3D. I'm in 2.5. Getting things setup in the cockpit. Have most axes setup, but I have a question about the speed brake lever. I have the axis on the Saitek throttle reversed to emulate the position in the cockpit. I would like to have the full travel dedicated to raising and lowering the spoilers, and use a rocker switch to arm/disarm the brake. However, near, the top of the travel, the speed brake arms itself. That would be cool if I had a detente at the top, but I don't. Therefore, if I don't look, I won't know if I am lowering or arming the brake. Is there a change I can make to have the full travel raise/lower only? I am using FSUIPC…

Hi All, I downloaded the most current updates for the T7 200 and 300. When I choose the repair option I get the following error message " Due to a limitation I am unable to repair this setup. Please uninstall the PMDG 200LR/F (or 300) and then run this installer again. Thank you " Any thoughts? Thanks

Hey All- So I am thoroughly enjoying using the data uplink features of the 777. It was one of those "wow, look at that!" moments that you might get when you discover something profound. However, I have a question.
