PMDG 777

I've tried to download the B777 tutorial v1.5 from the PMDG website but the link wrongly refers to the Japanese v1. Could someone at PMDG please fix the link so I can download the v1.5 tutorial. Thanks 🙂

For some unknown reason the mapping of the flight controls and thrust levers (Logitech 3D pro and CH throttle quadrant) has stopped working. I went through all the usual drama of deleting and rebuilding the FSUIPC cfg file but still no luck. I tried all the usual assignments including direct to FS instead of via FSUIPC. Nothing happens except an initial twitch of the RH thrust reverser then dead. So i decide to uninstall and reinstall it. PMDG suggest not deleting any files manually but instead let the uninstaller do it's thing. All was good except the 777x folder still remains in the main PMDG folder within the P3D root folder. Hi all, I've only recently noticed a CTD on the 777 touching down and the reverse thrust is applied. Although this seemed like an FSX related thread, but I noticed this on the PMDG 777; though not try to particularly imply anything, but thought this might be better suited. If indeed this does not belong here, mods, please move it. Hello, just did a RTOW return on Max Autobrakes. Simulating an uncontrollable fire. Stopped on the runway, the temps flew to 7.0 and one tire burst. However from the outside, all brakes were their usual color. No glowing hot brakes. Running P3Dv4.3. AmI missing a setting or something? Cheers,

Hello, just a quick question: Is it possible to have both the digital and the analog clock shown in the flightdeck? Older 777's that get a software upgrade like f.e Austrian's 777 have both types installed. Thanks!

Sometimes, when starting the PMDG 777 (P3Dv3), i can see the aircraft inside (although with no passengers...). Is there a way to visit the inside? As it has been modelled it seems there should be a way to make an inside visit! Regards, Domingos

Hi, I have recently tried to do a cold and dark start on the 777-300ER and when I got to setting up the route in the FMC I faced a problem. I set up the route (EHAM - EGLL) and added BAW452 as the flight number and ‘24’ as the runway. I added all the way points and then I clicked ‘save’. I saved with the name ‘EHAMEGLL’. Next I clicked ‘activate’ and everything was fine. Then when I clicked ‘execute’ it took me to the next step but removed the ICAO codes from where they were meant to be. Dear all, I just switched my entire flightsimulator from fsx to P3Dv4 and, therefore, set it up (also win10) from the scratch. It took me almost a day to purchase (if any) relevant upgrades to p3dv4 and to install all add-ons - amongst others various Orbx-Products, the latest FSUIPC, EZcamera and of course PMDG's 777 :-) Before having done that, there was not any problem to move the aircraft on the ground. Since today my Thrustmaster joystick - despite ailerons and rudders actually (visually) work - does not want my aircraft to turn on ground. Switching off the AP for a manual landing caused the warbler warning horn to sound. Could not be cancelled. Gear down, flaps set at 20 and not overspeed. Still warbling after landing and when stopped. Any help please?

Hello to all …. I have an issue with PMDG 777 cockpit, cabin. After loaded the T7 in FSX sim with FSDT KJFK airport Gate A-223 and some others gates the Cabin shows weird object. It looks like an object layer is mounted in the plane Cabin cockpit. Other gates as 432 and S225 doesn't have the issue. I didn't change anything from the sim panel and/or configurations. I posted my question in FSDT forum as well to find if someone has this issue and an idea where to go.

Hi guys, when starting a short-haul cargo route from EDDN to EHAM, there is only a fuel qty of 25 tons (about 15%) on board. Upon reloading the situation, the fuel quantity jumps to 104% and the FMC doesn't respond on the FS ACTIONS fuel page. It is not possible to enter kgs or %, so all the performance data goes out the window. Heeeeeelp 😩 Cheers Baz

Of hand-flying this aircraft to landing from approach. Let me explain my typical procedures and other details: I fly the B777F exclusively in the 777 line - my aircraft is always the D-ALFA tailed Lufthansa ship. I will select the APP autopilot mode as I transition from arriving on the SID and I am otherwise on a track to intercept the localizer. Hi Everyone I have never quite been able to get this right and hope someone can enlighten me. I am about to take a Q NAT track eastbound and the altitudes available are FL320 then 360, 370 etc. At my weight I am currently approaching at FL330 and max alt currently is FL348. What I have done is programmed a step at my oceanic entry point of FL320S at M0.83 to follow the available altitudes of the NAT track. The problem is that when I get to the oceanic exit I want to climb up to my optimal altitude for my weight. I programmed another step back to ECON/FL330 however the altitudes following immediately after my programmed step climb remain at FL320 (…

Hi Everyone, Im having a persistent Crash to Desktop with 777 on P3D v4.3 just a few seconds after start a flight. I've been looking in forums the known solutions but nothing is working at this time. Some aditional infomation in case someone can help me please. Clean recent Install of P3D v4.3 No other Addons intallled. Default flight is the original one, and F22 is spinning in the welcome screen. No expansion installed. A bit unusual this one. I haven't flown the 777 for a while so I did the update and then loaded up. I am not getting any flight control response. Everything is mapped via FSUIPC and works for all other add on aircraft. FSUIPC registers the joystick movement. The buttons on the JS work fine. I have deleted and rebuilt the FSUIPC cfg. Hi, I have had a first time CTD with the B777-200 LR after flying it for the first time after the recent update. Flight between RJAA and VHHH. After landing, during ground roll FSX CTD with the attached Windows Event Viewer text file showing that the PMDG_B777X.dll was the faulty module. It wasn't a VAS crash as I still had 1 Gb left. Hi i had a question regarding load shedding and lighting. I know it may sound crazy but i really like attention to the details. i understand the concept of load shedding and how the logo light may turn off. But when i record videos and play them back, my lights constantly turn off or dim. Ill notice this when taxiing or on final approach. i find it kind of annoying. I know there is a function in the fmc where i can keep the lights on and bypass load shedding. i forgot what it is though. Any assistance would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you
