Hey all, i bought this Beauty but at the Moment i would likely throwing it away. 1. ) Starting a flight - e.g. from CYUL to SLSU - from preparing up to taxiing to HP RWY no problems occure by loaded panel state cold and dark. LNAV & VNAV | both FD & AT armed - Keystroke for TOGA asigned. By pressing Keytroke for TOGA nothing happens - Levers and thrust do not raise 2. ) -> restart pc Same Situation as 1.) Hi! Is there someone who can tell me if it´s possible for a pilot to operate the 777-200LR and the 777-300ER with the same typerating? I´m asking because i wanna buy the 777-300ER from PMDG, after release, and i´m asking myself if it´s possible for a real pilot to fly the 777-200LR (or ER) on a Monday, and the 777-300ER on Tuesday, for example.

When I go to tweak the aircraft settings, specifically under the "failures" Tab in the FMC, the display shows "N6066 Aircraft" although the registration is C-FNNH (the Air Canada livery from the downloader). Does anyone else have mismatching FMC registration and aircraft registration?

Hi! First of all: This aircraft is the best addon aircraft EVER!!!! I LOVE THIS AIRCRAFT.... even the fact that my frames are a little bit lower than in the ngx is not really bad for me (maybe PMDG will find a way to fix the mousebug!). Okay, is there someone who can give me a downloadlink to a very good fuel planner for my -200LR? I need a good planner because i want to do a longhaul flight and i want a realistic fuel quantity etc.

Hi all, So I'm flying my 777 on it's longest flight so far, Geneva LSGG to Hong Kong VHHX, everything has been working fine, even the cruise time compression! and I noticed as the plane entered the decent the time compression was still activated, the plane enters a turn and poof! Both screens freeze up! In-fact the whole PC froze up. I was running fsx in full window mode using two screens, one showing the VC and the other the external view, as I always do. I had REX working and the Avlasoft EFB data provider, the display for the EFB is shown on a laptop. I had TrackIR running but on standby and was flying into FlyTampa's Kai Tak, and I have GEX for that area too. …

hello everyone i noticed twice that when i set the auto time compression in the 777 fmc above x4 lets say x8 after 1 or 2 minutes it jumps to 128x and sometimes the aircraft starts to act crazy, is this fsx limitation or what? thank you

In my opinion this topic can be very helpful to improve ourselves with reading the others writings.Please close this topic if there is a similar topic. During take-off I take thrust levers to 50 percent and I use TOGA at the mcp. After take-off I engage A/P at 400,pull up the flaps with watching speed and close landing light after takeoff. At 10000 I close runway turnoffs. Before 30 nm from top of descent I use my descent page in ECL to prepare. I turn-on the runway turnoffs at 10000. I use 15 flaps at 10nm from runway and 20 flaps and gear at 7nm from runway. I disengage A/P at 600AGL leave the auto throttle on. I disengage auto throttle at 50AGL and flare. I us…

I programmed in (pre-flight) a planned cruise altitude of FL370. After reaching cruise altitude, the plane went higher, to FL410, and the altitudes for all the waypoints in the FMC flightplan were changed from FL370 to FL410. When I tried to change it back to FL370 in the FMC (during the flight), I was not permitted to do so unless I manually changed the altidue for each waypoint in the FMC. Is this a "bug" or a "feature"? I can see ATC getting all sideways after telling me to climb and maintain my flight plan cruise altitude and my plane decides to go above that (?) How can I prevent the plane from climbing HIGHER than CRUISE in the FMC without pilot asking…

Hi all bit of a query regarding the default pilots view position ,I do have opus installed but have not set anything up as yet When I start up my T7 and go into flightdeck the position is very slightly to the left of centre is there a way using the fsx default views or in the pmdg setup to move the seat to the correct position with the view position more towards the right so your looking out the centre of the window as opposed to slightly to the left thanks

Hi, I cannot see the RAAS warning indications on the ND (e.g. "SHORT RUNWAY" or "ON TAXIWAY") although I am able to hear the corresponding aural warning. Does anyone experience the same problem? I already contacted Bryan York from FS2Crew but unfortunatly he was not able to provide a solution. Thanks in advance

Hi, I have a small problem with my 777, when I save a flight after landing and load it up again ADIRU is not aligned and my FSX seemed to crashed few times shortly after loading up saved flight. This only happens while the aircraft stands on the ground, in flight the problem seems to not exist. Any ideas? Thanks, Adam

Not sure about how much you can derate your takeoffs? I made an excel calculator to help. With the release of PFPX I find no need to make a Dispatch sheet like the one I made for the NGX. But PFPX/TOPCAT can't do takeoff performce calculations at the moment. Until a profile for the 777 is ready, you can use this file to calculate what derate to use. Calculations are based on FCOMv1. Hey guys, these days I`ve made couple of flights on this bird. It is cool but I`ve noticed some bugs. 1. I can`t hear altitude callouts. I tripple checked it in options in FMC and tried to turn off/on and still I can`t hear it. 2. On upper ctr display, when you click on ENG button twice, it is supposed to show eng indications like N2, FF, oil press etc. but it doesn`t. When I click it once, it shows me indications on lower display, when I click it for the second time, it disappears. What am I doing wrong? Any ideas, any help?

Hy guys, another problem with this Beauty. Sorry for doubleposing it probably - but i did not found any other Ticket for that issue. Choosing an own prepared Panel State i do have a caution warning which could not be removed. Preparing the bird till engine start all is clear, but after engine start i do have a caution warning with no seeable informations given be pressing recall or looking for any fmc Messages. No failures given in OH Panel or anything else. Is that issue known by PMDG? thx for any advise.

I noticed a few days ago that during the day, my strobes and landing lights are illuminating the ground and aircraft during the day. Any idea what's going on? Maybe it started a after a livery update, but other than that, I haven't changed anything.

Hi, I was taking a trip from HongKong to Tokyo (VHHH-RJTT( and about 2.5 - three hours in the flight i was getting these artifacts with very very bad scrambled textures. Same thing happened after 3 hours during a EGLL-OMDB. The strange thing is that it´s occurring over water in FL390 were the "load" is pretty much low. I dont see this in heavy scenery (for now). Might be overclocking issue or RAM? The temp on the GPU is about 55-63c and 70-75c on the CPU (i7-4770k) Anyway saving the flight and just restart FSX and there is no problems. Heck the flight seems smoother anyway after this reload. Michael Moe

I´m not sure if this is already on the list of a coming SP release. If you press the MIC button in the real aircraft the corresponding COMM receiver buttons illuminates and activates automatically. Of course not depressed but it illuminates and is active. Additionally you can listen to as many other channels as you want, but it is not possible to deselect the COMM receiver button of the active MIC-channel. This is the way it works in the 737 (should also be fixed in the NGX) and I can´t imagine it is different in the 777! Cheers, Berni
