PMDG 777

Hey folks, Let me start and say that i love this aircraft! i have one problem though that i am pretty sure has started very recently. when running the ECL when moving the mouse above the checklist screen the mouse moving very slow and stutters. any help?

Having an issue in the vnav decent it doesnt keep up with the decent. The speed stays at 250ish or whatever the cruise is instead of going to 280 which is what is programed in the fmc. Am i doing something wrong or could this be a bug issue? Thanks Tyson

hello everyone, I have a 5.1 setup on my system and i have noticed that ever since i bought the 777, there have been no sounds coming from the rear speakers at all, in the 737NGX i usual hear some sounds from the engines from the rear speakers but with the 777 they are absolutely quiet. I have checked that the correct speaker configuration is set in the PMDG options, and i did a test on my speakers and they are set to 5.1 and work fine. So i am wondering whats going on, just throwing this out there to see if anyone else notices this or maybe its just my system.

I have been having some nagging issues with FSX for a while and decided to do a full re install of fsx. I just re-installed the 777 into FSX and noticed that unlike when i first installed it a few days ago, i did not have to enter the license key when i first selected the aircraft within FSX. Is this how its supposed to be? The plane works fine from what i can tell, just want to make sure something isnt wrong and im flying an unregistered version somehow. Thanks Adam

Hi, I've had to disable autosave in FSUIPC as it takes around 5 - 10 seconds to do the save. I first set autosave to 120seconds, but to have the sim freeze for 5 - 10 seconds every two minutes is just not going to fly with me. Has anyone managed to get better results than a long pause, or is it just one of those things well have to put up with? Rynardt

Hello, this tool can save the ASE2012 Weather from clipboard if copied like in PMDG-Tutorial-Videos. Extract the WXtoPMDG.exe into PMDG/WX folder. Than add a link to it to your desktop. After copy the ASE2012 weather to clipboard, start WXtoPMDG. The Departure and Destination ICAOs are shown. You can save it. That´s all. Attention, this tool needs VB6 runtime dll. It shoud be on your computer if you use FSInn. hi guys Im having some trouble using ground operations. I read the ground operations in the PDF and it says on the custom mode you can use the scratch pad to enter turn time etc. Well I cant put number in turn time. I get that error message. Does anyone know how to put numbers in the turn time? Thanks

So I flew my first night flight and noticed my logo lights not working. Anyone has an idea if this is included in a future fix?

Hii al, Strange question, since i got the pmdg 777 and i want to fly, my second screen resolution change. Due to that i also can't fly ivao, and set a fmc on that screen. Someone got a solution?

Dear All, did any of you experience, that when disengaging the A/P it is not possible to mute the masterwarning beep sound? I can push the red blinking master warning button, but only the red alert disappears, the beep does not stop. Ít is very annoying, that I need to hear the very noisy beep-beep during the whole approach. thank you in advance for your help. Peter

Hello folks, I am using RAAS from fs2crew, is see there's option for RAAS with pmdg, it was enabled today but i couldn't hear it. should i install RAAS from fs2crew in order to hear it? or should i hear both? thanks!

I was wondering where are the different unpainted airline livery's that were shown on PMDG's face book page a few months back. I wanted to do a couple of flights from PAE to PDX? B)

I apologize if this was already discussed and I didn't see anything in the manual about it, but would it be possible to add a click-spot somewhere around the PFD/ND that'll bring up the 2D CDU? Perhaps next to the click-spot for the MCP?

Just checking if there is a known issue or just my T7.......the "caution and warning" light in front of the pilot and copilot on the glareshield will not extinguish the caution light. Once the caution light comes on I can get it to stop, even after press the button.

I noticed this issue on first touchdown, but i checked it only today - on touchdown nosewheel sound is heard to early. I can make a video of this, but i don't think it's needed - it can be checked very easy. I did this way - paused FSX on landing immediately after i heard nosewheel touchdown sound. Hello folks, I hope this isn't annoying anyone putting this in the forum but I took my PMDG 777 for a quick test flight today EGLL-EGFF and I just want to say you chaps are simply fantastic. As far as I'm concerned, i now have a real 737 and a real 777 parked in my computer. The realism is staggering, it looks wonderful, it behaves like the real aircraft - everything in the real 777 FCOM seems to be simulated (the fly-by-wire simulation is just superb). I said this after I bought the 737 and will say it again: PMDG are numero uno and they make simulation products the way they are supposed to be - true to life. Sorry for starting another mouse issue thread: if I load a saved flight (i.e. the tutorial flight), buttons and switches cannot be operated by mouse (no mouse hand, only mouse arrow). On the contrary, if I load the T7 from the default flight (using the standard trike) and therafter go to the departure airport, mouse function is fine. I am running the latest version of FSUIPC.
