Hello, Is there any way I can adjust the brightness of the ISFD on the 777? I prefer to have minimal brightness during night flights but I am unable to control the lighting of the ISFD. I checked the FCOM and couldn't find anything. Regards,

Hi I use navigraph to update my airac info and it works fine on all aircraft and software other than the pmdg 777. Despite updating it, the airac in the fmc shows as being an out of date one. I'm using navigraph fms data manager, fsx se, and the pmdg. Any tips for a resolution? Thanks in advance.

Help! When I try loading the 777-300, in FSX. I kept getting "Error Creating Child Window" I have no problem loading the 200 version, just the 300 Version. I have uninstalled and restarted my computer than reinstalling 300 version. I still get this error "Error Creating Child window" Not sure what this is. What can I do to get back to flying my 777-300 again, without this pop up window? Ron Whaley

Hi everyone, Recently on a flight in the 777 into UUEE i went to select my arrival and on the arrival page it shows none under star and none under runways. There is nothing at all to select. Does any one have any idea why? I do have the latest nav data installed.

Hi all, I just came across with this very good cockpit video of from LH cargo 77F flying from Frankfurt to Tokyo Narita. The video consists of quite a few different viewing angles which I personally think they capture the real life operation quite well. Hope you all will enjoy watching this. Hello Forum! Recently Ive encountered strange, and rather annoying bugs with the PMDG 777-300ER (V4-version)... I was landing into Heathrow, when the plane suddenly became completely uncontrollable. Hi everyone. I just want to know how to deal with A/T in 777 because I feel the reaction of autopilot very slow to maintain the desired airspeed. For exampe, I am in approach phase, keeping 170kts before intercepting the glide slope with autopilot and A/T on. Then the airplane intercepts the GS and begins to descent in order to keep the glide path, but, obviusly, when it start to descent the plane starts to increase the airspeed, and the A/T takes a lot of time to reduce throttle enough to maintain 170 kts, so the airspeed increases reaching 190kts! Hi, the following happened to me when climbing out of Sheremetyevo 06L using the 777 freighter: At approximately 2000ft, I got a traffic warning (in yellow). I looked out of the window and couldn't see anything. A few seconds later, I got the red traffic alert, the system telling me to descent, which I did, of course. Then "increase descent". At the end I descended with up to 5500ft/min and picked up a lot of speed, 335kts. Of couse, since the alarm silenced, I wanted to climb again, and that worked... 5500ft/min climb, the speed slowly coming down to 250kts again. Hello, When I was flying the PMDG 777 for FSX I could save the flight at any time and than shut down the computer and restart and the flight would continue from the position as I have saved it from. This was a nice feature when I was short before running OOM. When I save the flight PMDG 777 now in P3dv4 and I open it again, the simulator would not start with the panel and engine as I saved it and I can not catch up andymore. Second, all the instruments can be enlarged in my cockpit - ONLY the captains artificial horizon with speed and altitude not. Thanks for helping Marek LOWW

hi all - what mode would you recommend if you were flying a manual departure (planning on flying manually to FL180) in a very lightly loaded T7 on a SID with NOT ABOVE, and NOT BELOW, and speed restrictions? I used D-TO2 derate with VNAV coming out of KLAS on the PRFUM.4 departure from 25R with an empty 300ER, I busted the 7000B restriction @ ROPPR becuase she took off like the space shuttle. I was expecting the engines to roll back as I got closer to the the altitude restriction but it didn't happen and by the time I forced the nose down, I was through 7000 FT. I Have updated my PMDG 777 with the update PMDG_777_200LRF_FSX v1.10.8448 (aerosoft version) and all is OK except when il close FSX (with Control +C for ex) , the program stop normaly, but a the end a message said " FSX stop to run" because fsx.exe module PMDG_777X_2.dll. Hello, Since a couple of days even the parking brakes move up/down correctly using the mouse or CTRL .keys, the red windows "Parking brakes" on the button left is no more displayed. The red windows is normally displayed when i use the pedal brakes or . key This is a problem with GSX push back as it does always ask to remove parking brakes. Many thanks for your help Michel

Hi again, lastly I was approaching RJTT. ProATC-X assigned me DARKS Arrival to Rwy 34R VOR-A Approach. Judging by the charts (which are from 2014/15), DARKS arrival can end up twofold: via LDA approach to Rwy 22 or 23 and a VOR-A approach to Rwys 16L/R via a described noise abatement procedure with visual giding lights. https://www.pdf-archive.com/2016/11/22/rjtt-tokio-haneda/ But: there is no description of an approach to Rwy 34R from DARKS wpt, and there is no published VOR-A Approach for Rwy 34R at all. I have a curious problems about Boeing AOA indicator. When I increase the thrust, AOA indicator red pointer drop. Why does power increase reduce the limit of AOA? It seems action in opposite way what I learn of aerodynamic. I thought it cause by Wave drag and high speed stall, but it is not. I try it at low attitude with low speed, and it still happened. Hi, I have a very annoying issue. I take of and switch to LNAV VNAV mode and the plane doesn't increase the speed at all after take off. Usually it stops the climb at around 5000 feet with a speed of around 220 knots. Even if I disengage the Autothrottle and push it to full power nothing is happening. I don't have this problem in FSX only in P3dv4. I am using FSUIPC and heard that can be something with the flaps which actually seem to be retracted visually and also on the monitor. Any advise ? Hi community, I am experiencing weird problems with my 777-200LR. Short version: having two good engine starts, I cannot move the aircraft. The throttle levers are moving, the indication on the ENG display shows the set N1 value move with the levers but the engine is still on idle, no thrust is coming. Wheel chocks are removed, parking brake is released, flaps are in the takeoff configuration, autobrake is on RTO, hydraulics are pressurized, electrics obviously working, EICAS shows no warning, Recall neither, APU is off. Tried to delete and reinstall to no avail. It might be a stupid mistake as I am new to the product. However I have flown the 777-2…

Hi everyone, I do have a problem with my T7. Immediately after the FSX has loaded the scenery and the aircraft, the FSX crashes to desktop without any message. All other PMDG products (744,748,737) work fine. It is just the T7 that crashes always at the same time, without any PMDG aircraft being loaded before. I would really appreciate your help. Hey guys, Recently I switched to V4, and every time on runway before take off, plane is pulling to the right?! I haven't had that on FSX. One more thing, it feels way lighter on take off than in FSX. Plane is full....fuel loaded....GW to the max. Any specific set up difference on P3D v FSX? Thanks
