Hi, I am loving the 750 so much. So easy to navigate. Anyway, I was poking around and noticed that the Trainer app is running only on core 3 of my 4 core processor. I moved it to all cores just messing around and did not see any difference, but mostly curious the programmers choice to forc the app onto 1 core and why core 3? Anyone have any input on this? For a few years, I had FSX running on my system and it ran fine with add on aircraft, scenery, EFB, V-Pilot, ASN, This year I bit the bullet and purchased P3D v 3.1, then started adding scenery (FTX Global, FSDT & FlightBeam)and aircraft (PMDG, Aerosoft Airbus, MJC D8Q400). While the shadows and stuff seemed nice (and the clouds are outstanding!), I had problems with some add ons not working well (namely AivlaSoft EFB) then I purchased My Traffic 6.0 and it seemed to get worse. Uninstall EFB and MT 6.0. After uninstall, still had app hangs, so did a full uninstall and reinstall of P3D. I rebuilt/ reinstalled the add ons one by one. Seems to work well until…

Just curious which is more compatible with P3D Nvidia or AMD? Or should I say which brand helps P3D perform better or is there really no difference, and in that case it would come down to price.

So in my quest to solve the blurries I have come across this two tweaks being suggested by someone. I don't think it directly affects the blurries but more likely gives the perception of such. Nevertheless I'm curious as to what this actually do. Default entries are texture quality=3 and image quality=0. It' was recommended to change them to 6 and 1 respectively. Does anyone know what exactly these do and and the impact on performance?

I got it working but it seems with P3D one of the disadvantages is the inability to select the quality of the aircraft. I liked to<br />select the low quality to save on frames, but cannot find the service for it. This was available in v5, so maybe it is v6 that<br />does not have this feature regardless of what sim you are using. Also, by default it selects a schedule but I am not seeing the<br />phase were the database was created. It was used in FSX, but again maybe not available for p3d. This will sound like a dumb question but here lately, as I've been having way too much enjoyment in the Airbus A320/321, I've been going through the whole route planning process, and in that, kinda picked a runway out of thin air. What I mean is when I start a plan, I pick the runway for departure and approach but have found that my choice is wrong, and find myself plowing through oncoming traffic departing and arriving...the TCAS goes crazy! Yes, I use AI traffic (for immersion). I am wondering how you all are able to start a flight and know which runway to use, without having the same problem as I. Here's a short clip showing a weird graphical effect that I often see when flying at high altitude over water and panning around from inside the v/c looking out the left hand side window. It's seen in the lower left corner of the screen. I've also noticed a similar weird effect again when looking out of the left hand side window and when parked at a gate where the textures of the jetway don't behave. Guess both these issues might be related. I wonder if there's a cure...?

Hey guys, back in FSX I used Power Pack for Ultimate Traffic II to add all the missing UPS and FEDEX flights, since UT2 schedules never included cargo ops. With FSDT's KMEM on the horizon and finding out that they do not plan to offer static AI, it will be necessary to add these back into the program. My question is, does power pack work with Win 10 and P3D? I already have UT2 installed and that works fine but have yet to try this. Let me know anyone who has tried it thanks!

Starting to get the sim dialed in after the re-installation. Only problem at the moment is that the ATC push-to-talk switch for MultiCrew Experience isn't working, but we'll get that figured out. Here's the latest video, a short VFR flight from Salt Lake City #2 over the top of the Wasatch to Heber Valley, at Dusk. I've been in the Wasatch at dusk, and it looks an awful lot like this. Hi Guys, Don't know why but my aircrafts keep bouncing when on the takeoff roll. It looks like there are pot holes on the runway. What can i do to resolve this so that the takeoff roll is smooth? Thank you Regards

Hi all, I know there are 5 or 6 threads concerning this topic but they do conflict in some areas. All I need to know is if the 6.0A is not 6.0 with the "A" update and that the product installer does it all correctly. I know some had the 6.0 and then tried to ad the update and things did not work out. I am just at a point with the sim that I don't want to mess around with the install and have to do most of the work. I am wanting to purchase. Is Simmarket the only outlet for purchase? appreciate some help please, I installed ORBX GLOBAL and FTX Global Vector, I had to uninstall them as per instruction's cos I was not that happy with it, I restored the texture files from backup and now when I start p3d and look at the map I found out that some part of default terrain texture are missing, I tried to repair the scenery from add/del but still the same. is there a way to repair, restore this without uninstalling and reinstalling p3d. appreciate and will be very grateful for some help. cheers

I could overclock it but is it worth it? -8 gig's of Ram 1600 - MSI Nvidia 750TI 2GB Video Card I'm Having issues with Orbx Socal Scenery, Whenever i run it runs quiet Choppy And i've been trying to figure out why. I know its coming from Orbx cause i uninstalled it and The Game runs smooth as butter! And then when i activate it, It runs choppy again! I love the scenery! And wish there could be a solution around this. i have done some Tweaks in my CFG File. Is there any advice anyone could give me? Could i maybe lower my scenery settings down. Would that work at all?

What would be the best payware/freeware airport to test FPS in? (Preferably in Europe as that is where I do the bulk of my flight)

Check it out, only in winter time of year, the dessert looks totally different but really great! The sand looks blown and very realistic at about 1000ft and above. But why only in winter?? Try it, fly outside of Kuwait Intl. Set to winter, and it looks great! Forgot to mention, FTX GLOBAL I forgot to mention, with FTX Global
