Was working a 77-300 departure today and a pilot told me the 300 has wing issues at Altitude that it can't fly high altitudes until fuel load is burned down. I didn't low this and thought with the GE90 engines that this thing was a power house but he said power isn't the issue its the wing... Any real 300 pilots care to alleviate?

Hello I want to know if the TSP was simulated in the PMDG 777. Does only the 777-300ER have it or also the other versions? I`m not 100% sure, but I red that the TSP has also a callout which should be like "TAIL TOO LOW". I heard that only one time in a helicopter GPWS.

Hi A question to any of the developers/beta testers of the PMDG 777. Will the functioning of the parking brakes in this addon mirror that of the real aircraft? My meaning is that in the actual 777, the parking brakes are applied by the pilots first applying toe brake pressure and then pulling up the parking brake lever to 'set' them to park. Will it also properly simulate the release of the brakes and have annimated toe brakes in the virtual cockpit? Great work on this addon btw, it looks awsome already and I can't wait to fly it! Regards Andrew Harrison

Sorry about the double post i have a error while creating this topic. I would like to suggest a idea for the EFB. Yea am no one but i hope that this can be taken in as a consideration. PFPX is like topcat or fsbuild (you guys should know that) Since there is already a performance tool, why not put the data converted from PFPX (for a example). Inside EFB, I remember sawing some of the image by PFPX there is routes, weather, alt dest.... all that can be imported to the EFB by creating a file that the EFB read. When we are at the gate, the PFPX sent the info to the EFB we can view it in the cockpit instead of having a ipad or using ALT TAB. Look through all the route…

Guys, One of the features that really impresses me with this aircraft is a feature in FSX that I have never seen before. It means you can SAFELY do a longhaul in a little over an hour! seriously! Yes, we have all used time acceleration, only to regret it as the whole sim goes pear shaped! The 777 has an intelligent, auto acceleration feature built in, should you wish to speed up your flight! Right clicking the CHR button on the clock by default engages a new automatic time compression mode that PMDG have developed. This mode intelligently accelerates time along the straight line segments of the route up to a maximum level that can be set in the SIMULATION opti…

I know in the past PMDG aircraft haven't exaclty played nice with turbulence in FSX (the "S" turn issue). I am wondering if this has been resolved for the T7 or is there a work around that I am not aware of to make it play nice?

Greetings all, For all of you Odd Couple fans, here's something you might remember. It's from the episode "The pen is mightier than the pencil", where Felix recites really bad poetry. What does this have to do with our favorite upcoming plane? Listen and you will know. http://www.oddcouple.info/sounds/skyscraper.mp3

Now that we have many test pilots flying the T7, I hope someone has assigned some of their push buttons via FSUIPC to control this baby. I would love to hear details about how you have set up your controllers and cockpits for the 777.

Given the extremely long legs on a B777, it's hard for me to imagine most simmers taking on a 15+ hour flight in real time. For many add-ons, accelerated flight is a nice-to-have...seems that with this type of aircraft it's a must-have. I do note that the NGX is rock stable in 4x and 8x accelerated flight--not sure if that's by design or just a happy accident. Is stable accelerated flight a PMDG design criteria for the 777? Regards

Hi, Are the add-on liveries going to be released for download before the release of this plane to take the strain of the servers at launch? Sorry if this has been raised already but I'm new to the forum and expect the godly (unemployed?) frequent posters will shoot me down if it has! Cheers, David

"...But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Robert..." However, since any ol' fool can predict the weather... I predict the following METAR at KPAE when our "beloved" releases: KPAE 130003Z 07007KT 7SM CLR 21/14 A2992 RMK CONS RSR IN VCTY

Now, I understand most of people here are here specifically because they are interested in the 777, and they want to buy the plane after release. I am interested though - have you always felt that way? Or did you make your mind up during the recent weeks, or based on beta impressions? Or maybe you are not going to buy the 777, but you follow up with the development for whatever other reason? Personally I was in the last group until the beta impressions started pouring in. I am not particularly fond of the 777, even less so the 77L (more of a 77W and 77E fan, solely on some-of-airlines-I-like-have-them basis), and I thought I will probably pass the 777 and wait…
