PMDG 777

I was wondering if there is or ever will be a way to put the triple 7 into a one-class format, as tour operators use. Unfortunately I know of no companies using this format, but since my fictional airline does, it would be appreciated if it could be implemented at some point. Thank you,

I'm just curious if the B772ER version is in development? I know it has been disscused that it wil be done in the future, but in the updates from Mr Randazzo, he has never mentioned anything about the B772ER. Has anyone heard anything? After all those long haul flights I decided this evening to just sit down and LOOK at the PMDG 777 finally. This is a short, quick and dirty honest video of how beautifully modelled the wings are, with focus on the flaps. Marvellous. This is what you're sitting on. The sheer detail is insane. Hello, So far loving the 777. The sound the feel all wonderful, however, I was wondering if there was a light package out there that made the external lights more visible during daytime hours and the strobes a little brighter and more strobelike at night? While the apu is running on the ground, switching to the external views is just silence. Is it just me or shouldn't there be an apu jet sound while outside?

I found problem with the cursor which is stuck as arrow when pointing to knobs (can not change to "hand" cursor) so I can not operate knobs. This always happend when pusback by AES and sometimes in flight and only for main view and I use EZDOK, if change to the overhead view then becomes normal. Is the problem related to AES or EZDOK ?

Hello. I purchased the 777 yesterday. I was flying not in full screen when i decided to put it in full screen. I cliked "ALT+ENTER" then my screen went black. I still heard the sounds like nothing happened but i couldn't do anything. Help me please

Since we are getting the weather radar functionality in the (hopefully) near future, can someone with real world experience enlighten us on typical airline practice for using the radar? I'm assuming that it's not on for every flight from takeoff to landing (but I could be wrong). What are the conditions that would lead the crew to turn on the radar or turn it off mid-flight? I'm guessing that flying into a SIGMET area would induce the crew to turn it on. Also, keeping it on for night flight makes sense? Thanks, Bill Rowe

is it possible to enter Lat/Lon fixes on the FIX pages in FMC. If so what is syntax? There is something in the manual that indicates this is possible in the real plane.

When using speed intervene the MCP speed displays IAS instead of mach even above the mach/ias cross over level. In the 737 it 'knows' which to use; the 777 doesn't seem to. Is this correct?

I have always been able to print the documents for the PMDG 737 and 747, however, for the 777 I am unable to print the Flight crew training manual and the Vol 1 and 2, there is a security setting on these documents and have no permission to print. Could anybody tell me the reason for these security settings or is this to make me buy these documents. Thank you Jacobus Homan

Ok so climbing out like any other day and then the sim freezes for a second then the autopilot disconnects, auto throttles stop, the plane goes into a 20 degree right bank with 15 degree nose down, the RAT deploys, Liam Neeson is in the back slapping people, Co-pilot is deflating, all hell is breaking loose... back to my question: How do you get the RAT to re-stow after you have parked and secured the airplane for landing?

Hey all, Have searched the forum but to no avail. Finally got around to purchasing the PMDG 777 as I have a little more time on my hands for longer haul flights. Just as a background I've flown the NGX since it was first released in 2011 and I'm pretty competent when it comes to boeing aircraft. Yesterday, as I climbed out of DFW for LAX, my PFD and MFD both started going crazy - hard to describe, but the lines on the two screens were all over the place and jittering at a high rate of speed. Anyone have this happen?

I remember reading somewhere on the forums that the plane can be installed and activated on up to 2 computers at the same time. I tried installing it on my laptop, however, I ran into some trouble: On the first install, everything seemed fine, but despite having been activated successfully, there was no landing gear or PFDs (I think this is the anti piracy system kicking in, right?). So I uninstalled the plane via Windows Control Panel, removed all of its files from the FSX folder, deleted its entries from the dll.xml file, and removed the fsx.cfg file. Hi captains, during my flight ACA34 YSSY--CYVR the ELEC AC BUS R failure occurred with all its accompanying stuff, eg. MAIN BATTERY DISCH HYD PRESS PRI C2 NO LAND3. After landing I connected the ground power (the APU could not be started). Since then I see the MAIN BATTERY DISCH message flickering on and off quickly. Will it stop? When? Or how can the main battery be charged (if the flickering shows any failure; however: No further failures are active anymore after some maintenance...)? What's going on? Thank you. Hi, Am on the the last leg of a 4 sector freighter trip from Dubai to Africa. Today I flew HAAB - HKJK After a 1 hour turnaround I have departed HKJK back to Dubai and received a FUEL DISAGREE during climb. The reason I am posting is I think it could be a turnaround bug. I entered all weights correctly & refueled using the FMC loader. So, I followed the ECL, no fuel leak, EICAS & TOTALIZER say's 34.9T, PFPX estimated 34.1T for my position, the fmc seems to think I have only 29.6T?? Any ideas if it is not a bug? Cheers
