Hi, just curious to see if anybody has reshade working in P3dv4.4? I've always used it in previous versions of p3d but not 4.4, really slow loading and glitch's, just wondering. Cheers Rod.

Are there any good guides on setting up multi-monitor right with P3D? I looked over on tips and tricks but didn't notice any. I have a 3 monitor setup and was wondering the best way to get it all lined up and looking right. This may not be doable for me as my main monitor is a larger size AND resolution than my side displays. I have a 27" 2k monitor as the main (Middle), and 2 1080p 24" monitors as the sides.

I uninstalled FSGlobal by deleting many folders, and I forgot that it had a program to uninstall it. Anyways, i got rid of it from my scenery library, and for some reason, it's still in P3D. (ORBX KMRY) (ImagineSim KSJC) (Default RKSI no mountains!) I had these issues after installation of FsGlobal, so I uninstalled, but still the same issues.

I discovered a strange issue that when I enter any ORBX region while using EZDOK (still in beta), P3D will crash to desktop. I can make it happen by flying into a region or loading a flight. The crash occurs when EZDOK is setting it's default camera. The issue does not happen if I load the flight in say Arizona. I'm asking here because I don't have access to the EZDOK forum. Any Ideas. I've been having a bizarre problem recently. So far it's only happened in the stock F22, which I tend to use when I want to check out new scenery quickly. Everything is normal unless I extend the spoilers, slow below 200, then extend the gear. Then, probably 50-70% of the time, the throttle starts moving up until it hits 100% and stays there. Moving my hardware throttle doesn't do anything. Retracting the spoilers sometimes restores throttle control and sometimes does not. Interestingly, if I cut the fuel switches, they turn themselves back on instantly. If I hold control-shift-F1 you can see the engines switch off and relight several times per second. Reloading the …

Hello Guys, Happy New Year, Well I’ve been thinking lately on changing my monitor but honestly I’m no expert when it comes to monitors, and refresh rate and G-Sync, V-Sync, FreeSync etc. So I thought I better ask the experts. So Im currently using a Samsung T24D310NH a 24 inch Monitor with a1366x768 Resolution at 60Hz and a response time of 8ms. And I found this new monitor a Samsung CJG50 a 27 Inch Monitor with a 2560x1440 Reoslution at 144hz and a response time of 4ms. Now somewhere in the forums I’ve been reading both good and bad experiences. What your recomendation would be if Im looking for a more immersive experience with P3D as well a…

Reinstalled Windows 10 and then installed the latest version of P3D. Latest drivers for everything. Didn't change any hardware. P3D 4.4 has severe ghosting. I noticed it as soon as I started the sim for the first time and used ChasePlane to change views. TrackIR also shows severe ghosting. It's as if the image is lagging and doubled whenever you look around. Very tiring for the eyes. (Specially if you can get migraine easily due to computer graphics like I do.) Things also look a bit sluggish. I never ever had this before and I reinstalled Windows and P3D numerous times (a few times a year) using the exact same settings for everything. Hello Everyone and a Happy New Year. Following on from another post yesterday. I realised after doing a flight that as soon as I got out of the UK2000 scenery that everything in ORBX was black and white and grey. In a fit of desperation I have removed all ORBX components then re-installed them from via FTX Central. I have also deleted the Terrain.cfg and scenery.cfg. If I load the sim up with out any ORBX scenery it looks ok. Interestingly when I went to KFSO it looked ok. Any help where to find the best settings to use Saitec dual throttle ? with or without FSUIPC ? I have troubles to program flaps and reverse thrust. For Aerosoft airbus 64bit or FSLabs airbus

I randomly have major impacts from these weather programs. Yesterday I was descending into the DC area through the low 20's and into the teens.... there was an overcast layer that appeared to be at around 15000. my FPS would swing from 35 to 3 -- back and forth and eventually stayed in the 3 FPS range. closed out rex and asca and FPS was up in the 40's - where it normally is. opened rex and asca and the same issue happened again. Like I said, this is random.... I wasnt flying through or around clouds yesterday as I was descending to an overcast layer. any thoughts?

For the life of me I cannot understand why Orbx would not demand/require seasons in all of its products in P3Dv4. I personally hope P3D users DO NOT conform to XP engine limitations.🤢🤮 link removed Yet another example of going backwards creep. Or is this market research? Hi All, I've been looking to expand my collection of Eastern airports, particularly around China, a recent purchase being WF Studios' ZSSS (https://secure.simmarket.com/wf-scenery-studio-shanghai-hongqiao-international-airport-zsss-p3d4-(fr_11609).phtml) so I can do some China Eastern flights in the MD82. One airport I'd enjoy to fly into would be Macau, however the Thai Creation scenery (https://secure.simmarket.com/thai-creation-ni-hao-macau-macau-international-airport-fsx-(fr_6526).phtml) is FSX only, I've had FSX scenery work before (Taxi2Gate Toncontin works well enough), however one is never sure and it's good to double check before buying. Quick question: when I used the free version of EditVoicePack in FSX years ago, I found a MOD that had default ATC transmit something to the effect of "Delta 400, Welcome to Miami (Or New York, etc), contact Ground on 118.5" . In using the updated paid version in P3D, I cannot find this MOD that welcomes you to your destination. Would anyone know where i might be able to find this one, and how would i import it into the program? Thank you. Rob

After 1 week of adjusting parameters inP3Dv4.4 (client only upgraded) and subsequent restarts, small green squares appeared on all P3D windows (upper left) including the Scenario window, the loading terrain and autogen data and every window thereafter. Ive posted these pics to show the anomaly. I have no idea what they are. Subsequent reinstall with new config does nothing. Any help would be appreciate. Otherwise the sim runs great.

First I wish everyone Merry Christmas and some nice free days 🙂 I wanted to enjoy these days with some flying in P3D v4.3. But I had some sudden crashes without a warning or a message. That is my main problem that I can not get the problem behind. Today I selected my flight with Majestic Dash 8 at Toronto City (CanadaSim Scenery), Active Sky weather. Nothing else used. But after loading the sim simply crashes/quits. No message or something else. I had that also inflight with QW 787. Suddenly during inflight the sim quits. I'm using normal sceneries and also AS+Cloud Art, ReShade by crosire, Envtex+Envshade and that should be all as far as I can remember

Big kudos, Sean, for creating the best GA aircraft for P3D on the market with brilliant aerodynamic behaviour and - for a first release - amazingly good G1000 simulation which we shall be excited to see grow and develop further. I bought a new PC a couple of months ago and i’ve Kept my old PC running to offload some add-ons (EFB2, Pro-ATC X, PF3, FSi Panel, ActiveSky P3D, ASCA). That seems to be working well, but it does mean my relatively small office now has two tower PCs taking up space, generating heat & noise. What are your thoughts on; a) whether offloading add-ons to a second PC is worth it in terms of improving performance of P3D 4 on the primary b) if it’s worthwhile, can I replace the old PC with something relatively low-powered e.g. i3, 8GB Ram, on-board graphics, spinning disk, maybe even fanless? Hello, It is possible to define a new view by right-clicking P3D and choose Custom Camera. I am not sure that the default camera-settings for the Cessna 172 cockpit view is realistic. So I have tried to edit the default cockpit view and changed the zoom to 0.4 and the Y-axis to -0.08. I wonder if any of you guys have an idea of a realistic setting? BR Lars

Since my early days on fsx I've always wanted to know why was this never done; as this would be cool, and would allow for many scenarios to go with, like for example doing a fictional route like an inaugural one. I've recently taught about it again, and with the amount of info we now have and the aesthetics we're getting in v4 I can't believe nobody has done that yet. Since I know some basics on 3d apps I figured out It could maybe be possible with sode to place some trucks @ some taxiway, get the water on and maybe create some sort of artificial rain that would enable trueglass/RMaker/whatever else when you go under it. Hi guys, From time to time I see basically everyone having these envtex, reshade, pta and presets etc.. How does these work? Do they overwrite all textures and shaders? Also, what would you recommend to make everything more realistic or just good? Some of them are free and some of them are fairly cheap, I would love to enhance my sim experience!

Old and tired topic, but when I use P3Dv4.3 settings to: Unlimited + Vert Sync ON + TB ON .... the fps still goes up and down as high as mid seventies ?!! It seems incapable of maintaining a max of 60 for strange reason. So, would it better to use nVidia inspector to set 60 fps and vert sync ON ? I know this is the best solution for limiting to 30, but what about 60 ? And yes, I do keep 60 fps and do not wish to use 30. Thnx

I have a post in the AIG AI Manager forum about this, but I don't think the manager is the issue. While testing the AI Manager, I have been paying close attention to take offs and landings - something I don't really do anymore. I have been watching traffic explorer and I am seeing a ton of take offs, but very few landings. For example, I only saw 3 landings (3 en route aircraft landed) from 9am - 9:30am on a Friday. At the same time at KORD, I let it run for 40 minutes and also saw very few. I have observed this with UTL traffic and the newly installed bgl traffic. All limits are maxed in UTL and P3DV4.3. I am not running both, but most of the major airlines are BGL now. …

Hello gents, i downloaded free mesh x 2.0 recently and now i´m questioning myself about the scenery library order. I know: Airports LC Mesh .... Beside all my airport addons i use: ORBX Global, Vector, Netherlands True HD, LC North America, LC Europe, Germany South, North, Norway , England, LOWI, ESSA .... Which is currently bellow all my addon airports (FlyTampa, Flightbeam, ENVETX ...)
