Hello everyone, after I purchased and installed the 777-300 expansion, my first 9 hour test flight was messed up during descent. I never experienced this hard-to-describe issue before: -the PFD and EFIS froze, according to the shift-Z line of the sim I continued my descent as set before -FSX was working normally, coulds were moving outside and as mentioned the fsx data shown was still correct. -but the airplane was out of control, none of the buttons I tried to press worked, disengaging the AP and AT did not cause any reaction, the yoke and throttles were frozen as well. -EFIS showed "FMC message" which probably was the usual "END OF ROUTE" because I d…

He there, I have an issue with my PMDG 777-200 & 777-300 When I chose my aircraft Saudia livery or PMDG house livery after 2 sec the aircraft covered with a lot of other textures triangles and squares around my aircraft and some of them inside the cockpit. is there a different between PMDG P3D textures and FSX textures, so why it happen with me like that. Hi, Was doing the SID MEDAM4N from LSGG today and noticed after flying over the first waypoint (D8GVA) that the majenta line started acting weird and turned into an unflyable "rollercoaster" line that doesn't look very good (see 2 images here)... At that point the AP starting becoming crazy trying to chase the GC604 waypoint and I had to resolve making a direct to entry in the FMC to ESAPI to continue the flight. Anyone else noticed some drawing problems on more complex SID and STARS? After the installation in windows 8.1 which was the cause of my problems I decided to installed in windows 7 and now I can't start flying no matter the transaction ID I place the data base rejects the number Please help Thanks

1) A/T sync options for controllers without servos... I am using a Rhino X55 joystick and so, my throttles are far from what a good model of Boeing airliner throttle quadrant should be. I have this limitation when using both FSX and PSX. Well, until recently I decided that "IN HOLD MODE ONLY" was the right option for me, but both during takeoff and during descents, when the A/T system sets the mode to HOLD, I often forget to have my hardware throttle properly synced to it... although I also have enabled the "SHOW THRUST LEVER POS" option. i just brought the 777 and when i go to download it the file says 778mb when it gets to around 60 it then stops the download and opens winwar when i try and install the software it says that something is broken. Can Someone help please because i just spent $89.99 on something that dont work

Hi Folks, I just have found in the SP1 the LNAV problem has been addressed, but for me on p3d v2.5 the 777 is still chasing time to time the LNAV track. When it starts then it goes to an endless oscillation, I would need to select HDG or direct to WPT. Am I missed something or it is still a valid point under p3d? Thanks, Tibor

Hi guys. I'm helping a team over at x-plane.org do a 3D redesign of the cockpit, and I'd like to know the exact fonts and their weights used throughout the cockpit. I understand the font is probably Futura but the Light version appears too thin and the Regular version appears too thick. I also get that the Condensed version was used for the MFD panel left of the MCP, and on all buttons on the MCP. Can I have this info, please? Thanks much.

hi folks i have discused this many many time in this forum. I reinstalled every thing ( inculidin complete reinstallation of windows) a few weeks ago. But the problem seems to be back again, What happens is when flying the final approach if the weather is a little turbulant (relatively minor turbulances ) the auto thrust does not responde quickly to speed changes and the speed drops down to yellow bar which disables the autoland. what is more interesting is that even after that auto trust does nothing to get out of yellow bar. Hi Can someone explain what that dll is used for? I am a programmer and Interfaces is nothing new to me. A interface is something that makes you communicate with something hardware/software or whatever. Eg. In Object Oriented programming (C# or C++) there are Interfaces to classes. But what are the PMDG_Interface.dll used for? If I disable it the T7 seems like it is still working as it should or do I miss something? Is it for some addon hardware....or? I do not use the weather radar. Do not like ASN have it but it have silly clouds and weather an hour old. Prefer Opus. my fsx freezes every few seconds and recovers after installing asn, the duration of the freeze is less than a second in duration,however it affects the simulation, this problem does not occur when asn is not used,so is a problem with asn,after contacting pmdg and asn got no help from them which resolved the issue, the problem continues and i have stopped using asn,wanted to know if anybody here has a similar problem and is there a solution for this. vivek

Hello, Right to the point. After successfully activating the plane, nothing happens. Everything looks black. I've done a clean install of the plane, running the installer as an administrator with antivirus disabled. I've also tried installing the SimmConnect Client installers, but I am not able to find them. I don't even have a folder named "SDK". Thanks in advance, Kind regards.

After switching FSX is getting the message of RAAS professional, Your product is out of date, do you want to update. Once I clicked Yes, I'll state in The FS2Crew Online Store, and in RAAS FAIRGROUND THE PMDG 777: Note: PMDG built into SP1D Their main installer, so you will need to re-download the 777 again to get the latest from PMDG version. I do not know what to do on to UPDATE?

Have been flying PMDG 777 since it came out with no problems, then, (must have changed something) the throttles jump when I start to move them. They jump directly to around 50%. If I pull them back they go to "0". I use the FSX controllers setting and have never had any problem... till now. Would appreciate any help from the community. Jeff Even Rocklin, CA

HI I have found that the ATC doesn't work every now and again. It will work when i first load up the aircraft but not if i change the state of the aircraft to Shot, Long etc or shut the engines down. It is as if my radios are tuned incorrectly yet i don't touch or change the frequency's on them Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Nath

Hello, I download the Paitnkit of the 777-200 and all seems to be fine except there is no thing un the Alpha channel layer. No cabin window! The Paintkit of the 737-700 is ok. The Alpha channel is good. Can you explain me? JJ EMI350

Dear community, I bought the 777 a few days ago, it's an awesome plane! The only thing that annoys me is the lack of a shortcut to the overhead panel etc., like i saw in the 737. I'd like to e.g. SHIFT-6 to get directly to the lower ovhd panel. I tried many things in P3D, but wasn't able to change anything :/ Thx for your help, Fabio de Stefani

I have had the PMDG 777 for around 3 week, but I have a small issue with the aircraft and P3D's default ATC. Whenever ATC gives a traffic alert it leaves out "777". ex: xyz4930 traffic is........ Boeing(insert 777 here). report in sight. Is there any way I can fix this issue? It's a small issue, but it annoys me. Thanks in advance, Andy

Hi, I am doing go arounds with a quite strong headwind (about 25 knots, steady) . I press TOGA and I get THR/TOGA/TOGA, but the flight director pitch bar starts going up and up, aiming I don't know where, but surely much more than 2000 ft/min. This way the airplanes rises the nose too much, the speed decreases and THR REF automatically kicks in, bringing the airplane to climb even at 6000 ft/min and overshooting the go around altitude (3000 ft) even by almost 2000 ft! Ugly! Ugly! This both in manual and A/P mode. The go around flight director pitch and go around altitude need to be tuned, since the flight director doesn't aim at 2000 ft/min but at a much higher value in…
