Hello, In anticipation to what is to be the release of the year, i was wondering. I wondered whether any of the Beta testers had experienced any vortices with the 777? I also miss these with the 737NGX, thats why i ask. I look forward to hear from you!

Honestly I have been almost exclusively flying the NGX since its release. Most other aircraft just didn't cut it anymore because PMDG raised the bar so high. I have done the odd flight with the Queen or the VRS FA-18E. As the T7 release day approaches I am beginning to worry that the HGS has spoiled me. All my landings are done with the HGS and now I am beginning to worry that my landings are going to need a lot of practice. LOL. The problems of the simmer, heh. Anyway what are your thoughts? Are you worried that your flying skills have degraded because of the HGS?

An appreciation thread for the hard working team at PMDG including the beta testers. Tabs, Capt. RSR, Luke and Kyle are the only ones I know to be working on the project. I know I've missed a bunch, but you are all amazing and talented people in our little hobby. Congrats to you and THANK YOU. I'm going on vacation for a bit and will probably miss the release so I wanted to get my thoughts out here before the onslaught of post release madness. If you have a story to share about a dev/beta member fire away. :im Not Worthy:

Hi everyone, As above mentioned, this question is to the beta testers. Have you tried using the T7 and FsPassenger X ? I remember when the NGX was released, we had to find the way for FsPax and NGX to work together (as a reminder: fuel needed and 0 payload in the NGX and Pax + freight in FSPax, then back to the init page of the NGX .) Any feedback about this would be welcome for the community I guess, as FSPax was still in the Top 5 best sellers in the main add-ons selling website. Cheers !

Hi , I just saw the air canada dvd from Toronto to Narita and there was a position report feature included in the ecl so they could upload all the info to dispatch or ATC. Could something like this this being implemented in a future service pack wich makes a file and exports it to google earth or something with all the information , fuel , flightlevel , time , speed etc , so that the flight will be visible in google earth , something like what the aerosoft airbus is having . Best regards , Gérard

Does anybody know if the you will need to have a working mouse scroll in order to fly the aircraft. E.g the Aerosoft Airbus X needs one so you can adjust things like heading, altitude and speed.

Hi I stumbled upon this. Did not realize it was a feature of the T7. Curious to know if it is implemented in the PMDG example ^_^

Hi. Similar to all others I am also waiting for T7. Can anyone from beta testers come with above requested procedures? And also use of moving aileron towards crosswind and its compensating rudder deflection in opposite direction inorder to prevent S turn on runway. I mean how and when at what reference we have to start doing it? If I asked more then I'm really sorry and if it is already discussed and shown u can give me the link. Thank you.

Hello fellow captains, I notice on the beta videos on YouTube, V2 is set to V2+ 10 but on the air Canada world air routes DVD CYVR-YSSY( my home airport) it is set to V2 on the MCP. I take it the flight director will fly V2+10 on takeoff? Ashley Allen

Boeing Source Material This question may answer the following questions. Are you downloading the 777 PDF manuals from My Boeing Fleet and adding a PMDG watermark or is Boeing supplying you the documents in another format like Framemaker? Just curious as to what flexibility Boeing is giving you to modify the documentation if at all. QRH Functionality Will the 777 QRH come with bookmarks or will it be in a similar format as the NGX QRH? When I fly the NGX, I have FSX running on one monitor and the QRH on my second monitor. If I encounter an emergency or abnormal condition, It would be nice to be able to click on the bookmark / hyperlink from the Quick Action Index o…
