PMDG 777

It was an amazing feeling to be at FlyTampa's Toronto Pearson and do the full cockpit preparation at gate 139 with AI all around me and dense autogen, taxi to 23, and depart to the west to FSDT's Vancouver, land, taxi to the gate, shutdown, and unload with GSX. All with no OOM and no warning beeps from FSUIPC. It's a dream come true. The ACA 33 CYYZ-CYVR-YSSY and the reverse ACA 34 are personal favorites of mine because of the older JustPlanes DVD.

Dear Sirs: I purchased a FSX version of 777 Base Pack and am now using the recently made available Prepar3d V4. My question is am I entitled to have the update to P3D V4 at no cost ? Thanks

Just tried installing the latest 777-200 to both P3D v3 and P3D v4. Installed to both at the same time, and now I have problems with both sims. P3Dv4 starts up okay, but then all I see in the Vehicle window is a blank screen. I can see all the aircraft, including PMDG 777-200 listed, but selecting any aircraft just shows that same blank screen in the Vehicle window. Starting the scenario, loads very quickly, obviously not loading any aircraft, or even scenery. Everything was fine before installing the 777-200. P3Dv3 seemed to crash before even getting to the startup screen. I uninstalled in both sims, and now P3Dv3 starts up okay, but P3Dv4 still shows a bl…

Hi, I am not happy because when the 777 came out for P3D v4 today i was going to download the latest installer, so i did, there was one problem is that it would not let me install to P3D V4. I think that this is because i had bought it through the Aerosoft website. When i bought the 747 off the Pmdg website i could download the installer and run it for P3D V4. Is there anyway that this could be helped? Thanks, Hugo

yes pmdg, i requested key resets 2 weeks ago, after a rocky start in the ticket system my problem i was told was resolved.I downloaded my pmdg 777-200 for p3d v4 and it still says activation has been exceeded. i haven't touched the activation since requesting it in my ticket. my name, order numbers and email are all fixed according to the pmdg guidelines. thank you.Ticket: 30B-20B5FD21-0413

My PC Spec Windows 10 Pro K 64bit [email protected] Samsung DDR4 16GB x2 Nvidia Geforce GTX970 Gigabyte G1 Gaming 4GB P3D on Intel 730 Series 480GB SSD set affinity mask to 255(This is only tweak in my p3d.cfg) I Have a Short test at RKSI. Any weather Condition(Heavy snow, Major Thunderstorm, etc...) with AS16+ASCA, 777 keep up to 50fps in cockpit. In Clear Condition, 60fps is cockpit, external, everywhere. On same settings, PMDG 747 have 30~50fps in cockpit at clear condition. Moving my 777 on RJTT for frame test. 35~45fps in Major Thunderstorm Condition. I think PMDG with Prepar3d V4 is very good at both :)

I have downloaded the 777 but when I try to install it I get the following message Installation cannot continue. Your registry does not show a valid Prepar3D(tm)) installation location. I installed the 747 OK so can you please help? Thank you Kind regards Richard

Hello everybody ! I would like to change the seat configuration in the 777. For example: In the normal seating configuration, the 777 has 8 seats in the first class, 42 seats in the business class and 304 seats in the economy class. I would like to have 16 places in the first, 46 places in the business and 286 places in the economy class. Can I change this? If yes, where ? I would appreciate a short answer very much.

Evening all, Just purchased the 777 and am trying to get the winds set up ... I have created a flight plan in PFPX and saved it to the relevant folders... Now I go in to the PMDG WX folder to create a new notepad file to paste the wind data in for my route. However I am unable to do this. When I right click and click 'new' I can only create a new folder with admin rights. I have right clicked the entire pmdg folder and according to it I have all the correct permissions to read and edit files and folders. The WX readme file I can copy and paste in the WX folder but I can't edit it and save it. Why is this? Any help is greatly …

Hello, I bought the PMDG 777 Base package like one year ago. Everything was fine but last Saturday I formatted my computer (not before uninstalling every simulator and add-on) and when I reinstalled it the problem came: I think it could be that I opened the PMDG Operations Center before opening the simulator to register the installation but the problem is that I can't download the 5.1 sound package... I searched in many forums for a possible solution but no one got the same problem as me. Hi, Is it normal that immediately with switching ON a Flight Director (either left or right) the FMA displays TOGA in the pitch and roll mode? I never noticed it before and maybe after I installed a new joystick, something is not quite right with the key assignments. The key assignment in FSX-SE is: "CTRL + SHIFT + G", which I assigned a button on the throttle control (Saitek X52 Pro). However, in FSX also the next line: "V" is programmed and has the same joystick key assigned. I usually used TOGAthe following way: takeoff roll, engines stabilized at 50%, engage TOGA, full throttle. Thanks for help

Hello to all Pilots .... I have installed 737NGX, 737-600/700 NGX, 747 V3 and 777, 777-300R. All working fine in Windows 10 64Bit. PMDG Operations Center completed all updates and every time I check versions, all of them showed Version Information in green color line and a message: Your product is up to date!. After a few days I checked those version information again and now started an issue. Instead as Version Information in green now it is in grey with a message: Unable to determine the most recent version! This issue sometimes goes away and it gets back to normal, green color. Hi all, So here's my problem. Upon saving a flight using the ; key, when I go to resume the flight no gauges, switches and knobs are unavailable. I'm using Radar Contact for ATC. All 777 panel state files are where they belong and FS and RC files are where they belong. As per SOP I load FSX with the trike, then I load the aircraft I'm using at departure airport and gate. Park aircraft at a gate, then load the following ASN,Avialasoft EFB and then FSX Booster Live. Load flight from RC's Rcd option. Then the above mentioned problem occurs. And yes I've searched forums but haven't found a workable solution. Thanks in advance

Earlier tonight we pushed out a new update to the OC, version 1.6.1. This version uses a new updating system that we believe will solve most of the remaining crash problems. They were nearly all resulting from mismatches in the file versions - people had a 777 module from version 1.4 or 1.5 but the rest of the OC was from 1.6 etc. If you're still having problems after updating to 1.6, please send us both the OpsCenterUpdater.log and PMDG Operations Center.log files from your C:\Users\<Your User Name>\AppData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center folder. Hello everyone, i recently conducted a flight between Hong Kong and New Delhi. I use PFPX for flight planning and at the boundary between China and Myanmar i had to change my flight level from FL361 to FL360. So what i did was to simply put /FL360 at the waypoint LINSO (which is the first waypoint for Myanmar airspace). The FMC accepted it and i thought everything is fine. However, it seems now that my aircraft believes i am already in the decend phase. The VNAV page of the FMC states "ACT LIM SPD DES" instead of the usual CRZ page. What did i do wrong? What was i supposed to do instead of what i have just described above? Thanks for any help! …

Before I ask this question, I've done the research, read the forums and still have a problem with the FS2Crew SDK error for the PMDG 777. I can't find the file 777X_Options.ini that is located in the PMDG\PMDG 777X file to add "SDK and EnableDataBroadcast=1". I have: >Aircraft >Manuels >Panel State >SDK (when I open this file there is no 777X_Options.ini)

I realise this question has probably been asked before. So I'm going to ask it again, with Preface. I upgraded to P3Dv3.4 so I could buy the PMDG 747II v3 for it and there has been a kind of 747 400 fest around here, since. The new version of P3D seems to ignore the possibility for running earlier versions (and I've got 'em all) so the 777 series for me is kaput (read reports of incompatibility) until there is an upgrade to the 777 series. What will PMDG's policy be in implementing this upgrade or, are there any compatibility issues and can I install and activate just like before. with the 777 in this new platform? Jon Shearer

I have looked through the forums and help section at PMDG but haven't seen a solution to this particular problem. Since a complete system rebuild (painful!) I have been re-installing everything slowly. I currently use both fsx classic (for video production) and P3D. I have licences for the 777 (both variants) in both simulators, as well as the same for the 737. Hi, After installing my 777 in a fresh PC install, I'm having the followings problem: some parts of the VC are invisible (landing gear lever, backlight knobs, throttles top). The clickspots are present and working, it seems the texture is invisible. Image 1, 2 and 3. Any help would be apreciated. Regards. EDIT: No sound from VC, only from external view.... It was a problem from my speaker...
