Hi, I'm curious to know, when SP1 is released will we have to re-install liveries? And also restart flights in progress that have been saved?

Every time I fly the PMDG 777, after 15 to 20 min. during flight my computer freezes up! This only happens with the PMDG 777! Anyone have any solutions, or do PMDG have any updates to the 777 software?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a VNAV problem or really an auto-throttle problem, but several times now VNAV has bust the vertical profile whilst on descent. The required descent angle to maintain profile has been shallower than the aircraft has been flying, putting it below path. When it has done this, the thrust has been in HOLD mode. The AT system does not appear to want to engage to maintain sufficient thrust once it enters this mode. If I manually add thrust (mode still HOLD) then the aircraft will level off and capture the path, but I'm basically in manual thrust at this point, which is not what I would expect. Hello, I've been sistematically flying the Qatar livery, always saving the flight upon arrival (gate parking, shutting everything down to the point of APU running) and I noticed something strange. The Flight Path Vector is stuck on the ON setting. No matter how many times I press it, it won't turn off. It doesn't happen to the METERS button on the right side, though. Now, if I load a new flight (plane, place, weather, time) it will work fine, though I must admit I tested with another livery/airline. Anyone with this glitch and/or solution? Thanks.

Hello guys, I've done a flight yesterday across the atlantic (EHAM-KJFK) to get myself adjusted to long flights... It was all fine up until the landing. I tried autoland, but was surprised when the plane did not automaticly fly the glidescope, and I had to land manually. I had made sure the ILS was correct on the FMC, and I pressed the LOC button, waited for "G/S" to appear on the PFD and then turned on APP at the correct altitude (according to my FMC 1500ft for landing on RWY 04L). I did reach the 1500ft at the last moment, so maybe that's the issue? (the plane did not descend quick enough; probably a FMC error on my part) Does anyone have an idea why this faile…

If I undock panels on a second monitor (MCDU, MCP..)they turn in black color. It seems to be a problem with external views. If you look around your aircraft with external views at first, later you can not see the 2d panels on a second monitor. If you undock first the MCDU, MCP to the second monitor you can see them perfectly, but the external views of the aircraft are incomplete. Dou you know what is the problem. I use a i7 processor 3770k at 3.9 GHz. 16 Gb of RAM . NVidia graphic card GTX 660 Ti with 2 Gb of VRAM. Windows 7 64 bit

Hello all, I have been running PDMG 777-200 for a few months. I have noticed when cruising, eventhough you have set the cruise mach number is, say, 0.92, when in cruise, the aircraft can only do 0.875. Is there a way to increase it to 0.92? Cheers, ctruong.

when i try to update the ops center it says "c:\program files (x86)\pmdg operations center\OpsCenterUpdater.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

I need some help with the operations center, I tried to install a new livery from avsim.com but the only thing the operation center show is the aircraft purchase page. It doesn't allow for more options. I can't install any livery. Not just the 777 but the 737 or the j41. I deleted the ops center and reinstalled and the ops center still have the same thing. If anyone can help I will appreciate.

Hi all Fisrt of all I'm quite new to Boeing, as I'm a real Airbus enthusiastic , but due to the lack of A320 hardcore addon, I decided to give it a go on the pmdg b777 which for me the B777 is the Boeing Aircraft I can fly ( philosophy much closer to an airbus ). this B777 from PMDG is just ...... there is no word to describe it. I hope one day PMDG will do an A320 . I started to read the B777 FCOM and the FBW is close to the Airbus A320 one, except the fact that you need to trim manually in speed changes ( speed stability). I've been flying the Level-D 767 for years, and now that I've transitioned to the 777 I've acknowledged that this is an easier aircraft to fly, don't you agree? From pure "stick and rudder" terms, both the 767 and the 777 have excellent handling qualities, but I'd say the 777 is even easier to fly due to the FBW. It's bigger and weighs more, but its huge wings make it really controllable. In terms of "button-pushing", the 777 is so simple compared to the 767. On the 767 you have to go through all systems on the overhead before every flight and do a lot of "button pushing", not on the 777. Just Bought OEJN by BDO aviation, I get good frames until I start her up, and start the engines, after the sounds (engines etc etc) start, then the FPS drop??? same happens when the sound of touchdown......sounds, there seems to be a stutter. Anyone else having the same probs?

As an avid user of the PMDG 747, I thought I'd try the new 777. Unfortunately though, when I click on the installation icon, and the installation wizard starts, I just get an error message saying 'Unable to locate fsx.exe. Unable to install'. In the PMDG read me file that comes with the download, it says that I have to manually navigate the installer. This would be fine if there was an option to do this during the installation process. There is not however. I have read through numerous forums and the only answer I found was to use the FS Flight Registry repair tool, which I have tried (and run as administrator), but alas, still nothing. Anyone have any bright…
