Hello, I need some advise to use a second PC exclusively for AS4 for my p3D 4.4 to gain some extra performance for my primary PC. My p3D is exclusively on the primary. Could someone help me please with some easy way how is made? I will appreciate. Thank you George

In P3D v4.3, could someone please load the default flight, choosing the default LIPX (Villafranca) as airport. Does it have plateau runways, like some meters above the ground, for you as well? Thanks a lot

I bought but have not used there PrecipitFX for v4, Q is it worth installing now within 4.4? Also since there are not going to be any big aliners coming out for some time am thinking of adding there 747 and NG Immersion to my aircraft. Q how nice is there volumetric light FX from the VC because above all the other FX the volumetric lights in fog and clouds would be worth the price to me. So is it worth it? is it that good in practice.

Hello, i have a problem with runway lights in my p3d. All other airports lights works fine but in any airport (payware or default) no runway lights. Can anyone help please? Thanks a lot

Where in the Scenery Library should Ultimate Terrain files be located? The installer placed them at the very top (Slot 1-4)...Should they be here or near the bottom of the list? Thanks!

I know there are past discussions about this but not so many contemporary posts since Oculus was updated. I broke down and purchased Oculus Rift and with the best will in the world I am completely underwhelmed. But maybe it can be salvaged with more tweaking. The first underwhelming aspect is that Oculus seems to think we are all children and mustn't tweak anything, because in the settings menu they don't even tell you that there is a debug app. It's not a debug app at all. It is an (apparently) absolutely vital tool to get the Rift looking half decent in P3dv4. Hi, I have checked the entire Avsim Library for an updated CYYC afcad or airport update. The ones which are there in the library do not work well with Orbx FTX NRM regions at all. I have tried everything, I disabled all the CYYC in orbx side of the sim, and loaded the ones listed in the Library (and yes I put 2 files....one of them is Crosswind file). I get the airports up fine, but I have road traffic coming onto the airport. And it is completely messing up the airport. The freeware ones in Avsim library have the new runway 17, and the default one (well enchanced one by Orbx FTX NRM) doesn't have the new runway. Before I get people telling me to run …

Hi Guys and Gals. Is there a way to switch of the view menu that appears when right clicking the mouse ? I use RH mouse to activate various switches and when miss the click spot I get the menu. Not hard to get rid of more an inconvenience. Any way to disable it ?

Does anyone know how to uninstall it? While the installer allowed me to install it in the desired drive/directory, it kind of ruined the neatness of my add-on folder by randomly placing files without properly structuring them by itself. Another sloppy dev work *rolls eyes.* The uninstaller is MIA, literally. lol

Hello ppl! I tried to make my first flight with the A36, short one from LIRA to LIRN. Premise: i am a total noob. Everything went good as expected, on the Garmin i noticed a lot of ILS to choose from for runway 6, so i activated the first approach ILS-6 (with a small "GPS" writing near it) and i set the Garmin to VLOC. Then autopilot to APP, and i intercepted the localizer and ILS. Plane followed the ILS as expected making some turns, but as soon as it was approaching the runway, the plane didn't hooked the glideslope to descent. I'm quite sure the speed was ok and the altitude as well. Did i missed something? (a part from the GS itself 😂🤣😅) Thanks…

Can anyone help me with the following. I Installed Rex4 DT w/SC on my P3D v4.4. My configuration is as follow: Razen 5; 16GB; 1050IT PTA; Global weather Gaming Computer.I tweaked the Rex and it is working. The only thin I see is that the clouds when I slew outside the plane is different the when you inside the cockpit Outside is overcast (while the Global weather reports clear sky) and inside normal tropic sky with a few cumulus clouds. With my new 2080Ti VC I'm thinking about to try out VR (Oculus Rift?). Would it be worth the investment? I should add that I'm visually handicapped (Amblyopia - left eye only 12% of norm). I have no vision problems in daily life (drivers license etc.) but "real" stereoscopic vision is not possible. I found some information (Reddit) that VR would be no big problem but maybe others here know more about it. Is there any guide for best usage of VR (which system?) with P3Dv4 Any experiences, suggestions/advises are welcome.

Hi, I seem to be having issue with P3D V4, at first when flying in PMDG 737 NGX when i'd pan my view around the panels would look like there tearing, shimmering, as if motion blur was applied, so i googled and watcha video on youtbe to set navidia inspector so that my fps limit was 30 and vertical sync half refresh rate along with v-sync and tripple biffering off in sim. This didn't fix the issue, but now after making several flight changing various settings and also rebuilding .cfg file my graphics driver now keeps crashing. I seem to be experiencing error messages saying the drivers have stopped bassically forcing me to quite p3d and re start hoping it dosen'…

Hi all, I've been thinking about buying RC Design's ESGG Gothenberg / Landvetta airport (Version 3) for P3D V4. I'm struggling to find any reviews about it however and I'm not sure it looks like it's worth 19 euro to be honest. If anyone has it and would care to give me the run down I'd be most appreciative. It would fit nicely into the lower Scandinavian area I like to fly, however the pictures on Simmarkets website leave me feeling a little disappointed. I hoping looks are deceiving in this case??? I just updated to the latest ENVDIR 2.6. I made some adjustments then uploaded them to Prepar3D V4.4. Now when I have clouds casting shadows, Its way too dark and the ground looks way too unrealistically dark. Prior to the update, it did not do that. Now I have to turn off the cloud shadows. I tried some suggestions found on various forums but to no avail.Maybe I should remove this addon altogether? Has anyone had this problem and if you fixed it, what was the fix? Having a strange problem that just started after I updated the AIRAC for this month. I am thinking it might be due to that (it also did some mag var update too). All of my ILS are screwed up. Here is an example. I am flying into YMML ILS on 16. The plate shows BELTA and DABOG as being ON the ILS. But, it is not...As you can see from my display, it is off, and it is off for every airport with an ILS. Is this an AIRAC issue, or MAG VAR issue? Where do I go next? Image1 image 2
