I got nothing but dead air... anybody catch this on a streaming platform at 2115Z? Which one?

This literally happened from day to day, after an update i was forced to do by AS16. Very odd, i was about to do a groupflight and i had just finished another flight without any problems prior to that group flight. I then restarted my sim, and AS16 wanted me to update. So i did, then when i started up my sim, loaded in, it kept on saying "Waiting for simulator" as if my sim wasnt started which it was. Everything was loaded in. Chaseplane is the same problem. It doesn't see if my sim is on. Also i cant click anthing in the add-ons tab in the sim. GSX or sode or anything like that, nothing responds. Projectfly and flychrono has 0 problems, they work flawless. I also…

I was considering messing around with Prepar3d, I have v2.5 from awhile ago and thought that perhaps it might be worth upgrading, and I was also wondering if there was a list of add ons that are compatible from FSX?

Dear friends, I've just installed Prepar3d and I'm experiencing massive blurry ground textures. I've tried almost everything and it's driving me crazy. Fiber texture commands, max load, affinity mask, deleted cfg, all settings maxed out but nothing seems to be working. This is how it currently looks: This is my current CFG. I'm trying to update my Navigraph to 1806 but I'm getting this error: "An error occurred while trying to copy a file: Out of memory." It's happening with all products I'm trying to update. Anyone knows what is happening?

So, I'm pretty sure this (pictured below) would be a problem with GSX reading some file which clashes with the visuals of UK2000 Manchester Xtreme. Clearly the sim can read the correct locations of the gates as evidenced by the AI EasyJet A320 sitting correctly at a gate, but GSX insists on warping me to the place depicted in this screenshot with an iFly 737-800 sat inside Pier C when supposedly correctly at Gate 24 according to GSX. So, anyone know where to find the offending file I need to delete in order to have GSX read the same file that Traffic Global read in order to park that AI A320 correctly?

Hey guys so I encountered a weird issue I have never seen before. I loaded up P3D then to my disappointment, the aircraft at the gate with engines off etc, keeps inching forward. So i add breaks, and then it starts bouncing up and down. When you add throttle, it wont really do much , as if the wheels are locked, and using slew to go up into the air, its like the physics just died. I'm just testing out P3DV4 and I was super impressed until this annoying issue popped up. Ive tried addon aircraft, default aircrafts, addon scenery , default scenery, its all the same. Hi every one, I just got the P3D v4 and I would like to install this simulator on my biggest hard disc (D:\ ) but it says that: The Install Location is C:\ Program files\ Lockheed Martin\ Prepar3D v4.??? I hope som one can help me. Regards Startour

Just wondering if anyone has attempted to get FSLabs Spotlights working with the Ultimate 787 yet in V4.1? I've tried, but just can't get any lights to show. I've tried with both DL on and off but no joy. I have them working fine in the NGX and Q400, so the programme works fine. Thanks

Since my previous enquiry was disallowed, can anyone suggest software solutions to P3Dv4's unrealistic super-saturated colours? I know I could adjust the monitors but that doesn't seem like the best approach. HDR doesn't work for me as the centre screen of my three-screen setup always appears much darker. Suggestions welcome, it seems I'm not the only one in this boat.

Upgraded monitor to 34" and running 3440 x 1440 resolution with Nvidia 980. Set Prepar3D 4 to run the same resolution and now getting the stutters (good frame rates before). Will upgrading the card to Nvidia 1080TI make a difference or should I drop the display resolution settings in Prepar3D? Thanks to all in advance.

I'm ready to do a new computer build and put my i7 3770k and GTX 970 out to media-center pasture. My budget is approx $2,000 to $2,5000. I figure the case, power supply, memory, cooler and monitor (4k?) will run about $800 or so. That leaves about $1,2000 to $1,700 for motherboard, PSU and GPU. What would ya'll recommend? I run P3D with a lot of scenery, complex airplanes, traffic, etc etc. I'm also flying XP11 more and more with an emphasis on VR. I want bang-for-buck for current sims and (hopefully) something that will be good for a couple years. My 3770k certainly was! Many thanks, Charlie

I,m thinking of purchasing a new plane. I have been following the TFDI website and waiting for final version since Jan. I have P3Dv4 and wondering if its stable at its current state? Looking for something that works and I don't need to spend a bunch of time tweaking I just want to fly:) Thanks, Tom

I'm trying to use GSX at UK2000 Manchester Xtreme V2, but when I pull up the menu for GSX, it evidently thinks I'm at a completely different location, as the menu says: GSX - Select parking facility at JFGC Manchester Helipad 1 - Runway 27 Start 2 - Parking (3 suitable parkings) Anyone know how to fix this? I am fairly sure the Boeing 737-800 is not a helicopter, and it's most definitely at the gate at EGCC lol

Hi, I am trying to get URP working for my P3Dv4. I have installed Reshade, and when I pull up it in the sim by CTRL-F2, I am unable to move the mouse in its menu. I have googled and I have not been able to find a good solution. Any ideas?

After watching Blackbox711 Twitch that you can go watch any time. He was showing the new 319 with Andrew from FSL doing a Q&A. The new rain they have made themselves. The Rain looks far more real. It,as it should runs down the windscreen until the aircraft picks up speed and the rain/water runs up the screen like IRL. Also if shows if your taxing and stop the aircraft like a car windscreen spills water from the roof over windscreen/cockpit front windows. It also shows some amazing, thunderstorm effects I've never seen before but go look up the video and enjoy the new Icing/snow effects along with all the new rain. BTW it has 0 FPS hit.

Hi, searching for some help, I did by accident deleted the generated files in the P3DV4.2 root folder, after restating P3D it did seem to be ok, having to reinstall my addon airports and so on, but now everytime I start the sim it shows a scenery.cfg error. Could not find scenery Area.135's local scenery directory: Scenery\Cities\SanDiego\SCENERY, Would you like to unload this area?, this happens with scenery layers 134, 133 and 132, these sceneries don't exist in the Scenery\Cities folder at all but they do show up in the sceney.cfg file, this has only started since the cfg file was rebuilt. I have seen someone have made a collection of airport maps to put in the 787, and they're made in .xml format. My question is how to make them ourselves for airports that isn't a "native" 787 destination.?
