PMDG 777

On 9th September 2013 I bought, downloaded and installed PMDG 777. All worked fine. After installation 6 manuals are available under Flight Manuals. Out of the 6, I am only able to print the Tutorial and the Introduction Manual. The other manuals seemed to be protected. When I choose print, the tab print is greyed in. Is there a possibility to print also these manuals ? Thanks Kudi1934

Hey I just tried to unregister the 777on my old pc to install it on a new machine. Unfortunately, I got the following error message: Operations error: 7466 The return of the fullfillment is denied by the return policy because max return exceeded (incident 0337-6519418) I did no know here is a max. number of possible returns...I unregistered it once until now and back then, everything worked fine. I wrote a support ticket but did not receive an answer yet... Anyone with the same Problem? How can I solve this? Thanks

Hello! just wondering if the PMDG 777 simulate icing condition and you can actualy see the ice visual? like on wings or window screen if anti ice is off

I am sure this has been answered but I will ask anyway. The Boeing 777-200LR as several configurations chosen by different airlines but technically they all are only two class configurations and not three (splitting a couple of seats in Economy class and calling it Economy Comfort and charging a little more isn't the same). Hi, I have been fighting with my computer for the last few days trying to get my PMDG 777 to work. Initially, I had a problem with my sound not working, so I thought I would reinstall the product. However, I came into some errors and decided to delete some of the PMDG 777 files manually. It still doesn't work, and now I'm stuck with a plate of nothing. I downloaded the install file again from my PMDG account for the 777. I ran it as Administrator, and it comes up with either Modify, Repair, or Uninstall. I have tried all three of these, but none of them work. I have contacted PMDG Support via their website, and the representative really doesn't know a lot about …

As Vee1 put so eloquently in another post: Some users don't have the time to do more than skim the manual, so if this question has been addressed in the manual - I apologize. Which of the provided preset panel sets more likely represents the state a 777 commercial airline pilot will find a 777 at a gate for an early morning flight?

I feel bad asking this, because am sure it's so simple. How can I sync the clock with the time I set in time and season.? It did sync with my desktop time, but I don't what that.

Hello All --- have been enjoying the 777 and working up the learning curve. One strange thing that I have seen a little information on is that my wing flex has stopped functioning. Wings remain straight regardless of lift or G-forces at any time. Also reloaded the 777 and same problem exists. Also I am having partial flap operation --- inboard flap extension appears OK, but outboard flaps do not lower although the flap supports do lower. Is this a known bug and have others had the same issue?? Any comments or advice appreciated. Many Thanks --- Bob --- :smile:

Hi, is anyone else experiencing super slow download speeds today? I finally was able to buy the 777 for Christmas (yay) and it's just crawling along at 20kb/s. It's been going to several hours already and only halfway there. I have fios(fast) internet so speed shouldn't be an issue for me like this! PS... I just did a speed test to make sure and it shows my dl speed as 25 Mbps

Morning all - and merry Christmas!!!!! I've been looking on the forums but haven't been able to find an answer. Is there a place on the 777 where your T/O and landing times are recorded? Eg in the NG there is a function to pull up the T/O and landing times, I haven't been able to find so,pome thing similar on the 777. Just before brake release I hit the clock but on the glare shield but I haven't been able to figure out where to total elapsed time is recorded. Any tips???? Thanks in advance!!!!!!

So over the last weekend I finally decided to go for a long-haul flight on VATSIM with 777. I had an amazing ATC coverage throughout the flight from Gatwick (UK2000) and Dubai (FlyTampa). So, I've sorted out every single issue with this baby, short of one thing. Something is off. I spent the whole of yesterday ensuring my FSX is rock solid. I'm able to switch between windows with ease, with the T7 loaded up at a complex add on airport. I can also use the default time acceleration and switch back to default without crashing out. (Includes reloading) The issue occurs when I try and use the 8x or higher auto cruise acceleration. When the aircraft has to dial it down from 8x or higher to default again, the simulator crashes out for some reason. I can't fathom why. As we know, 4x to default does NOT require a reload. I purchased the 777 recently and ever since I have been having some major CTD issues, as well as various textures. To start, I had 8.1 installed and would CTD with the 777 within seconds or minutes. That was fixed after installing Win 7 64. This problem I am having now is when I use the after about 3o minutes of nothing but CRZ, I will make an adjustment to the FMC and the whole sim will lock up. This happens less frequently than the next issue. The main issue I am dealing with occurs in different ways. If I hit left Alt, the bar will appear with no words or texture. Hi everyone, and merry christmas, Mine is so so. I've made hundreds of flights with the T7, but today, I got a strange problem (and it looks like i'm not the only one from today as I saw the other posts: I can't close or open the doors anymore through the FMC. I tried with the pax and freight basic version, all panel states, all liveries I got: none work !!! I checked with the B737, doors work fine. Any help apreciated, thanks.

Just installed PMDG 777 when I start the simulation the virtual cockpit view shows (correctly) But when I select Cockpit view (2-D) I see the runway on the top of the screen and a black box on the bottom half where I believe the instruments should load.. Any suggestions to get the instruments to load in this view. Thanks for the help in advance Steve

Problem is pretty much described in the title, I load up the aircraft and select the default LR Turnaround option, doing so causes me to not be able to operate any of the doors (Cargo or PAX). Did a Google search, and a Forum search, couldn't come up with anything. Anyone have any thoughts? I've tried multiple different liveries, and I can't figure this one out.

Hi All, Thinking about a fictional 777 bizjet paint scheme: would it be possible to modify the basic PMDG scheme (with their permission of course) to have a nice bizjet? I mean to delete all letters ("PMDG", "777", etc.) and those multi nation flags to have only the base colors with a new fictional reg. I think it would be a nice, modest and attractive paint job. My second choice would be based on the excellent work of Giulio Catena's Boeing House 2014 livery (flightsim). Also, with his permission deleting all the promotion letters from this beauty and keeping only that beautiful deep-red and light gray base scheme would be gorgeuos. Unfortunately, I'm not skilled…

The autopilot disconnects if I touch anything on my CH yoke like the hat switch. I know it is supposed to disengage when the controls are moved but the sensitivity with this is extreme. I have recalibrated several times and do not have the problem on the 737 ngx or 747. Anyway to change the sensitivity or turn it off completely?

Hello! so i was messing around with the FMC and i am flying smootly at FL350 selected a dep approche for landing. but i regret it and want another approce but whenever i select a approche nothing happnes when i go to the legs, it automaticly go to RTA 2 and not the RTA 1 where my route is, i cant even change my Crusing altitude in VNAV page whats happening?

Hello, I'm in trouble with this problem since 2 weeks, uninstall and reinstall (like 2342343456 times) didn't worked, Reinstalled my OS and it starts again. Only with PMDG 777 FSX Closes yourself after 2 second it loads the flight, with other planes there is no problem. I tried opening a flight with a default plane and switched to 777, didn't worked.There is no crash and fatal error, just closing itself. PLEASE HELP ME!!! My add-ons;
