PMDG 777

I use prepar3d 2.5 Fly with PMDG 737, PMDG 777 and Majestic Q400 (and some other stuff) I use a Saitek yoke and Saitek throttle quadrant. I also use fsuipc to set this up Some strange thing happens. PMDG 737, Q400 and all the other planes are working fine. But when I use the PMDG 777 the Saitek throttle quadrant works fine , but it doesn't respond on the yoke. I reinstalled several times, but nothing works. Only the yoke isn't working and only in the 777. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks Eric

How can I learn to set the correct speed and heights in LEGS pls. Flight from KLAX-25R to KLAS-25R ILS/110.30/258 CRZ ALT FL330 - Is this the right CRZ/ALT, there are mountains on the route!!! - Where can I find the right /speed/height of a route - The route is maked in SIMbrief, routing: JEDDD1 SLI DCT FLYES DCT and placed with CO ROUTE in FMC. - After ACTIVATE/EXEC and removing one discontinuity i have to check and change speed/altitude Is there somewhere a video example to learn how to set this, and to solve FMC warnings

Hey fellow pilots. I just installed my 777 in FSX Steam addition and I am trying to update the default AIRAC cycle. I use Navigraph FMS Manager and in the addon mapping I use the PMDG Products all and set the directory to my steamapps/common/fsx/ However, When I install the AIRAC my 777 FMS is still using the old Cycle. I noticed that the following directory is being created on the steam edition while it is not on the boxed edition: <FMCWP> and in it I have the correct cycle. Any idea how to solve this? Currently on a long flight from EGKK to VTBS and the Cabin Altitude Waning Light has come on with the continual buzzing sound.In addition the Oxygen has also been activated. Can anyone let me know how I can correct this situation. Many thanks in anticipation. Michael

During the perfect practice ILS landing with a 777-200/LR/F from KLAX 07R to Bop Hope KBUR 08 ILS 109.50/079 suddenly just before landing an alarm sound, plus warning in the CDU, it may be that a 777 here may not land because he is too big? CDU warnings, AUTOPILOT DISK, AUTOTHROTTLE DISK and NO AUTOLAND I'd still like to know just what is the reason for the alarm.

I have just installed the 777-300ER after 777-200 installed ,but no place to input the key,so when I choose the aircraft,the screen is black and no gear! But the 777-200 is well done! When I first time to choosed the 777-200,a window appear to let me input the key,after input it,all the thing is well done! So I want to know how to slove this problem for 777-300er! Thanks. Hey dear virtual pilots! I see some new update available for 777 LRF FSX that can be downloaded from customer account and installed. Why developers do not give instruction how to install it? When installation is started an user can remove previous installation or repair it. What is correct? And what about licence if previous installation is removed? There is no notes about it )

Hi. Following much joy with the 737NGX, i have just purchased 777 package and all installed and registered Ok. I have just tried to carry out the Tutorial 1 flight, but have encountered a problem. When I load up as instructed at VRMM, after the 20sec initialisation, the mouse cursor will not allow me to activate any buttons or the yoke, just stays as arrow and does not go to hand symbol when hovering on buttons, so I can't operate any switches etc. If I load up at a different airport (EGKK, EGLL, EGSS) everything works fine. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help cheers

I downloaded the latest installer for FSX Steam, but every time after it installs, I'm missing the landing gear, and no fan blade.

hello guys, since i am new to the forum and also to the pmdg community i may be asking a silly question which just cannot get out of my mind since im about to buy the pmdg 777. i use pmdg 747 for fs9 and just recently matered its fmc and will soon be converting to fsx. so what i had in my mind was that whether the fmc programming on the 777 is broadly similar to the 747 or completely diffenrent in all aspects.

Hello I recently upgraded Prepar3D from 2.4 to 2.5. I had some issues with the install that necessitated uninstalling 2.4 and re-installing 2.5. Once I was satisfied that it was working properly, I installed the PMDG 772. My current issues: 1. Upon initial loading of 777, everything appears to be ok. However, I'm getting some errors with joystick assignments. Tonight, Throttle #2 advanced itself to the midway position. I could only bring it back to idle by using the mouse. I triple checked everything in FSUIPC and the assignments and calibrations are correct. Everything works fine with the default Iris F22. 2. The biggest issue - if I reload the 777 or it is a…

I run windows7 and I use simbrief as my flight planner. I download the flightplan and try to save it in fsx/pmdg/flighplans/777. and it tells me I don't have admin rights to save a file here. What do I need to do to get admin rights to save a flight plan here. I am logged in as administrator

Hi all, I am currently experiencing an issue where the gauges on the 777 will not load after the sim has loaded. The activation for both the 77L and the 77W went successfully without any problems. As noted above this is about my brand of OOM (depleted VAS) issues that I've seen recently. I stress this because as we all know FSX's VAS challenges can be personal as hairstyles (in my case, no hair, as dictated by nature). I sit to build P3D up again after upgrading my computer. Installation of PMDG B777 seems to go perfectly normal. After completing installation I take a restart of the computer, and start P3D and select PMDG B777, now one might usually be instructed to enter producktkey to activate the product, but that not happend. Have taken three installations, and downloaded it again from my account pages. Some proposed solution? I use the latest edition of P3D v2.5

Does anyone here who uses ezdok have a problem with the view moving by itself. I've noticed on a flight this morning on my preset views when there is a change in speed/directions the camera moves from its position and I have to go into edit mode and reposition it. Hi, I set the service based failure rate to x10 and must say that I am not disappointed regarding the number of failures I get. However I have noticed that almost every flight I get HPSOV valve failure on engines. Counting the fact that the rate is x10 and my average flight durations are approx 8h, it means that failures would occur every 80h or so. Does that kind of failure occur so often on the real aircraft? Do the HPSOV valves so weak or is it a normal wear rate?

My dedicated FS machine has recently been updated with FSX:SE. I have both the boxed version and steam versions installed. Setting up SE to the identical configuration as the boxed version went smoothly. Loading the NGX showed a slight performance improvement in SE. I always run a liquid 30FPS under NVidia Vsync, and I now do that with both versions. However, to my absolute surprise, when I loaded the 777, the SE version frame rates are all over the place .. 18 to 90 .. unflyable. I went back to the boxed version and found the 777 to be just as I remember, a constant 30 FPS (and I'm talking level-d smooth). I am in no way new to this, and I have tinkered with every HW…
