Since the A330 is a while away, I would really like to try my luck with the T7-300 on the KJFK-OJAI route. Hi all I am hoping to release this repaint of the SAA 77W tomorrow (or maybe later tonight) - over 350 downloads of my -200LR so hope you enjoy the -300ER. Some changes - I am including a Boeing seat map depicting my layout using the SAA products. This explains what the window blanks etc are. Hi guys, I connect PFPX with ASN and regularly update and cross check remaining fuel against the flight plan. In the year or so since the 777 has been out, I have never seen the 300er close to predicted fuel left. It's always underburned over the course of a flight with a gradual scale in the cruise. For example a flight I've just done took off with 200kg more fuel than predicted 3 hours in ; 1.5tonnes 6hours 2.5 tonnes. Can anyone look into this for me and see if they're getting the same results in the 300er? (Please use accurate weather such as ASN) Alex

Recently I was trying to add some FSUICP axis assignments to my Saitek Throttle Quadrants, the idea being that as I move across my fleet of addons, it is sometimes useful to have 2 engine throttles and 1 spoiler (777, 737NGX, Maddog, A320 etc) and at other times it is more useful to have other assignments (ie, 1 throttle, 1 mixture and 1 prop rpm for A2A C182, 2 throttles and 1 axis running both prop RPM's for the Q400, 3 throttles for MD11, etc) and found that you could assign "Aircraft specific" profiles through FSUICP. So I assigned the settings I wanted for my DH8D, worked perfect. P28A Cherokee, perfect. C172, C182, MD11 all working perfect. Now by using the …

Some of my software (in particular FSIPanel) needs FSUIPC, so I eventually decided to follow the “all FSUIPC” approach with my CH FlightSim Yoke and CH Pro Pedals – un-checking the “Enable Controller” box in FS Controls and instead relying on FSUIPC for all axis assignments, buttons, etc. This arrangement works fine for all my aircraft, including the PMDG 737NGX, but NOT for the PMDG 777. And on the 777, it’s ONLY the yoke that does not respond - specifically the aerilons and elevators. The rudder pedals work, and so do the button assignments on the yoke itself. Windows recognizes the yoke – if I go into FSUIPC from the 777 cockpit, all yoke movements are detected.…

When I run the installer for the base package for FSX SE, it says repair or remove, shall I just select the repair hoping it will do a fresh install to the FSX SE location?

im trying to start engines after a full shutdown for a 2nd leg of flight , and the engines wont start spooling, i have ecis alert saying hyd pres dem c1 and c2, what am i doing wrong, im using fs2crew also, please help this is getting very aggraivating, i would like to go on to my next airport with out have to renter the game with the fs2crew i ask the FO to start engine 2 and she says oil pressure but nothing happens on the lower cdu...all checklists up till then have been complated so i dont understand what she or myself are missing

Hi folks I don't know if this has been discused here before (i ve made a search and found nothing) but here is a strange problem i ve been having since the latest updates of the t7. The problem is, i m getting the 1000 callout when my radio altimeters says i'm about 1200 feet above ground some times even higher. i have a clean fsx without much addons excepts the ones that bring the reality to it like pfpx or asn or topcat etc. So no global scenery what so ever. (a few free airports but the problem is happening even when flying to default airports ) I have other callouts working fine only the 1000ft alert and it only heppens with the 777-300er/200lr Not with the …

Hello. I am a new user of the pmdg 777. 1. The installation was too long, now how can I know that I have installed the latest version sp 1 d? 2. The description of the buttons are not sharp, How can I fix it. In the pictures and videos I can see many details on the cockpit buttons. 3. When I started a flight pressed the dep button on the FMC and I've got that there is no runways in the database. How can I fix it? Thank you.

Today half way across the Atlantic my Heading Window just keeps going 0 to 360 continually and i do not know what is causing this and consequently on my CDU display the red dotted line just keeps going round and round.I am able to fly the aircraft OK with VNAV and LNAV enabled but the problem will be if ATC decided to vector me into my destination airport. I am wondering whether anyone may know what could be causing this and what the solution may be. Many thanks in anticipation. Michael

Hi I have just purchased and installed PMDG 777-200LR but frustratingly the cockpit does not appear even though the actual aircraft does I dont know if this is the problem but i get a message stating I have to run FSX under administrator not sure how? Hello, I am experiencing on a random basis an issue with the T7 which I had never had before: during a turn, although there is a bank angle the aircraft doesn't turn, i.e. the heading remains unchanged, then all of a sudden it starts moving to the new heading but rather than in a smooth way she turns via a series of jerky steps. It is not a problem of FPS drop, as the FPS remain stable during the turn. It happens absolutely randomly and not on every flight, and I don't have any clue on what can trigger it. Hi Guys, I just downloaded and installed the PMDG 777 and I would have really liked to order some of the excellent hard copy documents which they sell for that aircraft. Unfortunately the shipping costs from USA to UK are well above what I can afford. I'm new to this forum so bare with me. i have loaded PMDG 777,(Emirates), at Gate 317 at Heathrow London. Plane is completely dead, and moving my mouse over the controls has no effect. It just stays as a mouse pointer! Is there a log created anywhere that could help me as to what is happening. I've tried a different aircraft and get the same result. I am trying to see if I have a yoke problem or it is just the way the 777 works. When I am getting low on an approach and very slow (I know bad pilot Pauly), if I pull back the yoke to climb, the elevators go only a fraction past neutral (per the flight control display). It is not until I gain speed will it give me full motion. Similarly, sometimes I go into a steep climb and I am jamming the yoke forward to level off, but I don't get any input past neutral for 10-15 seconds (thus I am 3 - 5000 feet above what I want -It was similar of the recent A320 accident where the pilot suddenly climbed at 60000 ft/min then stalled). Hi everyone, Using the PMDG 777 with ActiveSkyNext, PFPX and FSinn, I find my flightplan messed up after using one of the uplink features of the FMC. This is what happens: I usually prefile the flightplan through the VATSIM prefile webpage (which is why the route shows as EGLLEHAM01 in the image) but if I file the saved flightplan manually through FSinn, the same happens. Immideately after connecting to VATSIM, everything looks fine. After inputting the route and using the WIND UPLINK features of the FMC (or even the ALTN airport uplink, for that matter) the route immideately gets distorted. Hello. I have FSX box and Steam edition (PMDG 777, EzCA1.8, REX and so on). The below problems are occurred on my two types of FSXs. 1. The FMC is not changed in to step prompt on PLN mode. 2. I usually use one FMC on Undock Window. However, one of the undock windows presents the main panel. Therefor, I use the fine FMC of two fmc and hide the bad FMC under the fine FMC. Thank you.

I know there are a lot of VAS topics started in the forum about the T7 but it was in my interest to start a fresh one because the others are not FULLY quite my question/comments B) I am currently at CRZ (FL360) after leaving a default airport (Perth) with normal autogen and normal complexity..I only have FTX Global Base 1.3 installed and all my Vector entries are unchecked in my scenery library a long with all airports except the one I am flying into (as always when flying the T7). I have two desktop computers. One is for FSX. The other for IE, Excel, Word, Mail, etc. Both have FSX installed. I installed the base 777LR/F on the second computer today. It looks like the final step in this process is entering the Activation Code. My question is this. If I enter the code for this installation will it mess up 777 base on the computer that I use for FSX? In other words, can the same activation code be used at the same time on both computers?
